Number 47 on the affidavit states, "Based on exterior video footage, HH arrived at the residence in her white VW Jetta at or about 1642hrs and picked up L".
I think we can take riding bikes to Dollar Tree off the table. Someone was confused, the notion grew legs and was erroneously repeated.

Number 48 states,"investigator's located a receipt documenting the purchase". Now I'm trying to find where it was stated the receipt was found in the Tiguan, Was that in another part of the affidavit?

Yeah, they did not ride the bikes there, L can’t average more than 12 mph on her bike for 4 miles with traffic , lights etc.. It appears also that Harley did not enter the home when she got home from work. The AA states that no one had access to gannon at the home from the time LS returned from her drive until 17:34 with the exception of his little sister.

Yeah, where that receipt was found is pretty important.

One would expect it to be found in HH’s vehicle, as she made the purchase. If it was found in the Tiguan, then that means TS was likely trying to hide it, and forgot to destroy the evidence.

It’s been said on here that it was found in the Tiguan, but I haven’t looked closely enough at the AA to verify.

I envision HH putting the receipt in the bag with the supplies and then giving the bag to LS. Then, LS uses the bag to stash garbage and other things she wants to discard and throws it in her Tiguan when loading the suitcase. The receipt then falls out of the bag during the flurry of activity and shuffling of stuff in the Tiguan.

The woman who interviewed TS said TS told her she was going to Castle Rock to buy AS a bike for his BIRTHDAY, not Valentines Day. That’s the first time I’ve heard that. Wow, it really makes you wonder if she did this out of revenge and planned it for his birthday or close to it. Poor father. Anyone know his exact birthdate?

Just catching up so this probably has been answered. Looks like LS didn’t mention a special occasion for the bike in her interview with Leigh Egan.

They later went to Castle Rock to find a new bicycle for Al Stauch, who was out of town working at the time, Stauch said.

In the phone call with the anonymous woman that DWAP posted LS says it was Valentines Day gift for AS.

Tamika Drayton describes LS demeanor as very strange. She says she is smiling acting like she was at a BBQ. Enjoying the company not like a parent that has a missing a child.

Happy, relaxed, smiling, enjoying the attention she was receiving from neighbors that had come out to help.

This is on the 28th, the day after GS ran-away or the day after she was raped…pick a story, any story is better than hers.

They did check the timestamp from the receipt from the airport. It matched the time from the data from the Tiguan, which showed that she left at approximately 7:00 pm on the 28th.

The data also revealed that she was in the Greater NW area of CS's and in an area N of the Airforce Academy and Southern Douglas Colorado between 8:30 and 10:30. This is the same time period that her phone was turned off.

More specifically, the Tiguan was in the area of hwy 105/ S Perry Park Road (where she left the body) between 9:15 and 9:30 and was stopped for five minutes.

This is the same location the Altima was in when she went back to retrieve the body.

He was born in late September. Let’s face the reality. LS is a liar. You never know what might come out of her mouth. Like the latest: she had yet another lie detector test done and had planned to give the correct one to Crime Online. Sure.

Considering the timeline proposed by investigators in the AA, I don't think LS planned for the murder to happen inside the home within 60+ minutes of LaiS getting home from school. I think she'd been angry at GS all weekend and by the time they got home from their trip North-- something set her off to strike him dead right then and there.

When I think of the surveillance video of GS walking to the truck, I know some have said he looked drugged but from the first time I saw it I thought that child does not want to go anywhere with LS in his dad's truck. MOO

Not sure why she had to email her employer that her stepfather had just been run over by a car. That information can be examined and then some. What was she thinking at 4 something in the morning posting this excuse AND contemplating the murder of her stepson?

Yeah, this little tidbit we all kind of just rolled our eyes and glanced over. But what a field day a psychiatrist could have with this one! As it turns out, TS is making the Arias train wreck/circus look like a routine day in court.

We are lucky she did not get her hands on that video. If she had, then LE, AS, the Jury, and none of us would have ever seen it again.

Note to self:
If my security cameras ever catch something suspicious, dont share it with the subject in question. Share only with LE.

And that's all the more so that he was slow walking or sluggish walking.

Falsely accusing Gannon of attacking her is within the norm of her personality. But going there requires her to admit that she killed him.

However, she had to come up with something to convince her relatives to assist her as they did.

Sorry, but I question anyone who supports a perp who viciously murdered an 11 year old .
It's sadly certain Gannon's death wasn't instant, and that he cried out in pain and fear as she attacked him.

For that alone TS needs to leave prison in a pine box.
