Regardless however, there is only one person who could have murdered Gannon, and there is enough evidence here to convict TS 10 times over.

That would likely be left out, with the possible exception of child abuse.

This is about making a case for what she has been charged with. Anything like that would possibly be brought up at trial though.

Oh I have no doubt there is much more. This is just the Readers Digest Condensed version of all the evidence written and submitted to a Judge on February 28 to have him issue an arrest warrant. Remember at her hearing the DDA said there were 1000 pages of reports and 106 warrants, TONS of video etc. This affidavit mentions that AS, at LE’s direction, phoned her and mailed her ( I’m assuming they mean email) so they have several hours of recorded phone calls with him and others. The AA mentions the forensic downloads of her phone included photos and VIDEOS that indicate that GS was alive Monday morning. The phone search also has all her texts, internet searches and written notes. Lots of people and businesses on the witness list haven’t been revealed yet ( why they are on there, I mean). And after this was written, there was her arrest in Myrtle Beach, slipping the cuffs and attacking a Deputy and then the horrible ending of the discovery of GS’s body in Florida. I would say we ain’t seen nothing yet. JMO

In the Cousin It interview, she mentioned her family (aunt, specifically) were doing their own searching, or words to that affect.

If there wasn’t physical abuse, I’m sure there was emotional abuse. It was clear from her interview, and from those Google searches, that she harbored a great deal of resentment towards AS, LH, and likely Gannon as well.

She didn’t go from Mother of the Year, to brutally beating, stabbing, and possibly shooting a child in cold blood.

Her biological daughter, and to a lesser extent Gannon’s sister, likely have stories to tell.

If there was not witnessed abuse- not documented, but at least witnessed by LS&HH- I will be shocked...

I agree on the 8-10 am timeframe. I wonder what the ADT movement and computer searches show for that time. What else could she have been doing? Seems like she didn’t sleep all night. Was wide awake with camera in his face at 8 am, biting at the chomp to kill him. So why wait until after 10 am to leave?

This was planned, and not some spur of the moment thing. Either way though, it doesn’t come out of nowhere.

She had a reason for mentioning that the "intruder" also assaulted Gannon.
I would wonder however, if the state of decomp, by the time they found him, might make it unlikely to determine if there were any kind of sexual assault.
Keeping in mind the construction worker that found him actually described him as a juvenile male. So, he must have been at least somewhat still "intact".
Wow I hated writing that.

Don't feel badly as it's a blessing in disguise; I feared he'd never be found and that even if he was --- any evidence would be long gone.
Thank god (in an awful way, I know) that she put him in that suitcase, as valuable forensic evidence will have been preserved. *fingers crossed*

Jumping in here since we’re discussing autopsy report, IMO, LS claims rape (anal) specifically to cover up abuse she inflicted on Gannon over the bathroom issues. Specifically, a forced flush of bowels (enema).

I don't want to even go there. She discusses poop, anal, blood, rape, in regards to GS. My mind goes to a very bad and dark place. And I don't want to think about that right now. I can't.

Yes, I wouldn't put anything past a person who could conceive of and carry out the murder of a child.
The perp may have video'd even more confrontations with Gannon like the one out there, that proved what a 'good parent' she was to put up with him. (gag)
I'm sorry for his parents who will sit through that trial and hear horrendous testimony.
But they will do that for Gannon.

I think his mom esp. is a strong person.
Her expression at the video hearing we saw was sad and bewildered (imo) that TS could do this to her boy; and I'm thinking she didn't think this monster was capable of such an act ---not only that, she and Al trusted this despicable creature.

Please, let the sexual assault on Gannon be just another one of TS's lies.

But to shed some light on your post, you are right about decomposition hindering the ME's ability to detect a sexual assault on a physical level. But there is a chance that a forensic bodily fluid analysis could detect semen or blood in rectal area.

Her attorneys will do everything possible to prevent (convince) her from taking the stand. If she does, the prosecution will eviscerate her over the course of several days.

When she was doing her interviews with Crime Online, and Spencer, we knew she was her own worst enemy.

Little did we know that AL had hours of monitored communications with her, and she told four different stories.

Hell, that interview with law enforcement is enough to convict her. I don’t see her taking the stand, stupid as she is.

My first thought was that TS used a .22, and his head was laying on a pillow.

I did too, but the splatter may lend more towards a gunshot. And if it was a gunshot but no exit then a .22 would make sense to remain in the body. But a .22 would not make that kind of splatter, so it would seem a larger caliber would have been used. Coupled with no exit, a hollow point round would fit the description. Obviously all MOO, we won't know the details for quite a while.
