to quote the great man Joe K "guilty people lie"

when your average person formulates a story to avoid being truthful, they rarely stop to consider the psychology of lying and the way lying impacts our choice of wording and also out body language...
when you combine that with lying on the fly compared to having taken time to create a cohesive story that you maintain, the lies become fluid and changeable.
Tee has tried from the beginning to mislead and deceive but with little consideration for consistency rather each lie is reactive to the moment she is in.

We have very little evidence here to actually speculate or form a clear image of what truely happened to G.
The facts, blood in significant amounts, taking a "sick" child driving and not returning with him.
her history of lying and criminal charges.

most everything else we have has come from the mouth of Tee.
we can try to pick apart her lies to find the truth hidden inside them but if what we focus may not lead any where close to the actual reality, the more we complicate the less likely we are to being right.IMO
if you put yourself ( horrid as it is) into Tee's shoes, what choices would you make?

the more convoluted a cover up plan the more chance it has of coming undone, the more steps you take the more likely you are to make mistakes.

i believe that Tee thought she understood forensic investigation, watch enough crime shows you think you understand how it all works. I think everything she did that day was based on her perceived understanding of LE techniques.
If G had a head injury, push him off a height to cover the origin of the wound, not understanding or considering that injuries after death do not present the same way as injuries cause prior.
I think Tee went simple, convoluted but in reality not complex.

i think LE have ridiculous amounts of evidence, that in her haste to create a reasonable account of G's disappearance she never even stopped to consider.

She could use it to create fake social media accounts.
To google searches on murder and concealing or destroying a body.
She could have a boyfriend or two..
Things she would not want tracked back to herself or her regular phone or phones...
Criminal things and secretive things.IMO

Exactly! If she did like watching crime shows, she would of known about pinging or LE possibly taking her phone to look through her searches. This also would of been a better way for her to keep in touch with AS thought messenger or any text app she uses to pretend she was home or whatever lie she told him.

Lets we forget:

Intervieaer: "You were the last person to see GS?"

LS: "Correct!"

She seems to like attention (IMO).
Now she'll have all the attention she ever wants. MOO

When we heard about that alleged Google search (regarding if parents could track his phone if it was off), I immediately began following this case. That’s because it was obviously foul play.

This was clearly on her mind (phone tracking), and leaves open no door for an innocent explanation.

She absolutely needed to leave her phone at home in order to get away with murder, and she just so happened to do that.

Fortunately, she was dead wrong about the “getting away with murder thing.”

And the exact day and time of that search made on G’s phone could be her final nail.

Should be the line the prosecution opens with.

This woman is beyond evil. I hope that Gannon's father has initiated divorce proceedings.

The video evidence from the neighbor is amazing.

Gannon's dad has started divorce proceedings. I think the first time in court is March 17th.

i don't fully know how 'burner phones' work in the usa, here in australia we have contract or prepaid but both require some form of id to active a sim, the only way around that is to not activate the sim and only use it on wifi or hotspot from another connection or phone.

i could believe Tee may have had a second phone if she was cheating on AS or had other things she wanted to hide but i doubt she acquired one for reasons relating to G's death.

<modsnip: carpet video discussion is off limits>

There are so many red herrings in this case, it is easy to get hung up on trying to figure out what each little bit means. i think this case is one that requires people to step back and look at the whole first, then trying to work out what information we have really matters, if we want to find where she took G.

the rest is kinda moot at this point, we know G died, the why and how don't necessarily get us any closer to finding him and although human nature is to want to understand, i would love to see this group unite their strengths to try to narrow down where he is, we have maps, we have a lot of info on areas she traveled that day, we have locals with in-depth knowledge of the area, and we have a group of intelligent people with different skill sets so maybe just maybe we can do more than just speculate on the case.
IDK i live a world away but i think everyone here wants G home, what can we logistically do to help ??

Exactly.
Forensics investigators will be able to determine which wounds were prior to his death and which ones were after --or caused his death(for instance being pushed.).
Wounds made while alive will bleed; while post mortem injuries will not, neither would there be any bruising.
I'm certain she will not escape justice !
The release of the AA will be very telling.

In the United States, you can just walk into a store like Walmart, pick the phone you want off the shelf, and buy a prepaid type of card with ‘minutes’ (used for calling & texting- not sure how data works) that you load on it. No ID required. At least not to purchase it, maybe for some companies require it to activate it, but I don’t even think you need anything then. At least you didn’t when I got my grandma a phone. I just had to call a number to load the ‘minutes’ on the phone and she was good to go. I hope this makes sense, I’m not an expert obviously, just speaking from experience.

thanks
i was not sure if id was required to activate a sim, which makes a big difference

we can buy cheap prepaid phones in the supermarket too but to activate does require id here

Maybe T was burying her head in lawyer’s shoulder because she didn’t want to catch Covid-19 from the other lawyer hacking in her direction. Lol. Even the tattooed guard was looking pretty nervous every time she coughed.

Since it’s a well known fact that burner phones are often used for conducting shady business, I’m surprised that it’s not a law here, too. Maybe there are technicalities and reasons why it’s not a federal law.

I'm really interested in whether she had other criminal 'sidelines' going on , the nature of those and the contacts she made.
It is quite astounding they have not found Gannon yet.
They clearly have a certain amount of evidence collected, most probably from pings and gPS and 'things'.
Flashback to January 27.
10.13am she departed home with Gannon.
2.19pm she returned, without Gannon. Apparently.

6.55pm she alerted LE.

10.15pm LE arrived, presumably stayed for some time.

WE do not know whether she left again during the night or indeed during the period between 2.19pm and 7pm.
We do not know how she spent those, almost 5 hours.

After LE departed, she had the whole night.
We do not know how she spent it up to 8am approx when she drove to collect rental vehicle.

She arrived home at 2.19pm, but the younger child, ls, was not due home from school until 3.15pm.

She had an hour to spare before meeting that deadline.
Why did she come home early?
How did she spend that hour?
Was she online?
Did she have any visitors during any of those time periods?

WHERE did she leave him?
WHAT are we missing?
What were her daily habits?
Where were her 'usual haunts'?
How well did she know the 'hood?

I'm thinking it's a place she passed frequently en route to somewhere familiar to herself.
A place she knew she could dispose of him without much difficulty. And very quickly and easily.
I'm still disregarding the rental, God only knows what that was about- possibly she thought from her initial contact with LE that she might need to flee quickly.
Possibly thought AS would suspect her immediately, that for some reason she needed a getaway car to be available at short notice. Again, unsure whether this was to do with Gannon or some other nefarious business she was involved with, maybe some scam...maybe something involving another person, not Gannon.

LE have everything except his location.

When she was loading that truck that morning she was very focused, she had a plan and she was about to execute it. She knew what she was going to do and she knew how to do it.

Sorry for the long boring repetitive post again...
Just hoping it will spark somebody's local knowledge?

I just realized that once T left the home, she must have taken her daughter with her bc she was there on the back-of-head interview. Wow, I wonder if that means she coached her and the girl never told Al or LE what she really knows. If she had said anything damning to them about T, she would be furious and the girl wouldn’t be living with her. So we can only hope AL’s daughter knows something. Although I’d think if she did T would have somehow shut her up, with threats or something.

I've thought about this at length. In my opinion, TS ruled that family with an iron fist, and the children would have been frightened to go against her instructions. If either of the girls was aware of what happened to GS, they would not have spoken out, at least not initially. But, they may have eventually, which would be of great help to LE.

We simply don't know whether TS had her phone with her on Tuesday or not.

If she did have her phone with her on Tuesday, renting a car makes less sense, because her phone could be used to track her movements, even if the rental car didn't have gps.

I can't imagine she left her phone at home Tuesday, because of how suspicious that would look.

But renting a car and keeping her phone with her doesn't make a whole lot of sense, either.

Then again, she's incredibly stupid.
It's hard for the rest of us to "think" like TS, on account of she's such a birdbrain.

I'm hugely interested in her phone's movements on Tuesday.

More importantly, I'm sure LE was hugely interested in her phone's movements on Tuesday.

JMO.

In theory, she may have left her phone in her car for the possible 3 hours she had spare before AS flight arrived, she likely wouldnt be expecting him to call or text while he was in the air so if we suppose she already had a solid plan for those 3 hours (she rented the car that early for a reason IMO) its plausible that she left it for that time period, she could also have just turned it off and explained it away by daying she didn't notice it was off,or her battery died because she forgot to charge it with everything going on.
What we need to remember is at this point she was sure everyone believed her story about him running away, nobody knew she had left her phone at home monday AS was training so doubtful he would call her during the day,HH was reportedly at work and Laina was fine when she left for school so she could easily gamble on nothing happening that the school would need to contact her.
So,she could easily think she would get away with leaving her phone again for a couple of hours in the morning of the 28th,I mean she was brazen enough to think renting a car when you have 3 perfectly good ones at home wouldnt raise anyones suspicions, and let's not forget how shocked and annoyed she has been that she was a suspect and nobody took her story at face value.
She was careless with all these things because above all else she believed no one would check, she created the narrative and then only statred adapting her story and "Tsplaining" things we didn't even know yet when dhe realised people thought the holes in her story were big enough to drive a truck through!.
We are giving her far too much credit, just as she gave herself IMO

Where I live (California), you have to present ID and use a credit card for a "burner phone." Closest place I could buy one with cash is Mexico.

Well, maybe in some counties here in Cali, but Mexico is probably closer. I can buy one online, but they are really strange brands.

And all of those, of course, require a credit card or paypal.

Do people buy second hand phones in the U.S?,here in the U.K people sell phones all the time,a contract ends and they get an upgrade so they sell the old one,and you can buy a prepaid sim card in most local shops, petrol stations, supermarkets etc, so in theory a burner phone doesn't have to be a brand new purchase, that kind of defeats the object of a burner for a criminal lol.
I also came across at least 3 old phone in a drawer that I cleared out yesterday that more than likely still work.

Yes, what a coincidence if it was just before she and Gannon left the house after leaving her phone behind. Or even the day before. It's not likely that Gannon would be planning to run off when he was having stomach problems. (According to TS)

Imo

I am not local but keep going back to the search on GS's phone. IMO she placed him somewhere like he was hiding/runaway scenario. So when he is found it does not look suspicious. So the cliff push off sounds like something she could do quickly with minimum evidence tied to her.

Have we seen any mention of LS going through Gannon's phone and calling his contacts to see if they might know where he was ... after all she is the one who said he ran away.
None. She never once mentioned any such thing.
Clearly she didn't plan that far ahead.
