I don't think he was asleep. But I think he was in a fetal position, on his bed, happy to be there resting finally...when he met his fate.

It's weird. With Gannon's case I see scenarios in my head that I don't see with others. I am very much a visual person, but I don't approach cases visually and don't "picture stuff" as I process information.

I'm no voodoo guru, though lol, and I'm wrong a lot. But I'd take the odds up at Vegas with my gut on this one.

I know what you mean when a scenario pops into your head. MOO I can see Gannon going into the house screaming at her saying..I hate you, I hate you. Give me back my phone, I am going to tell Dad.

Then he goes down to his refuge..his bed.

Then I see her absolutely furious, grab something from the garage and follow him downstairs and beat on him.

Just a possibility. JMO

So the story hit the news at around 6pm on the 31st. You have to factor in the interview process itself, as well as the lag time between the interview and it being distributed.

So I think the interview came first, but there’s no way to know for sure.

Unless someone on here wants to message Spencer...

ETA: That’s East Coast time, so she definitely did the interview before returning to the scene.

Spencer Wilson on Twitter
Assuming the interview was conducted near the stauch neighborhood, and that is pike's peak in the background, using shadows I would estimate the interview took place around 2pm.

When I first became interested in Websleuths, I had to figure out what all these abbreviations meant. I come from cow country, and when I saw MOO multiple times, the first thing that came to mind was "Why is everyone 'mooing' at each other? I did eventually figure it out though.

Hmm... maybe police DID look in the Tiguan? Where was HH when police were at the house? Could LS have put the suitcase in the Jetta first, without HH even knowing, and told HH to go somewhere (such as to the park to look for Gannon)? Then when HH came back after police left, LS could have moved the suitcase into the Tiguan. She may have asked HH to do certain things without HH explicitly knowing what was going on (pick up cleaning supplies, back her car into the garage, pick her up somewhere, go look for Gannon at the park and don't come back until police are gone, etc). HH would eventually have to figure it out, though. Anyone with a brain would. JMO

That makes a lot of sense. And fits her constantly shifting things MO.

I am touched by these past few posts between you and @Love Never Fails .

I just wanted to speak to the desire you have each expressed about prevention.

I've shared a very small bit of my dysfunctional childhood on here. Today I'm a healthy, mature adult with struggles... But we all have struggles, so I'm no different in that regard.

I was emotionally and psychologically abused (words from a professional, not my own), as well as a little bit abused physically and possibly even sexually (subtly, not outright).

I've never murdered anyone. I have faith in God, a good husband, the best ever kids, and I'm a damn good mother. I delved deep into some painful things in order to grow into who I am now. And I'm honest about it. I try to help others from similar backgrounds.

My mother, my abuser, and my father, her enabler, have never murdered anyone ( to my knowledge o_O).

So, after all my prior talk about compassion and the need for understanding how people are shaped by their childhoods, I just want to say personal accountability is key.

There but for the grace of God, go I.

I think, given the right circumstances, any person is capable of murder. We don't want that to be true; we'd like a gap between "us" and "them". but the capacity for evil in the human mind/soul, is matched only by its capacity for greatness.

A person has to want to be "fixed". And that desire to be "fixed" is really just the desire to be better than we currently are. I don't think that desire is fired up in anyone simply by showing compassion and friendship to the depressed, suicidal, murderous individual. Your friend so sadly found this out.

Maybe it's done by showing them what they could be... hold up hope for them to take a good look at. Put goodness and beauty out into the world. Appeal to the good in people, even if there's only a tiny bit there, make them want to be a hero. Shine your light. Encourage them to see how great they can be, to not be "just human," but to be fully human.

I dunno. I'm just rambling here, but those are my thoughts.

Beautifully stated, thank you for this :)

Do we know which car HH drove to the Dollar General? Is it possible she drove TS's car? That's where the receipt was found....

Or the vomit bag, was that the bag from the Dollar Store, repurposed, with the receipt still in it?

Do I remember right, that TS loaded or helped load a bike or bikes?

1. Why?
2. A bike into a Jetta?
3. TS suddenly being Super Helpful?
4. Was there something in thst location TS had to quickly relicate so she covered herself by volunteering for the job, edging prying eyes out?

So..... which car was HH driving? Hmmmm

Just my opinions

What bothers me is after she went to the airport and picked up her Tiguan, she dumped G at the site, but then she called HH to pick her up at Powers and Carefree leaving the Tiguan. I wonder what happened next.

This bothers me too. I could be wrong, but I believe her Tiguan was not parked at the home that evening, and that's why she needed HH to pick her up. Maybe TS didn't want her car, that's had a dead body in the trunk overnight and all day, sitting at the house. The next day she retrieves the car and drives it to a car wash before going to the police interview.

TS said she sent HH to the park to look for Gannon, conveniently somewhere he wasn't.

It's more likely though she told HH to take LaiS to the park (after dropping off more cleaning supplies), no?

I suspect HH didn't know Gannon was missing until much later that night. More likely, TS sent HH away again to occupy LaiS elsewhere while TS continued cleaning and concealing....

I saw your other post wondering why she would use the sliding glass door to dispose of items. I have found no other outside exit. I am thinking she would want to put any bloody items outside rather than by one of the main entrances?

IF she did shoot him she may also be going out back to remain undetected to see if anyone has heard or is coming.

RSBM
I appreciate your posts @DTPeke. They make me think!

With as much emphasis as TS put on the gate and key, I have to consider a couple of things: 1) it has no bearing whatsoever, and was a part of her dishonesty for explaining the possibility of blood/dna.
2) Items were placed/disposed of behind the gate. Is it possible she placed trash bags containing bedding, Gannon's switch, or other evidence to be moved later? 3) She used the back (sliding glass) door to remain hidden from neighborhood cameras while cleaning. I am assuming she had limited time to remove items from Gannon's room before the Girls got back home. This may have been a quick easy spot to place garbage bags in a hurry.

I like your theory about checking to see if there was any activity in response to the potential gun shots. The other thing that comes to mind (and forgive me for saying); if Gannon was screaming or begging for help, this too, may have drawn attention. :(

I agree that the Tiguan was not parked at the house Tuesday night.

H. picked up TS at Powers and Carefree some time after 10:26pm.

Then, at 10:45pm, TS texted LE saying "What do you want from me....I was told I couldn't go home to sleep."

I'm way behind and forgive me for bringing up something that might have already been discussed on the thread:

When AS saw the neighbor's video, he immediately knew TS had lied to him. I think that lie had to do with the vehicle.

TS told AS that her Tiguan was parked by an elementary school - she probably had some lie concocted about why the car was there - perhaps she said she drove it Monday morning and for some reason had to leave it by the school. But the video shows she didn't drive the Tiguan, but his car. So, he knew she lied.

Again, you guys probably thought of this already. I'm treading water to catch up.

Im still pretty confused on when the particle board came into existence.

If he was killed in the home then I think it makes a little more sense she could have taken a piece of board from the home after removing him from the house and put him in a suitcase and put both on top of a board in a vehicle to prevent any stains.

If he never came home from the neighbors video then I have a harder time understanding when the particle board was used. With that theory, maybe she just shot him somewhere else and then decided it was not a good spot so on the way to airport to pick up AS she brings the particle board with her in the Tiguan and picks Gannon's body up and leaves him in the Tiguan at short term parking. She then has to rent a car because she still doesnt know what to do with him still.

Later when picking up the Tiguan is when she may have moved him over to north of the Palmer Lake area and got rid of the particle board at same time.

The way she was so willingly to return to pick up Gannon's body, it would not surprise me if the Palmer Lake area was the 2nd location she had moved him to.

Her actions are so confusing that it makes it difficult to try to figure out all her movements.

The affidavit sounds like the particleboard was used to move the body, but I don't know if TS would've thought of that.

Instead, I think she grabbed a board from the garage to either protect the flooring of the Tiguan when she put the suitcase in her car, knowing blood would likely leak out. Or, she used the board to cover the suitcase in the car to hide it should anyone look in the window of the vehicle.

I don't think the board was a weapon and I don't think it was used to move the body either, but, rather, that it was used in the coverup.

If it was over the suitcase, how did it get blood on it?

LS claimed the board flew out of the back of the truck on Monday during her 4 hour expedition. I know she lies, but I'm puzzled about what she was doing with Al's truck on Monday. Her Tiguan was right there. She took the truck for a reason.

Pure speculation, but how else could LS hear the conversations going on inside the house? It makes sense that could have happened. She could have called HH and then said, "Who's that I hear talking? Be quiet, I want to hear what they're saying." Seems possible, especially with the "...men were sent to a home with a minor female and she was forced to stay there not to leave even for food" text. JMO
Okay, a weird thought came into my head - though I don't know that it necessarily means anything.

TS seems rather obsessed with body functions. Gannon's digestive issues, sexual assault (and lack of sex in the marriage), and food.

She specifically told the reporter they had Burger King on the day of the hike (who cares?).

She accused LE of not letting her have anything to eat in the interview (not true, and who would be hungry anyway at the police station - she wasn't there that long).

She accused LE of not letting a minor female get food (sort of implies a sexual vulnerability, but also again with the food...wasn't there food in the house? And would anyone want to eat while LE is doing their job at the house?!).

Weird things to bring up, imo. Not sure it matters to the case, but perhaps gives us insight to her??

I suspect there was blood on the suitcase that transferred to the board.

Speculation only, of course.

edited to remove a sentence that sounded snarky when I didn't mean to!

That is strange about all the food references by her. When she was talking about HH and the alleged lack of food by LE I suspected she was just trying to find reasons where in her mind she could use it against LE somehow. She had probably come across it when she was researching what LE can and cannot do as they interrogate people.
