I want to know what was said/texted/communicated between the perp and those who assisted her in leaving CO ?
In a very general sense.. I'm not getting a picture of a law-abiding or LE-friendly group of people.
Weren't they the lest bit suspicious ?

Gannon's missing (at that time of the Spencer/cousin Itt interview) ; and you're fleeing the state; and not even helping look for him ?

If I were LS' family/friends, I'd be saying --"Forget helping you move !!! Why aren't you out looking for an 11 year old boy whose care you are responsible for ? What is wrong with you ? ...(Etc.) "

Unfortunately there are people among us who live their lives viewing LE as the enemy.

The wiretapped / intercepted communication from March 19 will be connected with someone on the witness list. This was the day after Gannon's body was discovered and the day before it was confirmed. Aside from HH, I only know of TS's sister as listed.

In general, it seems that once you get to see the family members and friends of people like TS, you realize that not only is the killer not a “black sheep,” but they are part of a flock.

I’m not talking about a killer who seemingly comes out of nowhere, but a killer who has a long pattern of criminal behavior and deceit.

Not only did they not abandon her, but they stood by and defended her. Some of them anyways.

They probably didn’t ask questions because they are used to not asking questions.

@DTPeke This is the kind of thing that you catch. LE was wiretapping / intercepting someone's communications on March 19, and it wasn't TS's. It was the day before Gannon's body was located.

You deserve credit for capturing the dates.

I only noted that two phones were wiretapped.

March 19th is the date the information gathered from the wiretap was sealed.

I don't know if that means the wiretap was in effect until the 19th. I hope so.

Maybe she did take one down and post it again then?,this is the one I got quite soon after it was posted along with 2 recorded phone calls between TS and LH,she posted them underneath a statement she had posted saying her next post would be all about Gannon. She had a bit to say for herself that night!

I don't think we know if she did or not, but she most certainly posted it publicly on her FB, so she clearly wasn't concerned about him seeing it.

It's different from the edited version, that's why I wondered which one you were referring to.
Neither showed an image of Gannon. The original video I saw posted on FB was very dark, and you couldn't see Gannon at all.
That's why I asked if there was a link to the one you were referring to that shows Gannon shrinking back from TS with the look of terror in his eyes. I have not seen it yet, and did not realize there were more than two versions. If this is true, I'm not sure if we can know if any of the three (or more) versions actually depict what happened or when.

No,none of them depict what actually had preceded the video.
However, his breathing was very shallow consistent with injuries to chest, abdomen or some other organ. He was badly hurt.
The exact nature of his injuries at that time may never be known because he is dead and his body was not recovered for such a long long time.
I know what I saw, because I kept replaying it and I even commented on the post that it was direct evidence of child abuse.
I searched for it and I was informed that El Paso PD asked that it be removed.
I have never been able to locate it and I'll never know how they managed to remove the film bt not the vocals which in the version with film did not contain the words 'I'm bleeding' at the end. I am positive of that but it could have been a shortened version I saw.

I also doubt LS skills to remove all traces of it which suggests LE did it.
While watching it I doubted the child could possibly remain alive until morning, but he apparently did.
I think the video will re-emerge. At trial.

Did she upload it accidentally?
It's quite possible.
Did she do it to 'prove' some point?
Crazy is her middle name.

At the very least he had received a severe beating at that time and she was nervous she had gone too far... I do not believe it was the beating that led to his death because we saw him walk the next morning, apparently.

My guess is that she convinced them it wasn't safe for her to stay - she was getting death threats, had to protect HH, was pushed out of her own home by bio-mom "who didn't want to raise her own kids," didn't have anywhere to stay (likely found out she didn't have a job).

In the TV interview, she says she expects an apology, especially from her husband - and I'm guessing she told some stories to her family about how awful he was treating her too.

And they believed her, I guess. Or willing to pretend they did.

Less than a week after she murdered her step-son, she fled across the country (with a dead body).

I bet she thought she got away with it.

I'll also add that if she was going to return home to kill Gannon, why would she have stayed out driving around for 4 hours and leave herself such a short amount of time to kill him in the home before LainS came home from school?? I guess the answer to that might be the same answer to many other questions I have about LS--->because she's a moron! But I still think the scenario with Gannon SEVERELY injured & fighting to live as he struggled to the truck that morning only to be finished off and murdered by the evil beast before she returned home to clean up any evidence of her previous violent attack on Gannon is what I believe at this point.

The sweet, sweet boy fought to live and defeated the odds as a micro-premie at birth and he almost defied the odds again when LS attacked him!

Any trauma to the head that would cause an eye injury could also injure the brain. And most life-threatening head injuries don't cause profuse external bleeding. The scalp bleeds a lot but the actual life-threatening bleeding in a head injury is all internal, in the skull. While eye injuries are very painful and often disorienting the real concern with any blunt head trauma would always be the possibility of underlying brain injury.

Thanks for this. IF she caused damage to his eye area, that could explain his disorientation in slow-walking the next day.

Just curious, are you working the front lines in some capacity in this corona fight?

I don't think she dismembered the body. I think she put the body in the suitcase and in the trunk of her car long before rigor set in. The blood found in the pathway to the garage and in the area where her car was, as well as on the bumper points towards her moving the body shortly after death.

I also don't think she would have taken the time to cut up a body (and clean up the mess) while her daughter and step daughter were in the home.

If his body was placed inside of a trash bag, it wouldn't be as messy and she wouldn't even have to look. I don't think rigor or bowel evacuation was a forethought. And I take no pleasure in typing this

I have seen nothing in the groups online who LS was arguing with at the time and they were screen capturing everything. Nothing I seen in the comments of those monitoring her closely and seen the video mentioned seeing Gannon in the video.

1st doc, page 2, para 5 - Leads me to believe that additional evidence was obtained and entered for sealing on that same day (March 19). TS was arrested on March 2, so where did the additional information come from?

If this is true, then how did the video that does not show Gannon get released? People said they downloaded it facebook. I am not doubting you but I think many people would have seen it and we would have heard about in the groups that were monitoring her.
