Found Deceased CO - Gannon Stauch, 11, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, 27 Jan 2020 **ARREST** #39

I am trying to catch up. Still about 15 pages behind. Thing that keeps coming to my mind is a large cooler with wheels. Checked the temps between January 27-Feb 3rd in CS. Only nights it didn't drop below freezing were the 1st and 2nd of Feb. It got quite warm during the daytime those days(up to 60), but in the right area(heavily shaded) with ice a cooler would preserve well imo. I know some have felt he was in water. This is my feeling on why some felt water. Sweet, sweet Gannon you deserved so much better.

I just don't see them charging her in Colorado if it didn't happen there. Seems they had evidence of that weeks ago. Crime scene was at the house many times etc. etc.

Can't believe there are people who still support LS - latest in her support group are people saying she was framed! Really? The circumstantial case against her was strong even without finding Gannon. Now, they have even more evidence to lock her away for good - even if they can't connect every single dot in Florida.

Really hope more people come forward and spill on what they know.

To me it makes sense that she took him back where her family is - either by herself, or with someone's help.

I think she personally has a lot to gain from a Trial. She gets to inflict more pain. In her convoluted mind it's worth a chance. Before she is put away for the rest of her evil life. IMO

Her lawyers will be apoplectic I'm sure if she wanted to testify. Can you imagine being her attorney?

She has nothing to lose going to trial but she has got something to gain. She can stick it to Landen one more time. Her revenge is not complete.

I watched the short video of LE at the location they found GS, based on where LE is walking over those rocks and underneath that overpass, my guess is TS has a male accomplice. I do not believe she would have been the one carrying anything over those rocks and who knows how far down.

Oh goodness! I had no idea she still had a support group! But i’m not surprised. Up thread I speculated this would be her argument. She has been setting up an “I’ve been framed” claim for quite some time.
She even claimed LE was chasing her to places she’s never been (paraphrasing). Moo

I watched part of Tricia you tube last night, I'm pretty sure she verified with the crime online reporter that he was in a brown suitcase

If he was in a suitcase, then there should/possibly be decomposition evidence found in rental along with his dna. This whole thing makes me sick.

I don’t believe she will plead guilty. She is insane. I think she will fight to her last breath.

Really, @Love Never Fails I've been thinking about her being insane, and I just can't go there. I'd love to see her try to plead insanity with all the premeditation charges. I'd love to see her plead guilty but I don't think she will do that either. Instead she will waste her time, our time and particularly GS parents time in court to see how much more pain she can inflict on them with a "look what you made me do" attitude.

Up until this time, her actions were all her own best thinking, so to think she will actually listen to her attorneys' suggestions on a plea is a stretch. I try to think the best of people and I really don't like to think the devil walks among us, but she has certainly changed my feelings on that subject. Her eyes are black and lack soul. Even CW and PF didn't show that level of evil. CW cracked and PF? Well, he was in a class all on his own.

I had to take a break for most of yesterday. Now I will never be able to read all the posts I've missed. So, maybe this has been mentioned, but is it possible she was not followed because she somehow disguised herself? I think LE / FBI were awfully close.

If I have my timing correct, she left to do this soon after her interview with Spencer. She already knew what she was about to do, imo. Thus, her not facing the camera. She didn't want her face to be freshly in the mind of anyone between COS and FL.

I need to check the date of her arrest... She was arrested at a car rental place, wasn't she? I wonder if she was bringing a car back or getting a new one. What was she up to at that point?

I'm seriously wondering if she's killed before. Or if she's come very close and there's just no record of it. She's a very hardened murderer and not likely to break. And if it looks like a duck (which she does, esp. in the lips area!)...

I still think it's likely she will plead guilty to avoid the humiliation of all her unholy acts being laid out in front of her publicly. Who knows though.

... and IIRC, LE was waiting at the shopping center (which happen to includ a car rental agency) to arrest her. My first question was, "how did LE know she would be there?" Some one tipped them off, and I believe that it was HH. Now she appears on the witness list.

IF this makes it to trial, I expect her defense team to represent her in the fashion of Patrick Frazee's defense team. It won't be a circus like NP in the FD case. They will make sure her rights are guarded, objections are noted, little more. She will get a fair trial. She won't think so but we don't care what she thinks.

Relative to the rental picked up by LS on Tues, Jan 28 (day after GS reported missing and likely murdered) at the Co Spgs airport, the receipt (Budget) definitely shows she returned the car on Weds, Jan 29 to the same location or Co Spgs airport (and 900+ miles later).

I've not been able to confirm/link any other rentals by LS after Jan 29, 2020 -- all speculation.

I suppose since she returned the first car and her car was held by LE as was the car of HH, she had to have rented another car to get back to SC. I believe I read that she was arrested at a rental car location.

Quite possible however I’ll counter with my fitness in my 30’s...I was a strong lady and could move furniture and carry items like 5 gallon paint cans, push and pull furniture up stairs and down (I love decorating) so a room was always different when husband returned. Haha. He hates it. All to say, I was very strong and figured out ways to get it done, I was determined.

I have no idea what social media is throwing out there. "If" somebody is trying to say Gannon was alive and held somewhere until the Florida trip I find that just what it is. Social media throwing stuff out there. I have faith in LE. Colorado charged her, stated he was no longer alive well before he was found. They have the evidence he was murdered in Colorado. IMO
