The motion to unseal is on the paid one or the AA??
The latest media motion is on the paid one. Apparently it only shows that they filed a response, as opposed to showing the entire response itself. I’m convinced it’s legitimate though, as it’s how I was informed the defense’s efforts to prevent EMC had been denied.

Im not saying it's impossible. Im saying that 1. her taking his vyvanse and 2. suddenly turning into a ragey person that murdered him is unlikely. I personally take stimulants and have tried most of them. I also know a lot of people on them and agitation can definitely be a symptom of a drug not being good for you, its unlikely that this was true for her AND caused agitation so severe that she murdered Gannon. For her to be that level, if youre feeling agitated and doing it illegally, you might as well just take another one to stop the swing. IF you add that now you have shes stealing gannons meds, they make her severely agitated, and she ran out on the day she killed or injured him.

The easiest explanation is shes probably a terrible person that snapped. She certainly didnt need stimulants all the other times she was an *******.

Besides that, its not that hard for an adult to get ADHD meds. She could have just been on her own rx. Having been a teacher, she could absolutely get her own rx. She knows exactly what gets a diagnosis already
Not trying to be picky here, but my original post didn’t assume 1. She had her own Rx or 2. She was squirrelling away some of Gannon’s. I merely responded to @GordianKnot’s post about TS likely being on some drug. My point was, a drug like Vyvance can and does induce “ragey” outbursts in SOME patients, and that trivial accidents can trigger those “angry” outbursts. She’s not a nice person to begin with by all accounts and it’s not inconceivable that a drug could be the catalyst to turn a bad temper into a “wicked” temper that lead to serious physical violence. I’ll leave it at that.
ETA: I’m in no way making excuses for this wicked woman. Drug reaction MAY be a contributing factor. It doesn’t absolve her of killing Gannon and all of the coverup.

I’d bet my savings she’s scratching at the walls for someone to talk to, to ‘convince’. Social isolation may work very well in our favor. She’s going to act out again.

Agreed! I bet she's calling the PDs every chance she gets.....and their visits/contact is most likely VERY limited! Her little evil mind is just churning, churning! She's itching to get her story out there, it's been weeks since she's had an opportunity to Teesplain and it's got to be driving her CRAAAAZY! Too bad, so sad! There's only one thing that I'm interested in hearing from her and 99.99% sure she isn't going to grant my wish! :(

Maybe hiding other evidence, maybe checking on things. Then when she picks up AS and he wonders why she's in a rental, she can say "Oh honey, I'm such a great wife that I have a wonderful surprise for you. I'm having your truck detailed so it will be perfect for you now that you're home. I had already planned it before all this went down so I figured I would still go through with it! Ain't I great?!?"
snipped for focus

kittybunny!!!! damn ...you are good girl!!!;) o_O:D

@Feistyomi used reliable sources and has excellent sleuthing skills. I encouraged her to call it in. I had no idea that LE specifically stated they wanted no tips.

She did not claim to be smarter than Dan May or LE nor did she violate the Hippocratic Oath.
I don't think LE ever stated they wanted "no tips." They said they don't want speculative tips or theories, which is true for any case.

If people want to call in a tip at their discretion that's fine. But any tips called into the tipline are part of the investigation and as far as I know are not supposed to be discussed on the thread. At least that was true for the first case I followed here. Maybe it's only true for certain cases. I do remember the mods saying if you do call in a tip please do not bring it up on the thread. It always seems to cause a big debate and discussion as to whether to call in the tip or not.

Imo

Haven't forgotten about you Gannon!!

Gannon is my hero!
I agree w/ everything you both have said. The reason It is being discussed here is simply this: I would rather be lectured to, bumped off forum, whatever, than sit on a possible lead to finding Gannon. I may speculate, etc, here and waste my time, but I would NEVER waste their time. What some of us were doing now, is getting back to our speculation...

I have left a brief msg and a longer email w more details. Only me, no one else, I believe the person monitoring the line will be able to quickly assess its merits.
BEFORE I called last nite, I reported myself, hoping for moderater to advise. I did not send email as I am still waiting on reply from email days ago. Then emailed the succinct msg. To El Paso sheriff Tip line to follow up...I have only called in two tips, in my life on cold cases, and both had merit from an observer on the ground.
What we are doing now will not be called in... by me. Because if the info I already called in has merit, it should be acted on. It is back to pure speculation, let’s carry on

Gannon is my hero.
I am feeling very much in the the hot seat right now. Let me try to explain myself quickly.
I proposed a theory threads ago, the original run away story was in effect what she acted on.
Nobody seemed to buy it , no problem. I was hoping somebody w/ better apps and skills would take off w/ it. No biggie; other saner theories were pursued.

The threads slowed as we have to wait on legal system and now quarantine...

I actually started w/ first threads, WSers were on to Letecia from get go. The initial searches were for a living, able to answer when called, little boy... they were not looking for a little boy hidden somewhere. It makes a tremendous difference.

So I went back to Letecias lies , this process I went over again on forum here I ended up w/ this—-her mind is looking for a route a
Runaway would take that intersects w / vehicular access, go back to my posts yesterday, they still stand, the spot I found by satellite fills every square.
Two blue jays has her own efforts that are not contradicting mine, they are fitting together...and holy cow, there was a board /2x4 on my sand piles in Sept..,I am trying to continuing working it, I am NOT going to call in anymore, I have enough evidence to work it backwards now...
ie why the rental? Simple -it is going to draw attention to the truck if she goes back to smooth the pile or move him to try to make it fit her runaway theme...she can always say she is looking for Gannon, but if she can avoid being recognized it? Better still. After all, isn’t their church on the corner?
I am hoping someone will help me keep my bias out of this, that is all. I am not trying to say those sand piles are where Gannon is, but I AM going to street view every point on Peaceful Valley, even ones that do not fit w/ runaway...I have no problem wasting MY time, I am quarantined and have a common cold... the initial drone px I viewed have plenty of cracks for a little boy to slip thru...
Justice for Gannon!
I think you're fab Feisty. Keep on being you.
Sure, but Massy isn't the only one with a voice on this thread.

He'll be the first one to tell you that, too.

Actually, now that I think about it, he'll be the second one to tell you that.

I love you two guys :D

Good morning Gannon! My arms are open sweetheart! Come home!

A little west of there I saw a yellow post that said "warning" and something about a pipeline. There are smaller orange posts nearer to it that I can't quite read.

Is it an access point to something? There are homes nearby so I really don't think this is a possibility for finding Gannon. I can certainly see LS using something similar though.

Yeah I was thinking along those lines, there are places like that everywhere it seems.

Good morning to all, I wish Gannon was still here to hear those words.

I admit the audio I had was awful during the last court appearance. But I thought the DA said it would take a long time to get stuff to the defense because there was a ton of it. (Think that's when the 107 number came up) I didn't think he said it was because of an ongoing investigation but as I said, my audio was terrible.

Of course, the state typically tries to delay handing over material to the defense anyway.

I'm also not sure the "discovery" being discussed here will ever be released to the public before trial. The discovery info will be more extensive than the arrest warrant/affidavit.
JMO
GM. I’m in your camp as I heard the same. :)

Or, if in fact GS did have ADHD, a lot of those meds are stimulant meds. Unfortunately, in my experience there are quite a few instances where parents dipped into their children's meds.

Also, I agree with your description of the eyes and pupils. There is something you see that is hard to explain unless you have seen it a few times. It definitely instantly grabs your attention, especially if your job involves being aware of these things.
My SIL is a Lt. Firefighter/Paramedic with our city. He told my daughter they are seeing a huge uptake in incident calls involving parents taking their children’s ADHD meds.

We had an inmate in one of our jails segregated for it yesterday. I won’t be surprised if it spreads through the population.
Good Morning. Saw that news. Just slowing down systems everywhere.

look like fruit/produce crates taken apart
Dang, that’s an insane idea, she carries him using a crate. Back to the stores theory. Dumpsters.

I am going to try to respond without being as snarky as you are but I understand where you and others are coming from. And LE with their comments, HOWEVER-- when somebody wants another human being found, child or adult, and is spending many hours trying to find possible venues, sometimes, it is that one tip or that one place to look that could bring a loved one home to their family.
I totally get that LE wants "proof" of a recorded voice or a sight seeing of that person but sometimes we are not able to get that.
It has been over a month and they still have NOT found him.
If it were my loved one, I would take any help I could get, JMO

Every tip called in has to be looked at. This is why LE requested credible, tips. They do now want people sending in every theory they have, even if it makes sense to us as possibility. It is not a value to them. They have to run it up the chain and once they realize there is not 1st hand info, they will trash it. It will not be looked at, it just slows them down from doing their job. I understand, the thinking, and all good intentions, etc, but it will not get looked at.

Thank you fellow Michaganader !!
That is my point --straight on.
LE does what they do and says what they say for a reason, believe me, I know.
Mike's mom and I have been down many a rabbit hole with the "tips" and rumors ..endless nights and many hours researching them.
However, she begs me to look into them as you just never know.
I have also spent days and hours speaking to MEs and County LE inquiring about the Unidentified persons that end up on NAMUS, either through me seeing them or a tip.
So, yeah, I understand both sides completely and thank you for understanding that.
I digress and will continue to pray that our Little Gannon will be found soon. That is what we all want for his family.
GM. Thank you for your heartfelt message. Sending ((hugs)) and prayers to your family.

I've never discouraged anyone from looking for GS.

If/as LE invites and asks for volunteer searchers to assist them, I think that volunteer searchers are a wonderful resource.

What I have been and will continue to actively discourage people from doing is wasting LE's time by calling in speculation and theories as "tips."

A tipline is not a suggestion box.

JMO.

Sure , it overwhelms them, but as has been mentioned here before, they likely have someone watching WS and other online outlets so they'll see the speculation anyway.

LE's speculation is often better because they're privy to all the little hidden details the public doesn't know, but it may well be a speculative tip that leads to GS.

I can see both sides.
