I totally agree. I know there are suspicious searches on Gannon's phone prior to the presumed time of death, however it's possible IMO she first raged and seriously injured him, then started planning the actual murder when she knew she was going to be in serious trouble if anybody found out. As I mentioned in another post, my emotions are riding high on this one and I just can't imagine that anybody could look at that sweet child and plan his murder.

She doesn’t see him as a person, but as something that was seriously in the way of her happiness, her very survival. After all, “Don’t you know how HARD it is to be a stepmom?” imo oc

Thinking the AA changes the way this murder occurred...but then your suggestion could work.
That would mean he was injured terribly at home but able (barely) to walk.
Dies somewhere or she shoots him outside of the town, puts him in the suitcase and places it in the bed of the truck and so no blood evidence.
I'm hampered by the amount of blood in his room, though.
Didn't seem survivable.

Yeah, LK, there had to be enough blood in the room for LE to prove a murder occurred or they couldn't have charged her with it, right?

And again I'm wonder if HH was afraid to say anything because LS wasn't arrested yet. I really hope that was the case and now she's fully cooperating, because I agree- IMO she knows everything. I bet they had more of a friendship dynamic than a parent/ child relationship. Big Mouth Letecia probably couldn't wait to give her the details.

Just speculating.
What if she burned the carpet and went out and was desparate to get it fixed so she offered a sex escapade to "Eguardo" if he would fix her carpet. She uses Gannons room with Eguardo (if he exists) to avoid using AS normal bed. Then Gannon catches her in the act and she goes into a rage and throws him across the room for the first injury.

Now she knows he is both injured and will also narc on her to AS about her sexual escapade. So she begins to plan his demise.

I dont know but Im really getting the feeling that a lot of what she is throwing in her stories are bits of truth that she herself may be part of. What a piece of work. Its mind boggling.

Statement Analysis speaks a lot about how bits of truth leak out in the stories liars tell. They can't help it and we see it every time.

since the AA mentions LS claiming both her and GS were “anally raped”, and so many of her statements have bits of truth, I have been wondering about LS getting angry over GS about his bowel issues ? she mentions “pooping his pants”, stomach pains, and anal penetration (rape by intruder). could she have rammed an enema in him possibly doing some damage to his rectum or insides? taking that possibility as maybe the initial thing that set her off (he could have made a mess, or said he was telling his dad) something in one of her early statements was a flag for something sexual for people who study that, IIRC

Another thing I thought of was if she was sexually abusing him in his sleep and selling pix on the dark web for money you’d think LE would have proof of that from computer analysis. This whole case just screams of something far more nefarious than what we’ve been made privy to thus far. The 2 pix at 8 am were not for nothing. When I heard that I immediately thought she’s texting those to someone so they can come over and rape him or so she can drive him somewhere to be raped for money. You read about these crimes all of the time, and they are often times perpetrated by the victims own birth parents. I hate typing this, but you really have to wonder why she brought up 2 “rapists” and anal sex etc. Very, very weird.

Im thinking that someone has gotten her legal help by now and the laywer has probably told her not to talk even if she has had 2nd thoughts by now of talking to LE.

Early on, if I have it right, she was likely approached by Colorado LE and did not cooperate then. By now I am expecting someone got her legal representation or maybe even got it herself. She has to know how serious this is.

In the Affidavit Item #99 on Page #13 investigators are interviewing her and they mention about taking her DNA and she begins stuffing tissues down her pants and complaining of chest pains.

Yeah, we have another Jodi Arias on our hands.

THREE times if I am assuming right that she played dead during the Ambulance ride and was unresponsive to questions, but when she gets to the hospital, she has a miraculous recovery. Item#102 Page #14 in affidavit.

There is so much to unpack with that AA.

How in the world did she expect to sell the story about the rental car and saying G might run if he saw a car he recognized when she had already told police that she was raped and he was kidnapped?!

Maybe because she hadn't told Al?

How this would have worked, I don't know, except I imagine until LE figured out who was really who and what role they played in the family; they probably didn't want to say too much to Al about anything LS said or did.

Maybe she mentioned two different guys being in house because she knew foreign DNA would be found from guys she hooked up with. If they don’t find this foreign DNA from people other than known friends or family members, she should realize her story will go bust. And isn’t there always a bit of truth in everything the whack job says.

The problem I have with this is, I read really carefully with that in mind, and there were only 2 (if that) scant instances where LE found male DNA that was not immediately explained by their saying "which was Gannon's"; and that was a sampling from inside the spare carpet roll.

Trying a 2nd pass at the AA. It is brutally difficult to comprehend all the craziness of her actions.

One thing I just now noticed and may have some significance.

It appears to me that she had to have had someone help her to go retrieve her Tiguan at the airport on the 28th because:

Item #59 says the Tiguan was removed from the airport parking on January 28 at 19:00. But the Kia Rio was not returned until the morning of January 29th. So that has to mean someone drove her to the airport to pick up her Tiguan the night before she returned the Kia.

I dont think it would have been AS because from #58 we learn that she would not provide the location of the Tiguan and even told AS the Tiguan was near French Elementary School. He and LE even tried to find it to no avail.

So my question to LS is who took you to the airport on the 28th at around 19:00 to retrieve your Tiguan?

And for that matter, who helped you return the Kia the next day?

I'm still confused over why T thought it was useful to "lose" the Tiguan and pretend (or not pretend, even, neither makes much sense), not to know where it was parked. It would be one thing, if it was a scenario where someone had stolen it... but T wasn't trying to do that; and it seems to make an awful sense based upon speculation, that the Tiguan is where T stowed Gannon's poor broken body for days.

And yet, she thought it was somehow "getting ahead of the story" to tell CrimeOnline that "my Volkswagen has CarNet"... it sure does, sweetie. Handy for being traced by LE! GPS, however, is zero help at all in terms of disguising DNA evidence!

The entire thread devolved into figuring out what the numbers meant, when the package would arrive, the significance of the package to the case, what was in the package, and where that item could be purchased cheaply.

I think there was also a debate as to if the weather would delay said package.

Cerebral spinal fluid in blood would be proof of death if he didn't receive medical care soon after. I haven't had a chance to look at the AA, trying to read through here first. JMO

Think about how crazy this whole thing is. All of her weirdness. Now imagine living with her for FIVE years.

I feel like the whole world is spinning out of control right now. Like it’s all a bad dream. And this case is too. No one would believe you if you tried to explain this case to them. I’m not even sure I believe it myself! About the only thing she hasn’t said is, “the blue beam came down from the mothership and zapped him up, so he’s probably out of state by now.”

Could new evidence since the AA was written change whether they believe Gannon returned home Monday afternnon? Because I just don't believe he did.

I wouldn’t put it past TS or be surprised to find out that she hoped HH would provide her reasonable doubt although without HH’s knowledge. It also occurs to me that while the rest of us are self quarantined and miserable what must it be like for Gannon’s family and HH; both families left to think about the nightmare that is their life while being forced to face the facts. Heartbreaking.
And I believe TS killed Gannon to punish his parents. Why else would you murder an 11 year old child in the safety and comfort of his own bed and bedroom? I agree with others that we may learn more horrific acts committed against this sweet child.

She clearly thought she was a victim . Remember how happy and well off she said her and AS were that was part of her trying to rationalize to the media or whoever would listen as to why she wouldn’t have hurt Gannon. Her marriage was so great she was constantly looking for ways to find a new man willing to take care of her and her child . She clearly as we all knew hated his mom.

Still reading AA. Ok, so video does not show “Eguardo” entering house on JAN 27th. But what if some guy matching description did enter house on other occasions to see LS and G found out. Motive for murder. Her whole house of cards would come tumbling down if AS found out. I wonder how far back neighbor’s surveillance footage goes. Why bring up a “rapist” at all, much less two? There’s something definitely up with that. She’s trying to cover her tracks for some reason, but why? She’s “always thinking ahead.”
