Thank you! That's a good point for sure. It also bothers me that Amazon is not on the list of witnesses since they had at least 1 Echo device in the house. Even without the silly things I've pointed out, and all the questions I have, LE did a stellar job on this investigation.
There is plenty that is not in the AA @Rosyoutlook -- The trial will shock us.

Silly TS is going to be fried...

Hmmm...
I don't think I want to know what it captured. :(

Aren't those devices able to be turned off at will, though ?

Excellent point !

There has to be several tons of evidence we haven't heard.
A damning indictment of this monster's cruelty to Gannon.
I agree about the female spokespersons, after watching that second presser I just knew it was going to be horrifying.
The kind of 'knowledge' you don't forget.
Oh yes, those devices are able to be turned off at will.

That's a really long time to wait for answers. What are we going to talk about for two whole months? Could you maybe become a pen-pal with TS? :)
I have the paper towels ready!

I’m sure they do. I’d bet it was completed when the girls were sent to the dollar store.
I wonder if HH drove the VW. Then when she arrived she was asked to back it in. I wondered only cause the receipt was left in the VW.

Holy chicpeas!!! I left y’all for a day & now I’m 10 pages behind (192 more messages to be exact it says). I like to catch up before commenting in case what I have to reply to or ask hasn’t already been answered.

Is this the best way to do it or just reply as I go? Any advice from veteran WSers is welcomed. I think I’m hooked in here to see the Justice served for GS’s case & EB’s case.

I gave up trying to keep up. Between the COVID, taking care of dad, doing the other stuff life demands.....I just read till the thread is closed, then jump to the new one. If....BIG if...I find time, I will go back and read what I missed.

Reading everything would take forever, ain’t nobody got time for that. Fire away.

You probably have seen them. I was just reminiscing, re-analyzing and admiring their composure. To be the keeper/protector of information in the name of justice for Gannon, for the integrity of the case. To be the voice for Gannon and his loved ones....amazing.

I could not do it.

The video I am looking for I can not find. Sgt. Mynatt is visibly upset and a reporter asks why? She says it is a family issue, which may be true but I believe otherwise.

Attached is one from 2/4 (just put in context, LS has been evasive, given her inane Eguardo statement on Wed., cousin IT interview on Fri. in front of a moving van no less).

sergeant myantt gannon stauch - Bing video

The one below @15 minutes in she is crying reading Al's letter. This is before his little body has been found. They have finally told the public he is dead. Pardon me but I am at a loss for the blonde LE Sgt. name that is crying.

Sorry for the monster post everyone! @Boxer if you need the press conference announcing his body has been found, let me know I can dig it up quickly.
WOW! Thank you.

@leighEg I thought of one more question for you. Has TS seen HH since she has been arrested? For that matter, has she received any visitor's at all?
Thank you!
It’s cases like this that make me wish all states had a Sunshine Law like Florida. It can get a bit stale between document releases. With Casey Anthony even her visitor lists and, I believe, her commissary orders were released. We’re lucky TS has such an inflated ego that she though she could direct things by yammering to the media or we’d really be digging for things to discuss. Being locked up hasn’t stifled LS and we may hear more from her. I trust we’ll eventually see just about everything in this case. We just have to be patient.

imo a good way to be is if something somebody says grabs you in a light bulb kinda way ,doesn't matter how far back it is go for it. just make sure you include the post so we all know where your coming from and why you posted.
we do get bogged down sometimes when a poster asked a simplistic question and 10 people will jump on with the same generic reply they are the ones to best wait till your all caught up to reply if no one else has gotten to it. but its no biggy.
we all friends here and enjoy helping each other and adding our two bits worth :)

websleuths is very addictive !:D

Atleast Colorado puts most of the court documents online, to include search warrants.

When all is said and done, we’ll likely see the bodycam footage of the responding officers, her interview footage, and countless other things.

If you have comments or questions, feel free to post any time. I skipped a ton of pages in the beginning of Gannon’s case and I was grateful to those who could help me catch up.

It's good for us to remember that TS knows EVERYTHING that occurred, but what she DIDN'T KNOW was what LE KNEW! She is a volunteer! Volunteering all sorts of evidence before LE released it. I think it could be a 100% certainty that a cardboard box features into this sad story. Perhaps that's how the bedding left the house....

Consider this: she gathers up bedding, clothing, cleaning rags, etc on Monday morning (or afternoon, depending on which ordering of events you subscribe to) and dumps it in the utility room temporarily. Perfect place to find a moving box!

Another fine example of TS telling on herself.

Excellent post!

I spent a few days watching all the video footage in the Watts case after he went to prison. It was fascinating.

I think it's very possible she pitched all the bedding into the utility room between 8:15 and 10:15 (or 2:15 and later:15, if you prefer). Later stuffing it into an instantly repurposed cardboard moving box, and THAT is what left blood on the floor of the garage where she set it, on the tailgate where she hoisted it, and in her vehicle where her grubby little hands deposited it. If she had a soggy box on her hands, she may indeed have had the foresight to lay some plywood down in the back of her vehicle... which ultimately could explain how Gannon's DNA profile ended up on that board. Additionally, she may have transferred his DNA to the interior of her vehicle while folding and stowing seats to make room.... either way, I think the blood evidence in her car could be IMO explained by bloody sheets in a leaking box...

JMO but I think it's highly probable she was cleaning walls and floors between 2:15 and 6:15... I think the neighborhood surveillance will show that she moved her car into the garage and loaded it either while the girls were at the store or the park... or later that same evening.

What a SICK human being to claim Gannon cut his foot (because flower box, because Albert), Gannon sat on the edge of her car, Gannon walked back and forth to his exclusive gate when all along she knew that all that was left of him was blood soaked bedding, in an ever-dampening cardboard box.

Heinous.

I was thinking garbage bags, but this makes better sense!!

Those 2k pages of discovery took days to go through. I expect this case to surpass that.

If you ever have to rent a car near that same Colorado airport, avoid renting a white Kia Rio. Not only did TS use it around the time of a murder, someone else may have too. Note the blood from a stranger in the trunk. AA Item #62 + #63.

When is the next court date? How long before we can ensure justice for Gannon? I want to focus on LS 's conviction! I admit that I am a bit of a whimp, am way too emphatic and feel the pain of this family and Gannon as if I am there personally! God! The cruelty of this world never ceases to surprise me! I was not built for these emotions but I was raised to be compassionate to all those who may suffer and be in pain! Please, if you are in need of help reach out, if you need to lash out seek help! May the innocent among us be spared the wrath of those who are deranged! May we all be a village so we may know what is happening in our community! May we not be afraid to ask questions, to be involved in our community and in those who are most vulnerable! I am blind to those who live near to me, see signs of concerns but am hesitant to act for fear of intruding! But if intruding in a kind way can spare an innocent life from trauma, don't we have a responsibility to intervene!? This is a complex role and at times I am not sure how to react? How do you act when you see a neighbor who has a troublesome situation? Do you ask? Do you avoid? Do you wait it out? What is the right response? Could a response from someone have changed the course of this case!? Are we as a society somewhat compliscent in the innocent lives of those who are lost?

Spoken with a true heart. Don't ever let go of those values!!

When to speak, when to mind our own business. Woulda, shoulda, coulda.... We all have choices we wish we could take back or change.

But each situation gives is wisdom for the next.

That includes the next child we see needs help... ❤

So true! And may we know the wisdom to act!
