I loved looking at the video. Thanks for posting, but I'm not yet convinced. If the sun was facing the vehicle and at a slight angle, LS legs may have cause the shadow. The shadow seems to be as she's exiting the vehicle. I want to study it more though. Maybe I'll change my mind, IDK.
Law enforcement themselves have studied that video, and even they can’t find signs that the video shows him returning home.

They’ve likely enhanced it as well.

They believe it for other reasons, and clearly aren’t basing it off of conclusive evidence from that surveillance camera. So personally, I think it’s a waste of time.

Everyone sees something different.

What do you believe were her plans if he had died during their ride on Monday? Let’s say he was poisoned and died. Then what? Was she going to bring him back home with her and bury him on the 28th? I can’t see the home killing because the police might have picked up on that evidence that Monday night. Boy it seems nervy to me for her to kill him at home.

JMO
Im thinking while she was out in the truck with him that if he would have died then she would have went ahead and dumped his body while out. She may have been driving around trying to find a good spot to dump him and may have found the spot north of the lake but when he did not die, she had to go back and retrieve his phone and go home and by then she was even madder than her normal mad.

Just guessing as she has gotten me so confused my head is spinning.

It was me. I posted that tax record. She does have a Nissan still in her name in S. Carolina tax records. She is delinquent on the taxes. It could just be lack of follow through on paperwork. I hope that is sucked out of any future prison earnings.

I could never figure out the make, model or color.

I speculated that could have been how the caravan arrived (gave/sold to a relative etc.) but I was wrong, now knowing the aunt rented a car.

Thanks for clarifying! Now I know my memory is okay...sort of. Has me wondering about additional possible rentals tho. If Spencer mentioned red Nissan, one would think he would have mentioned it was Al's. On the other hand I don't know how much attention was placed on all of the vehicles at that time. Maybe there were other's in her caravan that owned or rented a red Nissan.

  • #704
Agree on gunshot. One shot no yelling would likely go unnoticed by neighbors, but RDs camera sound pickup should have caught the muffled bang.
I'm not sure though unless the camera had been triggered on. Ours is movement and doorbell activated. A sound would not trigger. Was it motion activated or was it on continuously? Sometimes even a bug will trigger ours. Thanks.

IIRC RD stated his system is continuous.

I know it's already been touched on, but the way LS did Google searches tells us things, IMO. There are several where I think she's remembering a meme she saw on FB or something and wants to find it again, maybe to send it to someone or post it online. Such as: "parents are those who put thwir kids before their nails." There's a meme you can find if you search for "can't afford new shoes and clothes for your kids? stop getting your nails done." I think she was remembering seeing this meme. Guessing it stuck with her because she was spending money on the kids and wished she was getting her nails done instead, or because she saw LH with nice nails and it made her mad.

Same for "one day some people will.wish they treated you differently." It matches a meme that says "your next season is going to make some people wish they would've treated you differently." "I wonder if my husbands exwife is sending me a card since I.raise.her.kids." matches "I wonder if my husband's ex-wife is going to send me a Mother's Day card this year, since I AM raising her children?" These sound like memes, and a search of images will find ones that match.

Also, I think the Google searches with multiple periods accidentally placed where spaces should be = LS is very upset and making quick movements. The ones with three or more periods include the card one mentioned above, plus: "my son.burned the carpet how.do I fix.it"

JMO, MOO
Brilliant!!!! I just teied it and it pulled up tons of memes for me. Its very easy to post one on FB.

Also what a great way to zing LH without talking to her.

Very, very interesting about the meme theory. It makes more sense of the search topics but scary she is planning some kind of cyber facebook meme attack. What a freak. Too bad it couldn't have stayed at an online level.

I did perform one search, and I'm sure it has been touched upon (so sorry if there is an original poster).

It caught my eye having the CO4 at the end and it is a blatant lie. School is only out for unemployable teachers.

School is out.is it okay for my kid to stay home alone? CO4KIDS
When searched it brings up the Colorado Hotline for abused kids. A webpage based on child safety and abuse prevention.

If only someone (LS) had read, reached out, left Gannon home alone....she could have reading the guidelines but we know she couldn't as something very bad happened that Sunday night.

It recommends:
In general, Colorado has accepted the ages of 10 to be alone and 12 to babysit as a guideline (this is the guideline but it does state use your discretion based on your child's maturity level.)

Wow this reporter Olivia is pretty jarring out of the gate. No "alleged" written anywhere. That honestly makes me uncomfortable in regards to journalism. But I'm with you that the time-line is good.

The Nintendo Switch was not found in the home as she states. It was missing at the time of the affidavit and has not been found since. Please correct me if I am mistaken in this.

Thank you ((blushing)) and likely why I am going blind (too much sleuthing).

Just giving a compliment where due!

Yep, too much screen time, but what ya gonna do?

@Niner - making sure you see this as I think you are working on this too:

This is a timeline based on the arrest affidavit. It includes info ONLY from the affidavit.

I did NOT include any obvious lies she told (such as the rape stories) except where the lies fit into the timeline, imo. I realize there are other pertinent dates and times, but this is info ONLY from the affidavit.

IF Gannon was murdered in his bedroom, what was the nature of his injury Sunday night?

His injury HAD to be significant ENOUGH, that she began plotting a cover up...

For those of you convinced he was killed at home, in his bedroom, after 2pm on that Monday, are you thinking he sustained TWO head injuries? One, bleeding on suede perhaps, the second, a fatal injury in bed?

Trying hard to pull this all together --

Somehow in my my head and in heart, it feels like if I can solve it, we can bring Gannon back. Not real, not realistic, but the heart knows what the heart wants.

First - hope you are doing well, LietKynes. Always good to read your posts.

I do understand why no one wants resources spent on monsters, but as @RaspberryMama said above, many more people are capable of violence than we realize. Many of these people are in fact mentally ill. I think LS is mentally ill. She's lucky to have that incredibly tight family or she probably would have been homeless at times in her life.

There are almost no resources for any of these people. Of the groups you listed, the foster orphans would be my priority, then the struggling single parents (and working poor). Having worked for years with homeless people (research was on a particular type of schizophrenia mostly found among the homeless, and as it was VA-funded research, we were looking for vets, and we tried our best to bribe them to come into special housing), I have no illusions about how to help them. As you can tell from my posts, mental illness is my special interest in true crime and elsewhere.

I wonder how much Colorado will spend on TS's trial and subsequent incarceration.

This doesn’t include cost of LS’s trial, but out of curiosity I checked cost of incarceration in CO.
LS is 36 yrs old now, say she lives to 80 yrs old, the Average Annual Cost Per Inmate in Colorado: $30,374 x 44 = $1,336,456 not factoring in inflation.
State by state: How much does it cost to keep someone in prison?

Correct: “To date, investigators have been unable to locate the Nintendo Switch.”

Thank you! Another topic for intense, but perhaps moot, speculation...anyone?
And yes, in a thread or two long ago, it already transpired!

Pretty sure Quncy Brown took the tiguan, he didn't have a ride cause he hijacked her on the way back to the house. Also, he hid there while police searched and TS desperately threw hints he was there hiding but they didn't catch on. After LE left, Quincy grabbed the empty moving box and suitcase and took the next flight out of town, parking the tiguan in short term parking because no one wants to walk the longer walk from long term parking.
:Do_O:rolleyes::oops:;)

I think the confusion? about the red Nissan in the caravan is that Spencer used color coded CAR emojis and the emoji he picked for the Nissan was red. The moving truck was a blue emoji etc.

@Inthedetails is correct below with the colors of the cars pulled from the AA.

The cars mentioned in the arrest affidavit are:

Red Nissan Frontier. AS's car.

Black Volkswagen Tiguan. TS's car.

White VW Jetta. HH's car

White Kia Rio. T's rental car.

Silver Nissan Altima. Aunt's rental car.

Major speculation alert :
Wonder if TS was a 'bad seed' from years ago and her relatives ignored or even worse, enabled her ?

Kind of like an immediate/extended family who know what their family member is like, but try to cover it up so the rest of them stay socially acceptable ?
Although I'm thinking some families' aren't like that and fight publicly and air their dirty laundry on social media without a care in the world ?
That aunt renting a car for TS and basically 'coming to the rescue' has me thinking that more arrests may come before or after the trial.

I'm curious how many TS supporters are going to come and sit in court for her.
And just saying here that if anyone close to TS chooses to support her now, and if she's convicted -- which it appears could be the case -- are messed up in their views.
The murder of an innocent 11 year old boy should matter.
