Is there a link to the Petco video?
It seems a lot of people have seen it but I can't seem to find it.

Also, last night I came across something about video of LS in a FL hotel with a suitcase...
Does anyone have any insight into that? I can't remember where I found that mentioned initially but I know I didn't see it in any MSM...

I think there must be many rumors and/or videos about Petco coming from SM. The only reference to Petco that I recall is from the AA that accounts for LS making two stops at the same store. There's nothing in the AA indicating LS was looking for GS phone left at Petco (i.e., GS phone stashed at Petco??). AA states GS had his phone while on errands with LS and that his phone was located at the residence during their search. GS switch not located.

If Gannon was in the trunk while LE was at the house, she must have had a lot of confidence in her plan. I don’t know whether that indicates stupidity or brazenness or a lot of both. The way her family rallied and helped her get out of town has me thinking they’ve been enabling and/or covering up her lies and criminal behavior for years.
BBM:

I'm going with answer C, "What is both, Alex."

TS has exhibited extreme levels of both imbecility and overconfidence.

If I didn't know better, I'd swear she and Frazee were Siamese twins joined at the brain.

Let me tell you who had GS's phone while on errands: Letecia.
That's who had his phone.

If TS assaulted GS on Sunday evening, which I'm entirely convinced she did, then one of the first things she would have done subsequently would be to confiscate his phone so that he could not contact anyone to report what she'd done to him.

I'd love to know when GS last spoke to someone outside of that home.

As much as I love this post, I have to ask: WHAT BRAIN???

Of course it was, on account of TS is a moron.

I would say she's a total birdbrain, but that would be an insult to birds.

To the rest of us, TS's words and actions are utterly damning.
To her, they appear to be the perfect foil…she actually thinks she's concocted a believable story.

The fact that the people closest to her have probably never confronted her with her unending stream of lies has likely further fostered this false self-belief in her ability to successfully deceive others.

Her thinking is warped, and her sense of perception completely distorted.

Hubris and Moronity are never a winning combination…as TS is about to discover.

Hey GK, was waiting for you to appear.:D
I have a question. Are you still on the fence about whether the murder took place at home and whether it was Sunday or Monday?

I have a question. Are you still on the fence about whether the murder took place at home and whether it was Sunday or Monday?

Here's where I am as things sit today:

I've always believed TS committed an initial assault on GS Sunday, and that she then murdered him on Monday in an effort to avoid the punishment headed her way for seriously injuring him. I haven't moved at all from that position.

That combined Sunday attack/Monday murder scenario remains a fixed point for me.

Having said that, I'm still completely on the fence re: where and when TS murdered GS on Monday.

Based on the known facts, I can make a case for TS having murdered GS while she was out running "errands" with him that day.

However, I can also make a case for TS having murdered GS after they returned home.

So, I'm still riding the pine on that particular fence, which is where I expect I'll be uncomfortably perched until the prelim, or maybe even the trial.

In either event, i.e., whether he was killed away from the home or inside the home, all roads lead to Rome.

As we all know, this case ain't exactly what you'd call a Whodunnit.

We know Whodunnit.

We just know for certain yet where & when she dunnit.

But I think that search for “can my parent find my cell phone if it's off” was a staged one, and was only done to make it look like G ran away.

I don't think Tee needed to ask that question. She already knew the answer. She was a member of several True Crime forums and had followed many cases herself, in which cell phones were tracked by LE.
Yes, exactly. She would have had to have known that answer. How would an 11 year old have the forethought to think in that way? Definitely staged and premeditated.

Lol! Love your posts. MG is now convinced murder was Monday evening at home as he sides with AA. I’m still stubbornly convinced he didn’t make it home, at least not alive. So I was wondering where you are with this.

I firmly believe she beat him badly Sunday night. And planned to get rid of him or drop him off a cliff Monday morning. Either she did kill him and then had to bring him home to place him in suitcase or she hid him on side of a road and went back later and retrieved his body maybe late Monday night. what I can’t see is her keeping his body in a suitcase in her vehicle while police were there. I’m sure police knew she wasn’t truthful from the first visit.

I’m hoping DDA Allen can lay out the timeline at the preliminary hearing to seal the deal. I need to have it fixed in my head.

IF TS called LE while she had a body/suitcase in her car, you can bet she had her car keys stuffed in her pants.

TS has very busy pants.

In more way than one.

"She's going to need a bigger pair of pants."

If Gannon was shot in his bedroom, I believe that the AA would indicate changes for the fire arm.

Since those charges were added AFTER the AA was released and AFTER Gannon's precious body was found, I think the Prosecution will HAVE to adjust their working theory.

Because of the timing of those events -- Dan May visually inspecting the bedroom scene, the charges which occurred under a NO BODY case, and the addition of charges after the autopsy, I am convinced he was shot, but NOT AT HOME.

By 2 pm, she'd abandoned him IMO and raced home to remove evidence.

Im still stuck on whether she brought him home or not after the lengthy shopping trip Monday.

The GH YT "shadow video" was interesting and it seemed to pull me in the direction of her bringing him home like the AA speculates too, but the more I thought about that shadow lately, I think it could have been the garage door opening causing that brief shadow between the cars. If she had an automatic garage door opener and hit the button while still in the car then the garage door may have started to open about the time she stepped out of the vehicle which is about when we see a glimpse of a shadow between the cars.

If the sun was beating down on the garage door then as it opened, it may have caused a reflection to bounce off the cars which could have resulted in a shadow like that.

I guess Im still on the fence about whether he made it home from that trip. I could see it either way and would like to get to a point where Im not on the fence about it.

Its a tough one because its TS we are dealing with and I could see her doing any number of things that dont make sense. But bringing him home, killing him there, and having his body present there while calling LE seems like a stretch even for her. Then again, its TS we are dealing with, so Im still on the fence for now about it.

I know. We all keep saying it’s TS we are talking about. I can accept whatever LE decides as she isn’t normal. But I do believe she finished him off away from home after a severe injury. Hate saying it that way.

We haven’t seen the other videos LE has for late Monday night into Tuesday morning. Will be so glad to learn what they know.

Additionally the fact the Gannon bled so profusely in his bedroom suggests to me that TS was NOT planning to murder Gannon before 4 am.

I believe she injured him badly Sunday night. I think she went straight into CYA mode, but NOT murder mode. I bet she believed she could sell the video story, patch Gannon up, make him good to go, and then gaslight the hell out of the situation. Blame blame blame. Because smoke. Because blanket. Because so lady don't be mad. Her Google searches indicate to me she may have been planning to fix Gannon, blame Gannon, scare him into compliance. "You know, Gannon. I would (have) never hurt you. You caused this and I'm going to help you HIDE IT FROM YOUR DAD. Because that's how great I am, right? Pinky swear." JMO

I think TS spent her night doing damage control and home repair.

I think at some point after 4am, she realized just how badly Gannon was injured. In my mind, THAT'S when her premeditation kicked in. Soon as the girls were gone, she set about the near-impossible task of getting Gannon awakened, bandaged, upright, and out of the house. Both miraculous and tragic he was able to do so.

If TS intended to murder him prior, I think she'd have avoided having him DOWNSTAIRS for such a thing. Upstairs, far more convenient.

I truly suspect we will learn that she underestimated the severity of the injury she caused until morning.... alternately she injured him on Sunday and RE-injured him on Monday, in his bed, with a cruel but ineffective swing. And that might be the moment she realized she needed a better crime scene.

Yeah, its just hard to be patient right now but I agree that once we are able to see more of the evidence then we will know for sure one way or another.

All of this points to this: hero Gannon wanted to live and fought with everything he had to show what a miracle young man he was. A light! Unfortunately he was up against an unyielding force from the dark side, as TS had an agenda of her own, to prove what a wretched, soulless, fraud of a person she is.

Good and evil.

Evil can continue rotting in her jail cell. The free world doesn't want her.

I agree and most Americans do, that’s the truth. I can just see TS nuking them fish sticks every now and then and tossing them a Ring Ding, in between her voracious Google searches.

As I said. Moot point because he is dead from homicidal violence. This case discussion is not about what most Americans think of eating fast food.
