A nurse friend of mine told me blood takes a very long time to dry and it reconstitutes very quickly. That's why it's so hard to clean up - when you wet dried blood again, it just gets all sticky and again, making it hard to clean up.

If there was a bloody beating Sunday night, blakets, sheets and such could stay wet or damp for a long time.

I asked her, if there were blood droplets found down the hall way----if they could be old from other beatings. She said yes, luminol will pick up traces old or new.
Yes, luminol can pick up blood that is old or fresh. That would support TS's statement that Gannon had frequent nose bleeds and he hurt his foot in the garage or that there were tools laying around for people to cut themselves on and that there was likely blood everywhere in the house.

But I think that it is the specific locations, the amount of blood, and the blood spatter pattern that indicate most of the blood was from the murder. TS knew there would be a trail of blood. She specifically mentioned Gannon walking around the house to the gate over and over.

I believe that is the same path she took when she carried the body into the garage and put it in the back of her vehicle.

Imo

This strikes me as great!! except off the top of my head: at some point Jessica's AW clarifies that the ADT action shown was that of a door opening 10x. (I also believe the door was shown as doing the repeated opening dance, during the same time T was claiming she was being raped by Eguardo).

I'd also add that to the timeline, wherever it should go. :)
Agreed. I think some major cleaning happened on Sunday night. (Could have been a bloody mess).

And since she has to call police I think she did extra cleaning Monday as soon as she walked in.

She pulled in at 2:19 and motion detected at 2:22. But by 2:30 she's opening the back door again and again and again. That's 8 minutes. By 2:45 she's on her phone.

She might have wiped it down, or they simply missed it. After she washed it, it was visible with Luminol.

I'm not questioning that there wasn't blood there. That's a fact and real evidence. Here's the part that puzzled me, from the AA, #67: "I submit that Letecia had to clean the vehicle, because there was likely visible blood on the rear end, based on the below luminal reactions." So they knew there was blood there and they surmised that it was visible to the naked eye, that she saw it, and as a result, knew she needed to get the car washed before showing up for the interview. That makes sense, but then it does show, as you suggest, that they must have missed it when they searched the house Monday night. Makes me wonder if they had their Body cams on when they searched the garage and if so, could they have caught that on camera despite having missed it visually...

I think the reporter was referring to a photo found on TS's phone.
"Photos taken on Stauch’s phone that morning show Gannon in his bed with his Nintendo Switch, a small gaming console."

I don't recall the journalist coming out and stating it was found in the home.

Forgive me as I've been trying to catch up. Must have missed it, but what article is that quote from? Was something leaked? I don't recall a picture of Gannon with the Switch.

Dehumidifiers with built-in air filters can be used to get rid of the odor and appearance of lingering smoke. Many dehumidifier units have an air purification system as an added feature.
Note: a dehumidifier is the opposite of a humidifier. But Tee may not know that.

Yeah, if it was a dehumidifier in truth, I would've assumed that maybe she got it in an effort to suck some of the vinegar moisture out of her mattress cleaning (prior experience based on cleaning up perspiration stains from a mattress using vinegar).

Since we've learned it's the other way; well, now I just don't know.

Yes that's a valid reason.
So odd, isn't it, though ?
Her need to provide 'proof' ?
Another potential 'odd' possibility is TS wanted a souvenir photo of the future-scene-of-the-crime.

Have to leave all of you thoughtful posters on this thread, and will check back in some time tomorrow.

Thinking about the video of Gannon and his little sibling waiting outside to get into the car.
Just how ?
How could she brutally murder a boy she'd cared for, for some years ?
She'd had them for what, 3-4 years ?
Even if she never bonded with them ; just having the little ones around and preparing meals and going to their school functions, listening to how their day went and planning outings, etc.

I thought Adrian Jone's case was horrifying and it was, but this is just as chilling.

TS took a picture of Gannon lying in bed Monday morning with the switch next to him. It's in the affidavit.

But then, how do you explain that according to the AA and LE's theory, she used her car to dump his body on the 28th? Why not use the rental she had at the time?
Good question

It’s mentioned on page 4 of the arrest affidavit. Of course we can’t see the Switch in those low quality photos.

Correct: “To date, investigators have been unable to locate the Nintendo Switch.”

Page 4
Everytime the switch is mentioned I cant help but wonder if it was recovered along with Gannon. I guess that depends if she thought it could be traced.

Actually, I think that’s a very real possibility. She got rid of it for a reason, possibly to sell the runaway story.

She might have tossed it in the suitcase with him.

The other possibility is that she did think it could be tracked (she struggles with reading comprehension), so she may have gotten rid of it if she was concerned about her movements being discovered on the day she and Gannon took that drive.

Then again, she had to get rid of that bedding, so she could have disposed of the Switch at the same time.

Yeah, I thought about that too. She might be sick and twisted enough to do something like that. If she can kill a child out of anger and resentment and then post a picture of him waving goodbye, she might get some sort of satisfaction out of it.

My thinking on the Switch is, if it was one of Gannon's prized possessions then T, IMO, made sure that it would never be found. Maybe because it meant so much to him T knew that if LS and AS couldn't have it back it would hurt them even more. I know when my son, 22hrs old, passed away I kept every single thing that we had received and bought for him up until his death. If I lost just 1 piece I would be destroyed. T didn't just want to hurt Gannon she wanted to hurt his parents as much as possible.

Wasn't car backed into the garage that night? There's shelves and stuff all against the wall in the pics where she would have parked. Plus that garage looks small (most cookie cutter homes like that have small garages). There was probably no way to see the back bumper unless that asked her to pull the car out, and if they did that, they could have asked for a little look-see in the back and this whole thing could have been over before the end of Jan.

I think it was more practical than anything, whether it was to stage the runaway scenario, or because it had some potential evidentiary value.

She had a murder to commit, and just enough time to do what she had to do. I mean, nothing is worse than killing a child, and I can’t imagine the Switch being disappeared out of spite.

She’s capable of that, but I don’t think it would have crossed her mind.

I'm too cheap to buy a Switch but I have friends who own one. It's not particularly heavy but then again even a lightweight object can cause serious injury.

Years back when I was in training for counseling abusive parents one of the materials was an old textbook on child abuse. One of the cases cited was an infant dying after his mother threw a filled baby bottle at him. It was thrown with enough force to cause internal bleeding and ultimately death. :(

So what I took from it was that many everyday objects can become lethal weapons when thrown with enough force. MOO is that Gannon's Switch was not involved but then again anything is on the table right now.

Since nothing was mentioned in the AA about possible blunt force objects being found by LE we have no idea of what LS used to cause Gannon's injuries.

Damn her to hell.

Fists can kill, MOO death by a blunt object that leaves spatter is usually heavy, like a bat.

As I recall, the Sunday footage has both the kids exiting the red truck parked on the curb at some point, then waiting and goofing off while TS backs the Tiguan back down the driveway, then they run to it, as if they are about to get in. Presumably to head off on the hike. Gannon is wearing the same clothes and Camelbak as in GoG pics. JMO

Thanks for info. I only saw the part were they were standing there. Did not see TS. Why would she back the truck into driveway before they were heading out on hike and make them get out of it? Why were they in it to begin with? Had they just returned from somewhere? And why were they standing there for so long. What was she doing?
