The Nintendo Switch was not found in the home as she states. It was missing at the time of the affidavit and has not been found since. Please correct me if I am mistaken in this.

I think the reporter was referring to a photo found on TS's phone.
"Photos taken on Stauch’s phone that morning show Gannon in his bed with his Nintendo Switch, a small gaming console."

I don't recall the journalist coming out and stating it was found in the home.

I don't know of this has been mentioned, its moving so quickly. Something is really concerning me. It is obvious she creates lies that can explain certain things, no matter how insane they are. Her lie that both she and Gannon were raped with an object...... I'm very nervous that there is truth to that (but obviously from her, not an intruder). This sick b seemed intent on torturing this poor child, both verbally and physically. I don't even like to say this, but I very sadly will not be surprised if it was true that she also sexually abused him with an object.
I thought of this as well. She maybe was trying to explain in advance in case the body was found and there is evidence of sexual abuse.

I am going to add to all these posts that I'm still on the fence about GS getting out if the truck.

I know Jessica said: "it is likely him..."

But she also said they felt animals carried him or parts of him away.

I am understanding that the AA was written before he was found. And written as "a nobody" AA.

And Michael Allen the DDA said: Finding GS absolutely changes things.

# 32 states that Jessica. "The vehicle returned at or about 2:19 and Leticia exited the vehicle. After viewing the video, I cannot be sure if another person exited the vehicle or not..."

As Gordian stated: "GS's bed being repositioned/pulled away from the wall in the picture TS took on Monday morning, when his bed was usually up against the wall, points to the attack in his bedroom occurring on Sunday night, not Monday afternoon.
If GS weren't severely injured on Sunday night, why have him stay home from school on Monday?"

By calculations from the moment she got home to the moment she unlocked the phone was 23 minutes. Extremely short period of time. And as somone just pointed out--she's already opening the back door at 2:30-- that shortens that 23 minutes by 15 minutes.

Now add TS sent several texts and even held an outgoing phone call. The times she was active on her phone: 3:41 p.m., 3:42 p.m., 3:43 p.m., 3:44 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 4:11 p.m., 4:19 p.m., 4:20 p.m. (thank you Wy for this info). And not discussing GS missing but discussing some gift for AS.
So no killing him after LH got home.

Then calculate the off the grid 2 hours.

So if his body had been found before the AA was written --- how much if it would be changed?

I can't cut and paste but it is under the subtitle The investigation continues a couple paragraphs down, in reference to her google search.

The aunt that rented the Nissan Altima for LS after her Tiguan was seized.... does she live in CO? If not, when did she arrive?

I'm also curious if she is the person that picked up LS from the hospital on the 29th. What did she drive? And why did she rent the Altima, why didn't LS rent it? Her name is in the AA, but not on the witness list. Does this mean LE never talked to her?

I can't source this, but IMO, MOO, wherever I read it, I thought the aunt lived in SC.

I know it's already been touched on, but the way LS did Google searches tells us things, IMO. There are several where I think she's remembering a meme she saw on FB or something and wants to find it again, maybe to send it to someone or post it online. Such as: "parents are those who put thwir kids before their nails." There's a meme you can find if you search for "can't afford new shoes and clothes for your kids? stop getting your nails done." I think she was remembering seeing this meme. Guessing it stuck with her because she was spending money on the kids and wished she was getting her nails done instead, or because she saw LH with nice nails and it made her mad.

Same for "one day some people will.wish they treated you differently." It matches a meme that says "your next season is going to make some people wish they would've treated you differently." "I wonder if my husbands exwife is sending me a card since I.raise.her.kids." matches "I wonder if my husband's ex-wife is going to send me a Mother's Day card this year, since I AM raising her children?" These sound like memes, and a search of images will find ones that match.

Also, I think the Google searches with multiple periods accidentally placed where spaces should be = LS is very upset and making quick movements. The ones with three or more periods include the card one mentioned above, plus: "my son.burned the carpet how.do I fix.it"

JMO, MOO

What about "Parenting should be 4 people not one"? I tried Googling that, because it seemed so specific I too thought it "had to" be something, even if just a standup comedian; but I found zero Google searches, either text or image, saying anything of the kind.

Of course, I don't rule out TS being so stupid that it is a meme and she got it wholly wrong in her brain; but it's not any meme that I could locate.

I'm not sure though unless the camera had been triggered on. Ours is movement and doorbell activated. A sound would not trigger. Was it motion activated or was it on continuously? Sometimes even a bug will trigger ours. Thanks.
True.
I wonder if the camera caught her berating Gannon.

You're correct.
Maybe TS gave it to someone else living in that house ?
Like a bribe to stay silent ?
It wouldn't be unheard of.

Thank you so much for doing this. So according to the times, T killed G 8+ minutes after returning home. They got home inside at 2:22 and the back door started opening and closing starting at 2:30. What happened in that truck that sent her into such a rage.
bbm
Maybe he was improving health-wise ?
Maybe he said something 'saucy' or threatened to tell his parents ? (Good for him !)

He was old enough to have known for quite some time that what she was doing to him was wrong --all of the threats (crying video), maybe punishments that went too far and became abuse ?

This doesn’t include cost of LS’s trial, but out of curiosity I checked cost of incarceration in CO.
LS is 36 yrs old now, say she lives to 80 yrs old, the Average Annual Cost Per Inmate in Colorado: $30,374 x 44 = $1,336,456 not factoring in inflation.
State by state: How much does it cost to keep someone in prison?
Thanks for looking that up, Error !

Amazing the amount of resources that are spent to provide care for murderers.
Money that would be better spent on those who are non-violent and not incarcerated.
These figures show that the money is there to help the mentally ill and others in need... but it's sadly wasted on those who don't deserve it.

TS does not deserve mental help in prison at the taxpayer expense -- if her family wants her to have help they can pay for it.
If she was mentally ill before Gannon's murder, why didn't her family get her treatment then ?
They or her defense will probably use the "I was mentally ill and didn't understand right from wrong." excuse, but she went to great lengths to hide this.

I don't believe she was mentally ill as in not knowing good from evil -- but more like an injustice collector who knows how to use and manipulate others.
Until it became a driving force in her life.
Imo.

Gray Hughes goes into detail pointing out a “shadow” on the truck video when LS arrives home in RD’s video. I’ve watched several, this is the only one that explained it enough to create reasonable doubt for me.
I’m catching up. And just read your post.

Serious question: what does Gray Hughes know about shadows?

I mean, no offense intended to him, but really, did he do some research? Sign up a "shadow expert"? I don't care what GH thinks about shadows any more than I care what DWAP or any other random true-crime YouTuber thinks about shadows. Put a photographer or cinematographer to work blogging on it; then I might pay attention.

IMO, JMO, MOO, etc. I certainly don't mean to offend or imply that those relying upon his discussion of shadows are somehow deficient; I just want to know what kind of proof he has.

MOO if she left a blood soaked scene for 4 hours is it likely she could have got it as clean as she did?

And the body itself is moist - it's not as if dry bones were put in the suitcase. Sorry to be graphic, but as time goes on, the fluids of a wounded body are going to seep. It's not necessarily only a fresh wound that is wet.

:(

I don't think that suitcase was staying "dry" unless there was something in the suitcase absorbing fluid and smells, which is another possibility.

jmo
I agree and this makes it even more bewildering to me that she transported his body in this suitcase all the way to Florida.

I am another one who needs to catch up, but it occurred to me...could the particle board have been under the mattress and she tossed it? Over the years we've had several kids beds that instead of a boxspring, a particle board supports the mattress...,

^^^Yes, great point @floridamomma ! My son has a twin bed that is like this with the particle board support just like you describe! The only problem is wouldn't the mattress just kind of "fall" through the bed frame if the board was removed? ........Off to go lift up my son's mattress to examine!

ETA: Another thing I've wondered is with that much blood on the mattress and dripped (speculation) down onto the carpet/concrete, wouldn't there be a decent chance that it would be somewhere on the bed frame, even if she attempted to clean/wipe it?

MOO

It’s impossible to say. This woman doesn’t think or behave like a normal person, or even a normal criminal.

The fact that she traveled across the country with his body, is indicative of the fact that she’s not at all risk-averse.

If she would do that, there’s just no telling what other chances she took, and incredibly stupid decisions she made.
Of course you are right. How can we make sense of it all? DDA Allen must be scratching his head while he is anxious to put her away. I’m thinking life plus a couple hundred years. But she will die saying she is innocent.

  • #736
Patrick Frazee planned to kill Kelsey, and make it look like she left on her own volition.

How did he do that? He beat her to death in her own home, leaving blood everywhere. He could have killed her any number of other ways, and possibly gotten away with it.

But that genius chose a baseball bat.

TS leaving her phone at home that morning, showed that this was part of a premeditated plot. That Google search supports that as well. I’m sure there is a hell of a lot more evidence than that though.

So a crime can be premeditated, and still show signs of rage. Both can be true at the same time.
Maybe they enjoyed the planning and premeditation of the vilest way they could kill. It’s sick.

TS took photos of Gannon in bed Monday morning. Why in the world would she do that? To send to Al to show he was still asleep/sick at 8:13 and 8:17am?

Or for some other reason? To show he was alive and the room was in order and clean?

Or was he still asleep after 8am because she injured him (but not in a bloody way yet) or drugged him?

So odd to take photos of a sleeping child who is 11, imo.

Any thoughts?

Im thinking while she was out in the truck with him that if he would have died then she would have went ahead and dumped his body while out. She may have been driving around trying to find a good spot to dump him and may have found the spot north of the lake but when he did not die, she had to go back and retrieve his phone and go home and by then she was even madder than her normal mad.

Just guessing as she has gotten me so confused my head is spinning.
Yeah that’s where I’m at too. Like I said to MassGuy, maybe she enjoyed the planning of the murder and when she couldn’t do it then she got angrier than ever. Poor little Gannon.

Every thing she has done is odd. I wish we had a list of her oddities. I’m sure the DA has a long list. Pure evil.

So she could return the bed to its ~original position after she moves it to clean bloody areas.

__and/or__

To show Gannon was 'resting from being sick'.
