No, nothing missed. You are correct it is swabs of the blood spatter in the bedroom......these swabs may be consumed in the testing process, leaving none available for additional tests by defense.

A portion of the actual wall and baseboards are in evidence and available to the defense if needed.

Megnut mentioned how they cut out portions of the wall and how literally LS was a homewrecker. I liked that play on words @Megnut.

The prosecution motions request to test these swabs for DNA only (no serology) due to the size. They are looking for her DNA.

Hey guys! I took a break from a lot of true crime after this case because it literally drained me and I have wondered this whole time I’ve been gone If LS was under the influence of something. I ASSUME this means she has been transferred to the state mental hospital.

It appears she had been moved out of CJC and to Pueblo.

When I search her on the El Paso County Inmate search ( as I do almost daily), she is not showing up in the system at all!!! So she is not “booked”
in their jail at this time.

I would love to forget her too.

Unfortunately; I have a feeling she will be in the news for a very long time to come. She likes to pull stunts so the spotlight remains on her.

She has no feelings for anyone but herself, and could care less about what she has done and who she has (and will) hurt while doing it. I believe she feels completely justified, and thinks everyone owes her something- including the media. It will be interesting to see if she attempts to contact media (before, during, or after court proceedings) to give additional interviews- you know, to relay "her side" of things. MOO, IMHO, JMHO, etc.

Defense Motion to Quash ... insight ? ​

DDA Michael Allen is on this case! On 6/04, defense raised the issue of competency [source]. And on 06/12, DDA filed a motion for an order waiving TS's right to confidentiality and privilege [source] despite it not being necessary (para 4). Then on 06/29, DDA files 6 subpoenas for any and all records - he wasted no time.

From the first hearing, I looked beyond TS's antics and paid attention to the interactions between Judge Werner and each attorney. I observed each attorney's courtroom demeanor, preparedness, job knowledge and confidence level. IMHO, DDA Michael Allen is mighty impressive.

Attached is the latest ROA and I highlighted the minutes related to this issue (pg 3). I am trying to comprehend the outcome of the hearing on 07/17. Question: Do the subpoenas stand with the exception of one? All opinions and theories will be interesting.

Now being fully aware of CO Rev Stat § 16-8.5-104, the defense then files 6 motions to quash the subpoenas ?

• Did the defense's raising the competency issue backfire?
• Is the idea of the information within the subpoenaed records becoming public knowledge upsetting to TS?
• Is there something withing her 3 previous employer records that she prefer stay hidden?
  
• Is this a tactic of the DA to nudge TS in the direction of avoiding a trial?
  
• Is this all just common for murder cases?

Exhausting ... you sure got that right, LOL!

DDA Allen subpoenaed records that will become public knowledge. Was she aware of that? I thought she would plead just to avoid exposure. Isn't that their biggest fear?
