Was Gannon's phone recovered?

No, it was NOT recovered that we know. It could have been in the suitcase that GS was in, but we haven't been told that through any source. So maybe not.

Yes, Gannon's phone was found per AA:

42. I conducted the Google search of "can my parent find my cell phone. If its off” and learned that the first answer returned in the search engine reads "The answer to your question depends on what method is being used to track your location..." Gannon's phone was found at the residence. I submit that Letecia did not get rid of Gannon's phone for fear it might be traceable.

I, for one, think that she just doesn't live with guilt. She herself told us twice "my soul is good with me."

I don't think there was a candle burn--- it was a scenario she created to "show how much she has to deal with cause Gannon is rotten."

It was a scenario cause she told LE that "they both were affected by smoke" and also said "they both came back in and had blood." There were 4 people in the house but only her and GS were saved by going outside --cause there was smoke.

I don't believe he took his switch to bed with him to play it thru the night. If true, he was too scared to death of her. We could hear that in his voice in that video.

She planted that switch on the bed, took a picture with him and the switch to show the father he doesnt listen.

It was all played out....at least in her mind.

thats ur theory, i have mines!
I just cant see someone snapping out of no where to the point it got too.

he mustve done something to aggravate her and she snapped. I dont think she made up the candle burn. I think she stretched the story a little to act like a concerned step parent by him and her leaving the house cause of smoke. But she obv got frustrated that night n it was something that he did that her retarded lil brain couldnt handle.

the guilt i speak of - is the embarrassment!! The fact she cant defend herself like she was while she was out. The thought of her husband not being on her side! The fact that Gannons mother can now point fingers at her and tell her who is the really fk’d mother here. Theres numerous of ways to feel guilt. And people like her go crazy over things like that.. and on top of not being liked in prison its not gonna b an easy road for her!!

Honestly the putting out theories back and forth doesnt change the fact hes gone. I just want this to be over honestly.

that fact she sits in prison thinking shes possibly gonna get away with it is aggravating enough. The what if’s is crazy. I just seen an episode on 60mins with Cheryl Grimmer and her killer is walkin free after he confessed years ago.

< modsnip>

i just want a verdict so she can start her miserable life!

they honestly need to change that scenerio of him being in the house at the time of the murder, so they can place it happening in florida - so she can possibly get the death penalty.

right now shes living off hope someone <modsnip> like her believes what ever shes gonna come up with next.

Switch was confirmed located by Gannon’s family member. It was found during one of LE searches not far away from the home. It was mentioned in one of Tricia’s podcasts.
Do you remember who confirmed the switch was found not far from the home? I don't remember LE saying where they found it, or that it was found.

I wouldn't surprise me if she didn't pawn the Switch on her way to Florida, because she could probably get a couple hundred dollars for it. I doubt that she left it in the suitcase, unless she did damage it by using it as a weapon.

This is the first I've heard about it. Hopefully someone can share more details if it was found.

I do not recall this at all. Can someone find a link or say where in the podcast?

I as well dont recall that either!

I had posted about this on an early thread.

It is not verified in MSM or by LE. It is in the Websleuths YouTube (with Leigh Egan/CrimeOnline) linked below, starting around 35:00 minutes.

The problem with the information is that it is coming from Leticia’s aunt Katrina, obviously told to her by the lying liar. The AA states Switch not located.

"Oh! What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive"

Leigh says the aunt states:

*the object Gannon dropped was the Switch (in driveway video)

*LE told LS the switch was found somewhere (not in the house)

Regardless, if true or not, it is interesting to see the stories LS has told.

I wondered if she put in the suitcase with the body since she googled "can Nintendo find my switch" on Tuesday while the car was still sitting at the airport. She knew LE was looking for the car and was likely worried they could find it through the switch.

Imo

That's true, but she may have texted that to be sure that they couldn't track the Switch back to her if she decided to keep it, and pawn it later, for her travel expenses. I could be totally wrong, but it wouldn't surprise me if that was the motive for that particular search. IMO

Thank you! I do remember the comment about Gannon dropping the switch in the driveway but not the comment about LE finding it.

Since LE confirmed in the AA that TS lied to her sister, husband, other family members and several friends, I guess I don't consider any statements originating from her as being "confirmation" about anything.

Other than the fact that she lies and invents ridiculous stories.

Yes, I'm sure she was trying to find out if the switch could be tracked. Otherwise she probably would have left it in the house like she did with his cellphone. I wonder where exactly she told her aunt that they found it. I'm guessing nowhere near where LE found the particle board.

If they did find the Switch it would've had to been after the AA was released, because it mentioned that it hadn't been found yet.

AA page 4 #29 the Switch had not been found to date.

So how did the police see the search Gannon supposedly made in his phone history then?

LE would be able to get all the Internet history including anything searched on in incognito mode. This would be passed on to their own forensic scientists who examine the strength and reliability of evidence and report to the court.

See AA #42 -- phone was at the house. LE retrieved the history.

I still am somewhat dumbfounded by how that day all played out.

If we go off the AA it’s believed Gannon was killed in the home in the afternoon shortly before LS got home from school. That didn’t leave her much time to cleanup, call the cops nail down her timeline and alibi etc.

But she had all day to carry out her plans, the school wasn’t expecting GS she had messaged/called him in sick. She made up an excuse so she had nowhere to be. Everything was taken care of she had all kinds of time.

It seems like it would have been way more likely for her to drive him out somewhere in those morning hours and kill him and just leave him there. One trip instead of what ended up being 3.

Did she get spooked? Did she have second thoughts?

What sense did it make for her to drive him all the way out there, waste half of the day only to return home and have to commit a murder, cleanup, and conceal his body all within only a few hrs?

why wait till 2:30-3:00 or whatever it was

I wonder how soon after AS got off the plane did he meet with LE. I wonder if investigators were at the house minutes after he arrived and AS told them then that GS bed was out of place. We don't know the position of the bed when the police came to take the police report. I don't recall if there was any mention of bed per the bodycam worn by officer during the first visit.

It is a mystery why LS/GS came back to the house on Monday afternoon. Even if LS had drugged/poisoned GS expecting him to die when they were driving around and GS was still breathing, she could have smothered him rather than bring him home to strike him dead. (I think GS died of head trauma). MOO

In the AA #53 and #54 mentions the body worn cameras captured images of GS bedroom on their first call to the home. It shows one of the images that shows different bedding and different position of the bed compared to images taken by LS phone in the morning of the same day.

As far as her bringing him back to the house, I think she simply ran out of time to complete her crime and coverup. LE have accounted for her being at Petco, but there is a 2 hour gap in her visits to the store that haven’t been accounted for. IMO she went to the Perry Park location to finish/conceal him thinking it would be deserted. Remember she told Crime Online where she went that day? We know it was mostly lies, but she may have spilled some truth, also. What if there really was a traffic accident on I-25 that day and a ton of other vehicles “took the back way”? This would have taken longer plus foiled her plan for being undetected and she realized that little sister would be home from school soon. So she had no choice but to go home.
JMO

Tecia explained her whereabouts may seem confusing because she “took the back roads” that morning, “because there had been a wreck.” She said at one point, she got lost and had to turn around. She also said she took exit 163, off of Highway 105, but did not remember the exact time.
