So what are the “2 pieces of evidence that no science or expert can discredit”? I’m quoting LS from the breaking news article. What can it be?

She has to know that there are no surprises in real-life trials, right? She knows that if it wasn’t produced in discovery, there’s very little chance of that evidence getting admitted...right?

I'm stuck on that one too.
Is she suggesting her evidence is 'scientific'?
What could it be?

Nothing, nada. It would have been found. Can't believe she is allowed to continue like this, it's absolutely disturbing to say the least and such a waste of everyone's time and money. Makes me sick.
Hold on sweet Gannon...

Wow! How I wish CO allowed televised trials! Wouldn’t this be one to watch!

I picture her asking to delay the start of the trial cause ya know the jail is mistreating her and all so she’ll need more time to gather those 2 pieces of evidence. :(

EGGuardo.....it's going to be over, easy for the prosecution.

I wonder if she’ll move for a mistrial when Eguardo doesn’t appear.

I think LS has more stories about Quincy B-- where in one version, he allegedly followed her from Petco, and abducted Gannon. She even sent AS his photo (from a most wanted poster). And Quincy has a driver, Terrence....

https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/El_Paso/Stauch/Stauch FINAL redacted 040120.pdf

I forgot about Quincy. Paragraph 21 of the affidavit mentions 2 foreign ransom notes so maybe she’ll offer those notes as proof of abduction by some combination of Quincy/Terrence/Eguardo?

.... And LS can then link the suitcase to Eguardo, and the particleboard to Quincy.

I cringe at the idea that LS might soon have a court-funded Investigator at her disposal!

Sniped for focus.

I guess I'll take your advice. Wonder what made the judge think she wouldn't be "so disruptive of orderly procedure"
Because we know she will be. That's guaranteed.

BBM

I would guess the judge does think she'll be disruptive but he needs to see disruptive courtroom behavior. He can't base his rulings on year-old TV interviews, blog chats, Facebook posts, and the like. And while really stupid, I'm not sure it would make sense to claim her letter to him was legally "disruptive." But he's given her fair warning....

Maybe she’s watched too many Perry Mason shows. Reading and listening leaves me with no publicly allowed words. My mind is exploding with unacceptable and inappropriate language. I held back from posting yesterday. I had to. I must for now. I like my posting privileges.

I am NAL but this post helps me envision LS using tactics she’s seen on tv such as requesting to treat GS parents as hostile witnesses etc if she calls them to the stand and they don’t answer the way she plans (in her head, I think she feels justified for whatever she’s ever done bc I think she needs to be seen as the victim always). Will she have access from jail now to watch and study other trials to see what worked and what didn’t? She’s obviously going to fall flat on her face against DA Allen, however I don’t expect her to walk into court and look like she has zero knowledge of the process. I think she’ll throw out some objections when she disagrees with a question and expect it to go like an episode of Law and Order. This has been a very long time coming for justice for GS. Prayers for the people who knew and truly loved little Gannon. I think they’re going to be emotionally hurt by LS face to face now, probably on the stand as she has no conscience. :(
LS alleges that “two pieces of evidence would completely prove her innocence.”

In recalling LE's interviews with LS as outlined in the affidavits, LS was full of absolute crazy talk!

I think her only alleged proof of innocence will be LS blaming Gannon's murder on one of her imaginary friends, and her key witness will suddenly be abducted by aliens, and unavailable to testify for her.

I also have no doubt that LS intends to smear Gannon's biological parents in any way that is allowed.

I agree - she’s hoping that one/both of Gannon’s parents will break down on the stand and admit that yes, LS was unfairly burdened with the kids and yes, they treated her like an unpaid babysitter. Even if they were mediocre parents (not suggesting this at all!), that’s not really relevant. I imagine both parents are fully expecting this - particularly Gannon’s mother. JMO.

Sniped.

Objection: relevance. Her perceived notion of her role has nothing to do and does not justify the alleged crime.
Sustained.

Is all she'd hear if she tries to sink that low

Or she's listened to too many Kenny Rogers songs.

The next two lines after "You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em," are, "Know when to walk away, know when to run."

Maybe she's planning on running.

I have faith that the judge will have extra security and fortification around her. Nothing she would try in the courtroom would surprise me. I'm leaning toward another escape attempt or physically attacking someone.

If she is planning to run, this time (after the failed jailbreak) she probably figures she’ll have her choice of a getaway driver: imagine all of the “supporters and fans” who will be lined up like a motorcade around the courthouse.

I just keep remembering that Dellen Millard thought he could represent himself and beat a murder charge. Didn't work out for him and it won't for LS either. It's Gannon's family that will suffer through this.

Not sure if anyone already posted this video of Al giving his testimony at Restoration Church earlier this month. I'm about to watch. Start around 49:00. (Sermon starts after the 3-minute countdown.)
