Remember, she lies for no reason. If she's telling the truth about something, look for her 'angle' MOO
Well, first she said she took a selfie of her and Gannon in the driveway to prove that he came home with her. She said she documented everywhere they went so she could send pictures to AS. I would imagine that would be done on her phone and that's what she wanted everyone to believe. Then when she slipped and said she left her home home, she had no choice but to say it was taken with Gannon's phone, so that could be a lie, too.

No assault charges in Horry County, where the domestic abuse occurred. I see a small claims lawsuit, which a she won, and an uncontested divorce from that individual. No other record. Sorry, it's just backwards and should not be discussed, since she was the victim, not the perpetrator. IMO

The assault charges were related to DV, and I thought it was at the same time.
Was that the charge that was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor? It's been a few weeks since I saw her record, but she somehow got out of a prison sentence and received probation instead. I don't know if that was the assault charge or the charges involving the stolen vehicle or which charge it was. Does anyone remember?

I couldn't find any of the charges in the link you provided.

Everything that you are describing happened in North Carolina, at least two full years before she married anyone. Posters certainly don't have to like her, but it would be nice to keep the thread at least associated with facts. IMO

What name are you searching, please, for these results? Several cases I'm finding here show T only as a defendant--and the judgment is for the Plaintiff in each. TIA

And their first divorce hearing is (was?) scheduled to begin in half an hour... Currently still showing on the docket with that date/time...
Are the courts still open there?

Claudine Gifford in Lancaster County, VA. There is a thread here on WS: Still Missing - VA - Claudine Gifford, 43, White Stone, 6 July 2014 *GUILTY*

The convicted perpetrator received 45 years in prison. Claudine's body has still not been found.

Interestingly, a good amount of the evidence was the fact that he said he dropped her off outside the bar, but her phone was traced to his home, and some text messages were exchanged (faked).
I believe it is even easier with a child missing. It’s hard to generate a compelling doubt based on the missing child choosing to remain hidden. And the abduction story is a non starter with no evidence of him leaving the house captured on film.

Dismissed?

The reduced sentence was in NC not SC. It was also years before...2004 I think. Shortly after graduating from high school. Auto theft reduced to unauthorized use of vehicle (Misdemeanor).

So far as I can tell, there is absolutely no record in SC that she was ever charged with DV. But her ex-husband was. So we probably should stop claiming she was. The MSM is more likely to have been wrong on this than the SC court website provided by @Dave F.

JMO

Edited to add: It's possible her DV charges were dismissed as her husband's were. But the court records show charges and a nolle pros (dismissal essentially) for him and absolutely no record of charges ever being brought against her. So it's hard to say her invisible DV charges were dismissed...at least hard to say that IMO.

I was speaking of her married name, which of course would have been her legal name during the time that any domestic abuse was commited.

Yeah, I just found a summary of the charges and the DV assault was in 2010. There are 3 or 4 assault charges, some were dropped but I don't think the one in 2010 was. I wonder who else that involved.

She definitely seems to have a history of violence and of somehow getting the charges dismissed or lowered.

I don't think she will be getting away with it this time, though.

Praying with all that is holy that Gannon is returned to his family today!

If the divorce hearing DOES occur I really hope that for AS it is quick with minimal interaction with the evil stepwife

North Carolina or South Carolina? Married or No? Domestic Violence requires a victim within the household of the perpetrator. IMO

When I scrolled to the bottom, there’s a link for Leticia Lynn who is connected with AS (makes sense) but also a Hiott. LH’s husband maybe? Bless em all. It looks like she may have infiltrated every aspect of LH’s world. And then took her son.

what a web of deceit

ETA spelling
@gingergina this is beyond obsessive and very disturbing behavior. I wonder if AS was aware of TS's online activity? Poor Landen :(

Her next arrest was in 2010, by which time she was going by Letecia Hunt. The newly-married teacher, who had graduated from Liberty University by then, was cited for domestic violence and domestic abuse in Horry County, South Carolina, court docs show.

Looks like she was abusive to that husband. I wonder if she was abusive to AS. People like that don’t change. That’s pretty telling when a young female is charged with domestic abuse.
Ok, well if she was going by Letecia Hunt at that time then the Domestic Violence assault charges could very well have involved her husband.

I'm getting confused because there are claims that those charges occurred in NC, before she ever met him. Were they in SC or not? This is what I originally thought.

Which name, though? She went by several. Does it include her entire arrest history and all the charges?

"Posters" is vague. For my part, that I "don't like" T is quite the understatement. However, my dislike of her stems from facts--not the opposite. I am still trying to view what you're asserting but, like others, it is simply not showing in my search. I DO get results...but not those in question. I appreciate and respect your contributions, and concede my tech lacking could be the issue.

She lived in Horry county, South Carolina during the entire time of her first marriage. Any domestic violence charges would be under her legal name while married. IMO
