Perhaps someone in her "caravan" or even someone else rented a car or a u-haul for her to drive?

That or she used a fake name and cash. If she had to use a credit card then she probably used one she obtained fraudulently using Al’s name at some earlier date, one that he would be unaware he/she had.

It’s 4:30 am and I can’t sleep. I keep thinking about Gannon and his family. I’m trying to figure out why she moved him to Florida so this is all JMO:

LS initially said he ran away. I think she planned for him to be found so she left him within a half hour drive from the house. Between 1/31 and 2/3, she finds out that LE has obtained gps data from her Apple Watch and, even worse, her neighbor has a video of her leaving with Gannon but coming back without him. I also think she may have gone back to check on Gannon and saw that he wasn’t decomposing fast enough, all of his wounds were still visible She makes a hasty decision to get out of town. She rents another car, possibly in a family member’s name, and picks up Gannon’s body. She takes him to Florida where he will decompose quickly and if he’s found, it will look like an abduction. She then goes on to SC where on 2/12 she releases a statement to media, changing runaway to an abduction scenario, Now she’s claiming someone sent someone else to pick Gannon up at the house. Possibly trying to implicate Gannon’s mom?

JMO

I’m exhausted from lack of sleep and trying to think like a psychopath.

I wonder if we can tell by the nature of the searches, when LE first knew that Gannon would not be found locally. I remember at one point thinking that searchers were no longer looking for a body, but I don't remember how soon that was. Perhaps as soon as the early days when they were sifting snow.

Either way they can use it in court.

Agree, she seems adept at creating alternate identities.

How could a body sit in the elements in Florida for that long and still be intact and recognizable as a male from a random passerby? He called 911 and said he found a male. And what did she do with him the whole time she was in CO, doing the cousin It interview, n God only knows what else?

Why didn’t LE follow her when she left Co!? That should have been a major red flag as soon as she left the state.

It sounds like she stabbed or cut him, hit him, and shot him. I wonder in what order.

I wasn’t sure how they determined the sex either so I looked it up.

No, that’s not what i’m asking. I’m asking how could a road worker who saw him probably from somewhat of a distance know it was a male in order to tell 911, especially after he had been laying in warm weather form over a month. He said he found a “male.” Maybe he was just guessing based on clothing and shoes.

if he was dressed perhaps
the clothing .. he may have been dressed in clothing shown in photos after his disappearance... that would explain the quick potential id

Imagine what must have been going thru her mind on the cross country road trip she took with LE from S.C. back to CO, knowing what we know now? No wonder she tried to bail. They didn’t even announce that arrest in SC until March 2! I wonder how long she was in S.C. before they realized it.

Gannon Stauch's body was discovered in Pace, Florida, where the local sheriff's office "responded to a call of a deceased juvenile male," according to a statement from the El Paso County Sheriff's office in Colorado.
"An autopsy was performed by the District One Medical Examiner and the deceased male has been tentatively identified as Gannon Stauch," the sheriff's office said. "We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the friends and family of Gannon."

There are so many aspects to this case that defy common sense.
There are so many explanations by TS that are so peculiar and didn't seem to be challenged by family or friends at the time she said them. For ex. "how come you have a rental car, why don't I drive the other car back from the airport so we don't pay parking?"
Or, "where have you been all this time?" Or,"how come Gannon isn't here?"

I think she terrified everyone around her with her anger, and violence, the girls and AS. I grew up with someone like that and the main theme of life was to not aggravate or upset and we all walked around on eggshells. I think this had been going on for a long, long time.
