Still working on catching up, but..

One thing that is missing from the AA (for me) is swabs done on the vacuum cleaner and or carpet shampooer (if they owned one).

That kind of bothers me a little. If TS had HH buy carpet powder, she planned on using it for the clean-up, and IMO, having carpet powder and maybe even blood in the vacuum cleaner with TS prints all over it could be pretty damning.
Never fear there will be lots more to come. Personally I don't know if I could handle one more paragraph from the AA: poof brain explosion

AA#5: "This affidavit is intended merely to show that there is sufficient probable cause for the requested warrant....." Meaning the arrest warrant. This is just a summary provided by Det. Jessica and an FBI agent.

There was a rotor rooter guy on the witness list so they could have gotten evidence from drain traps but did not mention it in the AA.

Warrants obtained but not mentioned:
Apple Inc. (the infamous watch?)
Life360
Tile

I wish I could but it would be speculation. There is no report in the affidavit, of where the Tiguan was at these time frames.
Speculation is fine here as along you're clear that you're speculating.

I will bet one location that she did not tell him, was the airport. And any location she did tell was a lie.
Yes, now that I think about it, TS may have just told him she parked it there as part of her original story about not wanting Gannon to recognize the car when they drove around looking for him.

She may have just said the same for him coming home and seeing her car parked in the driveway.
So she just thought of a familiar location and told him it was there.

Imo

I definitely agree with ASPD but would argue it’s BPD rather than NPD.
All Cluster B PDs share certain qualities, and the inability to show empathy is a common trait in all but Histrionic.
BPD would explain Tee’s highly unstable relationships with others & her ability to suddenly shift from idealization (great admiration and love) to devaluation (intense anger and dislike).
JMO. Will be interesting to see what comes out in trial.
Does Cluster F really exist? :);)
I believe that's the diagnosis.

Thank you! That's a good point for sure. It also bothers me that Amazon is not on the list of witnesses since they had at least 1 Echo device in the house. Even without the silly things I've pointed out, and all the questions I have, LE did a stellar job on this investigation.

Can you imagine compiling the AA. My god, I think they cherry picked the most important items from the dates of Jan. 27 - Jan. 29.

Kudos to all and now we know the devastation/emotions on the two female detective spokesperson(s) faces.

So many lives scarred, having to hold that knowledge, seared onto your brain.

There are too many pages of the AA. o_O

AND saw your question.....
DBM = deleted by me
BBM = bolded by me
RSBM = respectfully snipped by me
that's all I can think of right now

Rumor has it there is an official list somewhere, I have yet to find it, so I am perpetually confused but those I learned real quick

DBM is used the most,
when quoting a post remember to stay away from the brackets (think of them as a little electric fence) otherwise if you delete them your post remains in the box and is weird
Thank you!:) (I promise nothing concerning my not so savvy navigation through threads and buzz words.:D)

Replying to myself to say - I now see you were talking about keeping some info exclusive to what is in the affidavit. I'm missed that part of the convo, but I get what you're saying now.

I agree she has more than one serious personality disorder. Having lived with an NPD ex for 12 years I know it first hand. They think they know how others tick, but they just project their own twisted thoughts. They feel a need to win, be best, be admired. But mostly they hold grudges like no one else for very tiny slights. If you make them look stupid or feel stupid even unintentionally they wait until they can strike back. They plot. Usually control freaks who must have everything done their way. They will criticize and complain about you until you cry and they tell you you are a baby, or too sensitive and laugh at your pain. TS calling GS immature bothered me and that video instantly confirmed her guilt to me. The victims will do anything or say anything in the moment to get the abuser to stop. Including apologies for nothing or sickeningly make a “pinky promise”. TS was losing her grip on her source of narcissistic supply (AS and maybe even HH) and she lashed out to hurt AS and remove her likely scapegoat GS. It couldn’t be her own fault! It never is for an NPD.

Ok, not on subject I know. But...what does dbm mean? I'm still in a learning curve. Hey...I'm old. That's my excuse. :D

I'm old, too. It means "deleted by me," often used when a double post comes up, or when commenters have changed their minds about what they wrote.

Once suspected, it would seem most likely that GS was either in LS’s car or had been in her car - so it should have been first place to search once they suspected the runaway story was false. IMO calling in an 11 year old as a runway within 3-4 hours is pretty quick especially if you have no idea where he went (which friend). Most people are hesitant to call police and look foolish/overreacting.

Runaway, yes sometimes waiting is understandable. Being classified as a "runaway" means there was previous behavioral or family trouble.

Missing kid, MOO waiting to call is not understandable...missing kids are an immediate family emergency.
It's a dangerous world for a kid alone on the street.

This AA has to trim somewhere the final is likely to be 150 pages.

The AA doesn’t get any longer, it’s just enough information to justify the charges.

The preliminary hearing is basically an extension of the AA, as the prosecution will present that information and a hell of a lot more.

Many of our questions will be answered on those two days in June.

The affidavit doesn't cover ALL the evidence, but enough to convince a judge that a suspect should be arrested.

There is more evidence than what is in the affidavit. Perhaps the evidence you're looking for will be revealed as the case goes on in the courtroom.

Hmmm...
I don't think I want to know what it captured. :(

Aren't those devices able to be turned off at will, though ?

Excellent point !

There has to be several tons of evidence we haven't heard.
A damning indictment of this monster's cruelty to Gannon.
I agree about the female spokespersons, after watching that second presser I just knew it was going to be horrifying.
The kind of 'knowledge' you don't forget.

Yes, i agree with BPD. Sometimes i think that she meets diagnostic criteria for all 4 Custer B Personality Disorders... or at least 3 out of the 4. She is truely one of a kind and i don't mean that as a compliment. ;)

@leighEg I thought of one more question for you. Has TS seen HH since she has been arrested? For that matter, has she received any visitor's at all?
Thank you!

Lol, that was funny. If not, her story lines were a CF for sure!

You can mute them, or unplug them. But I just read the amazon privacy info. I think they've recently changed and they now only record and save data after the wake work is used. "Alexa, set an alarm for 8am" etc.
