Saying this respectfully as possible as AS was away at work for extended periods.... but how I wish he'd removed those children once he observed TS' true colors.
Hindsight is 20/20 and all that. :(

Maybe the monster thought she could pull a 'Terri Horman' ?

Unfortunately, these "monsters" can be quite good at hiding their bad sides. IME

BBM:

No, but someone needs to get on that.
I know just the man for the job, too!
I'm sure we can all guess who.

@MassGuy:
We have a tough assignment for you.
Please see above.

We're going to need that timeline asap.
Your best estimate of locations, times, vehicles, and mileage.

Fortunately, this is a definite work-from-home project.
You won't even need to mask up.

We're hoping you can get this to us by cob today.
If you can include pinned maps with the timeline, that would be most helpful.

We're all counting on you.

No, I'm thinking maybe they get out of the truck, Gannon knows what's up, he runs, or fights, she struggles with him, pulls the knife.
"He kept going to the gate...."

Hmmm.....

With the age of the puppy, I don't think she ever got to meet Gannon :( they would have been great friends I'm sure :(
With her age, some people opined she was a Christmas gift. (December) Gannon was murdered a month later.

Not trying to blow up a minor problem into a major one, but the article at the link is interesting reading.

The problem with that article is that it assumes both parties are free. In this case, there are two co-owners of what the lawyer says is considered equally owned "property." At present, one of those owners is not able to actually take possession of the property, meaning it is currently in the hands of someone who has no claim to ownership. I would think, and I'm no lawyer so this is just a guess, that if Al really wants his dog returned to him immediately, he could simply make it a legal matter outside of any divorce consideration. Someone has possession of something that is not their own property. Couldn't he just go to the local police wherever that person is and showing ownership, request the police have the dog returned to him? Even if HH has the dog, minors cannot make a claim to property they did not purchase. At least, it seems to me this is an avenue he could take?

Someone yesterday asked about coping skills in these trying times with the isolation of being quarantined along with all the heavy feelings that arise as we learn the level of evil involved in Gannon's case (and other cases involving children).

I just want to say my go to therapy is time in nature. There's something about the birds still singing, ducks quacking as they look for a nesting site (we get mallards every spring! ❤), trees budding, that helps me remember that life goes on and it's mostly beautiful. I'm a late 70's, 80's gal and there's nothing like cranking up some good tunes from that time! But I also turn to the classics... Mozart to give me hope and Schubert to sob out all the feels. There's so much beauty in the world. Look at beautiful artwork, read some poetry, give your children long hugs until they squirm, pretend to let them go, then hug them again; do something for charity, pray, add beauty and happiness to the world and be a light in the darkness!

And if you say it a certain way, you can make "quarantine" rhyme with "wine". Coincidence?? I don't think so!

Taking a break for the rest of the day because my brain can come up with nothing new to rehash in this case. Hopeful (yet doubtful) the Affadavit is unsealed soon so we have more info to discuss.

I haven't pegged down dates and if it's important to Gannon's story or just more of her cray cray stuff. She had HH lie to Leigh Egan re she was pregnant and in the hospital in order to get out of an interview. Leave it to TS to tell a big lie when tthe truth will do. She's too busy moving, trying to get a job, trying to get her dtr into school, etc. (Even if some of those are exaggerations)

Exactly. Since HH relayed the message, we were spared the rhetoric of the Despicable One, which would likely have gone something like--

“Hey, Leigh: I can’t meet you, because people want to kill me, because internet detectives, because nobody else had a gate key. Still, be sure to get it out there that I’m laid up in the hospital, because I’m giving my husband a new baby (plus the bike) for Valentine’s, because I can’t search in my condition. OH, and Landen. Catch me in SC.”

CATCH her, LE did…via FL, on to CO prison, bound for Hell—after what we hope is hell on earth from now on for deeds REPREHENSIBLE.

Agree. Especially about her declining his offer for her to view his camera footage.
That was huge, DDA will really want the jury to hear how she tried to discourage him from searching for Gannon on video!!

Thank you for the kind words! I'm in home healthcare dealing with psych pt's.
It's really tough not being with my family during the day and worrying about what I could be bringing home. I take a long shower the moment I get home.

It is surreal being out on the world, witnessing the lack of people out-and-about. The people that I have encountered either look at everybody else with suspicion, or totally ignore distance recommendations.

Even when when life returns to relative normalcy, our world is forever changed.

Stay safe!
Hugs! Hubby is currently living in our shed (He calls it "daddy's dog house") as he is a firefighter \medic and my immune system is a disaster. It is so hard!

Hi Plumeria, welcome to Gannon's thread! :)

You may be correct that Gannon was seen in surveillance footage after he and LS left the driveway. But I tend to believe that if so; it would have been during the 4-hour "errand" run, not from the neighbor's camera.

As to the clothing- I have a couple of theories regarding that. 1) LS lied about what Gannon was wearing when he went missing. (It has been rumored that she really wasn't sure and was questioning her memory of his clothing). 2) LS reported that Gannon had severe diarrhea and pooped his pants while they were out & about. I believe there is a Kohl's in the same parking lot as the pet store LS visited (twice) that day. If I am not mistaken, there is also a Marshall's somewhere along the route they took? Wouldn't the possibility of TS purchasing the clothing she described Gannon to last be wearing exist? (IMO, it's entirely possible she purchased exactly what he was wearing when she took his life). Maybe the soiled clothing was placed in the garbage bin behind the gate upon her return?

It turns my stomach even thinking about such things. :(

I never said he was seen AFTER they left the driveway. I said, I do not think that video is THE video that blew the case open. Other neighbors also had video.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the neighbor directly across the street caught on camera.

I would say she spiked his food with poison or sedative. Maybe wasn't enough and was mostly metabolized before Monday. Maybe neither, maybe she only thought of it, or wished she would have? I don't know if they can do toxicology, but I hope they can at least check the hair.

Knowing someone like TS. She didn't snicker at a fond memory. She did something, intentionally. Maybe it was as simple as KNOWING it would cause him problems, that she could then fight with him about or LORD over him how bad he is. IDK if that makes sense. ?

*graphic warning *

And cadavers have been exhumed years later and checked for anti-freeze poisoning...(a case on NBC's Dateline) with Gannon thankfully they have his remains and I'm sure went over everything carefully.
Sounds like it's confirmed he was in a suitcase, and that's actually a blessing --as left to nature there might not have been enough left to determine even a c.o.d.

Re. the bolded : It could very well be. How sad for that child. :(

With the State of Colorado having been through some recent very trying homicide cases, I am sure the crime labs are going to do a very thorough investigation on ALL of the evidence collected in GS case. Just when we think we have heard the worst case scenarios in crime cases/ Filicide - Wikipedia yet another one surfaces.

We cry collectively...."Enough ALREADY".

I'm betting TS was pizzled when she found out there was footage of her taking Gannon to be murdered.

Wonder if there was security footage in the house that she tried to erase ?
There could be ton of evidence we know nothing about that will emerge during the trial.
And if we are feeling sick now... :(

I can summarize:

Reporter: "So you were the last person to see Gannon?"
TS: " Correct!"

The End.
Knowing what we know now, I wonder how she would’ve reacted if he’d asked “So you were the last one to see Gannon alive?”

My mind has been buzzing about the gate key that T was so adamant about including in that post she made (I think it was a post...or was it another interview?).

Why did she ramble about it? Where is it? Was it with Gannon when they found him?
