I answered earlier but wanted to clarify. I was not happy with my original response as it sounded like I was saying you may have thought the Nissan was red because of the color of a car emoji. I did not want to insult your intelligence.

Spencer tweeted out Red = Nissan, Blue = Truck etc.

I thought the Nissan was red for awhile because of his tweet.

He was depicting the order of the lineup with car emojis.

Hope that makes sense and sorry everyone for taking up posting space but if someone answered me the way I answered I would be insulted and think DUH what do you think I am moron.....:);):p

I totally missed car emojis!! I think I was remembering others posts saying the Nissan was red, but IDK I'm not the sharpest tool in the drawer and I'm too old to insist on not being insulted lol:rolleyes:

I think there were multiple violent assaults, including one on Sunday.

If there wasn't a bloody attack on Sunday, then there's no reason for his bed to have been pulled away from the wall on Monday morning, when according to AS, his bed was usually pushed up against the wall.

She had that bed pulled out from the wall on Monday morning because there was already blood behind the head of his bed that she needed to clean.

JMO.
definitely
we know she lost her 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sunday night.
she dobs herself in apologising to gannon in the video.
I raised 3 sons....I'm sure most of us here who have had children can attest to0.
never ever seen or heard my boys sobbing like that under any circumstance at that age.
we endured broken bones, accidental stabbings, burns, bereavement etc
that precious young man at 11 was sobbing and had trouble breathing. he was in BIG BIG dire straights sunday night imo.

I've finally finished a complete rereading of the AA and as I did so, I put together an almost hour by hour, day by day compilation of the facts in the document, putting the information given in chronological order, something not done in the document itself. Not sure if someone else here already did that and posted it. If so, could anyone give me a link to it as I've not been able to keep up with the fast moving threads while rereading the AA. If not, is this something everyone would find worth having me post?

Investigators start focusing their efforts in Douglas County

Thursday, February 13th

Investigators start monitoring phone calls between Letecia and Al Stauch (known to Al).

They claim her story continually changed.

Letecia states Gannon was burned with a candle to the point his skin bubbled, Gannon peeled the burns off and wiped blood on his bedroom wall.

Al did not ask about the blood on the wall before Letecia made that comment.

Friday, February 14th

Phone call between Letecia and Al shows four more stories

  1. When EPSO came to the house on 1/27 the abductor was still in the house and she tried to tell deputies that somebody was there. EPSO deputies checked the entirety of the house and no additional person was located
  2. She was raped by Quincy Brown at her home and Brown abducted Gannon. She knew Brown’s identity because she saw a paper with his ID car fall out of his pocket. Letecia sent a photo of Quincy Brown to Al via text
  3. Quincy followed her from Petco. At some point was laying the middle of the road in front of her. When she stopped not to run him over, he jumped in the car and made her take him home where he raped her
  4. Letecia and Gannon were near County Line Road and Highway 105 in N El Paso County on 1/27. Gannon was riding a bicycle in the area, fell, hit his head and was then abducted by Quincy Brown. Brown was driven by a man named Terence.
Letecia tells investigators searches in that area would be “futile”

Police believe that Stauch also fabricated this story after seeing Brown's picture in a lineup of Pikes Peak Most Wanted fugitives.

Saturday, February 15th

Investigators located a piece of particleboard during their search. It had a stain that appeared to be blood. Blood profile matched Gannon.

Gannon’s blood found near Highway 105/Perry Park Road.

Investigators think Letecia used the particleboard during the disposal of Gannon’s remains.

Letecia tells investigators she told Al, Gannon fell off his bike because she thought that’s what he wanted to hear.

Letecia told Al over the phone the blood in the corner of Gannon’s room was a combo of hers and Gannon. She said the abductor raped both her and Gannon and was present when EPSO came to house that night.

Sunday, February 16th

7:28 p.m.
Letecia told a female (Teela Cummings) that she has given Al false stories because she knows he won’t believe anything she says.

Monday, February 17th

1:53 p.m.
Letecia told female (Laura Abernathy) that she was thinking about flying out to Colorado to take a lie detector test to prove her innocence. She said, “they think I’m still in Colorado”

4:11 p.m.
Letecia told an unknown female that she is going to take a lie detector test, but the test wouldn’t be admissible in court and no law enforcement would be present.

Tuesday, February 18th

10:14 a.m.
Letecia called 321-247-6876, a number associated with “fakepolygraph.com”

Letecia tells caller she never received confirmation for test she paid for, unknown male said he’d send her an email

11:16 a.m.
Letecia calls the phone number again and inquires about email. Male says her report was blocked by management because of the questions she wanted on the test. He said any test with illegal activities, the company has the right not to send it.

LS: “What do you do now, just delete it and go on about life and keep the money?”

Male: “Yes, we do indeed.”

LS: “Ok, I gotcha, thank you, goodbye.”

Detectives reach male with website and ask for questions she was trying to get answers for.

I am going to add to all these posts that I'm still on the fence about GS getting out if the truck.

I know Jessica said: "it is likely him..."

But she also said they felt animals carried him or parts of him away.

I am understanding that the AA was written before he was found. And written as "a nobody" AA.

And Michael Allen the DDA said: Finding GS absolutely changes things.

# 32 states that Jessica. "The vehicle returned at or about 2:19 and Leticia exited the vehicle. After viewing the video, I cannot be sure if another person exited the vehicle or not..."

As Gordian stated: "GS's bed being repositioned/pulled away from the wall in the picture TS took on Monday morning, when his bed was usually up against the wall, points to the attack in his bedroom occurring on Sunday night, not Monday afternoon.
If GS weren't severely injured on Sunday night, why have him stay home from school on Monday?"

By calculations from the moment she got home to the moment she unlocked the phone was 23 minutes. Extremely short period of time. And as somone just pointed out--she's already opening the back door at 2:30-- that shortens that 23 minutes by 15 minutes.

Now add TS sent several texts and even held an outgoing phone call. The times she was active on her phone: 3:41 p.m., 3:42 p.m., 3:43 p.m., 3:44 p.m., 3:45 p.m., 4:11 p.m., 4:19 p.m., 4:20 p.m. (thank you Wy for this info). And not discussing GS missing but discussing some gift for AS.
So no killing him after LH got home.

Then calculate the off the grid 2 hours.

So if his body had been found before the AA was written --- how much if it would be changed?

This is certainly an area that has stumped many of us.

I've decided that I am going to have faith in LE, and trust there are reasons they claim Gannon returned home after the 4-hour excursion. Until it is disclosed that his return may be inaccurate, I am going to believe the sequence of events listed in the AA. Mostly because I want the "who", "'what", "where", and "when" answered at trial. The "why" will never be good enough- but I do believe a possible motive has been established. :(

Oh Yes, definitely, post it, please and thank you

Serious question: what does Gray Hughes know about shadows?

I mean, no offense intended to him, but really, did he do some research? Sign up a "shadow expert"? I don't care what GH thinks about shadows any more than I care what DWAP or any other random true-crime YouTuber thinks about shadows. Put a photographer or cinematographer to work blogging on it; then I might pay attention.

IMO, JMO, MOO, etc. I certainly don't mean to offend or imply that those relying upon his discussion of shadows are somehow deficient; I just want to know what kind of proof he has.
Basically he has a huge monitor and frame contol. The shadows are there, enough to cast doubt.
MOO No one can say definitively one way or the other whether Gannon got out from RDs video.

I don't think I've ever seen a killer go to the extent of covering up a crime the way Leticia has done. The extensive list of the exhaustive physical and mental planning and scheming is so far beyond anything that a typical child abuser/killer would do. Her most bizarre action (and there are many) imo, was asking a random reporter on the street for an interview, so she could spew her lies and profess her innocence. This, with her back turned so people wouldn't recognize her, and at the time when she knew Gannon's remains were being moved out of state.

I don't know the explanation for a killer like her... manipulative..psychopathic..delusional..crazy..evil? I know some child killers can be compared to her, but she is unique imo. This teacher, mother, step-mother and wife had a dark soul, and was the most dangerous threat to everyone around her. I also think Gannon's little sister "dove a bullet" because she didn't witness his murder. Scary.

As @windrower suggested, here are the known lies that TS told that are part of the affidavit. (There are other lies she told, but this list isolates those specifically mentioned in the affidavit.)

The numbers indicate the paragraph numbers in the affidavit for eference back to the source document for original text. SEE IT: Full affidavit against stepmom Letecia Stauch, accused of brutally murdering young boy in bedroom

Any of these lies are ripe for analysis, imo. What I find fascinating is she claims Gannon's abductor was still in the house when LE showed up. There was no abductor, but Gannon was still at the house. Creepy, right?

14b. May 11, 2016. Letecia lost teaching certificate for filling unsubstantiated claims of harassment and retaliation.

18. Jan 27 6:55pm, Letecia reported Gannon missing. Said Gannon was supposed to be home approx 1 hour ago and she was unable to locate him at his friend’s home.

19. LE doesn’t believe Letecia went to any neighboring house. She could not give addresses nor names of friends.

21. Two ransom notes received via email on LE tip line. They were deemed fraudulent. (MY NOTE: there is no indication that Letecia was behind the ransom notes but I’m including as they are untruthful items listed in affidavit.)

22. Letecia said she last saw Gannon at 3:15pm when he left to play with friends. She says she looked for him and sent her daughter HH to look for him at a park.

27. Jan 27. Letecia texted at 4:37am to employer that she would be absent because her stepdad was killed after being hit by a car. (MY NOTE: Her stepdad actually was killed after being hit by a car, but years prior.)

85. Letecia said she was held at gunpoint and raped by a Hispanic man named Eguardo. That man abducted Gannon after the rape.

86. Eguardo was in the home at 2:30pm when she and Gannon arrived home, attacked her, and pointed gun. He allowed her to go upstairs to greet stepdaughter when she arrived home from school. Letecia sent stepdaughter outside to ride bike and then returned to basement where Eguardo vaginally penetrated her against her will between 3:30-4:30pm. She believed she hit her head and might have blacked out.

87. Gannon jumped on Eguardo’s back during the rap and Eguardo threw Gannon across the room. Eguardo held gun to Gannon and demanded suitcase and cardboard box. He attempted to sexually assault her again but she hit her head and blacked out again.

88. She tried unsuccessfully to fight off Eguardo. She didn’t report rape until two days later.

89. Letecia cleaned up area of attack in Gannon’s room and cleaned utility room.

92. Letecia said she met Eguardo Sun, Jan 26, day before murder. After Gannon burned carpet, she drove to a nearby construction site and met Eguardo who was working on a house. She asked him to repair the carpet and gave him the garage door code so he could fix the carpet on Monday while she went shopping.

99. During LE interview, Letecia claimed chest pain and shortness of breath. Recovered when arrived at hospital. She refused sexual assault exam.

132. Jan 28, 5:14am. Text conversation with babysitter - said Gannon went to doctor for his stomach. No evidence this happened.

133. Jan 29, 2:14am. Text (to whom? I can’t tell) about smokey basement and that both she and Gannon had blood on them. LE said basement smelled nice, like coconut.

146, Letecia texted AS she thinks LE hiding something regarding taking Gannon’s toothbrush for DNA.

147. Letecia texted LE: “I did nothing and/or am being set up.” (MY NOTE: have to chuckle that she actually texted “and/or.”) Regarding HH at the house with LE, Letecia texted LE, ‘“She was forced to stay there not even leave for food.”

161. Letecia told AS on Feb 13 that Gannon was burned by candle and his skin bubbled. He peeled burns off and wiped blood on bedroom wall. She provided this info without being asked about blood on the wal, indicating her knowledge of murder scene.

162. Letecia told AS abductor was still in the house when LE arrived and she tried to signal LE. Quincy Brown raped her in the home and he abducted Gannon. She knows his name because she saw a paper and his ID card fell out of his pocket. She texted photo of Quincy Brown to AS. Photo is a Most Wanted photo. She said Quincy Brown followed her from Petco, laid in middle of road in front of her car. When she stopped, he jumped into her car and made her take him home, then raped her. She said she and Gannon were near Cty Line Road/Hwy 105 on Jan 27. Gannon was riding bike, fell off, hit his head. Then Quincy Brown abducted him. Brown was driven by a man named Terence.

163. It was public knowledge that LE was searching Hwy 105/S. Perry Park Road area.

167. Letecia stated blood in Gannon’s room was a combo of hers and his. The abductor anally penetrated both her and Gannon with an object. She was tied up at some point. Abductor was in the house when LE arrived that night.

168. Quincy Brown’s photo was on KKTV’s website, described as black. (Eguardo was Hispanic.)

Has anyone else wondered if LS used the switch to strike the killing blow to Gannon? I have been wondering if she did and if Gannon got on his switch after he grounded from it and LS blew her top over it, picking it up to strike him with it.

I'm not sure if the device is heavy enough to inflict a fatal injury?
ETA: the screenshot shows the device with the controllers attached. They basically slide off/on (red/blue "things" on each side).

But what if you held it while repeatedly pounding on someone (sorry to be graphic), not that it would be just one blow.

I don't have a theory on how she actually committed the murder, but I suppose I can envision her grabbing his favorite object and repeatedly striking it with him while holding it in her fist.

My hunch, though, is she put thought into the weapon and didn't just grab what was handy.

The amount of blood loss - soaking through a mattress, a carpet and carpet padding......staggering. Makes my heart hurt so badly reading these things. That poor child. I'm sure it must have been something more substantial then his Switch. I think that all of the anger she built up towards AS she took out on this helpless little boy. Dear Gannon I am so sorry life was so horribly taken from you. :(

This strikes me as great!! except off the top of my head: at some point Jessica's AW clarifies that the ADT action shown was that of a door opening 10x. (I also believe the door was shown as doing the repeated opening dance, during the same time T was claiming she was being raped by Eguardo).

I'd also add that to the timeline, wherever it should go. :)

Re:#3
MOO. A child getting away from an adult in the driver seat either emotionally or physically would exit the back passenger door.
From a light visible though the driver side window MOO there is a lot of action in the cab before she (they get out).

RD has the original footage and he is “absolutely positive she returned home alone.”

I would like to see the DA add torture to her charges. Ever since I heard the terrible audio of her terrorizing him, a child, I have felt sick. It was like listening to a demon. I keep telling everyone to steel themselves, because I think there is so much worse to be revealed, and imo it will be revealed how thoroughly Gannon was failed by the people around him. MOO.

I wish I’d never heard that audio. It was beyond disturbing. Poor Gannon.

I'm not sure if the device is heavy enough to inflict a fatal injury?
ETA: the screenshot shows the device with the controllers attached. They basically slide off/on (red/blue "things" on each side).

Nintendo says the Switch is well under 1lb, even with controllers attached, for whatever that is worth:

Technical Specs - Nintendo Switch™ Official Site - System hardware, console specs

Approximately .66 lbs
(Approximately .88 lbs when Joy-Con controllers are attached)

So, I dunno... could you beat someone to death with, say, a can of tomato paste? I'm thinking not likely; but I don't spend a lot of time thinking about that so willing to be corrected.

IMO I believe she abused Gannon on Sunday and set out a plan to kill him, but I don't think he wasn't deathly wounded when he got into the truck that morning or they would've found some DNA showing that. I think she gave him something to try to kill him and tried to make it look like he was on drugs when he "supposedly" ran away. So she spent two hours driving around hoping he would die so she could dispose of him, but he didn't die so she had to do things differently.

Wednesday, February 12th
