Because of that, the date for Stauch’s preliminary hearing has been pushed back to September 9 and 10.

No - not the trial - preliminary hearings on 9/9 & 9/10... no date yet for her trial.

I’ve been keeping up with a couple other threads and I’m just shocked we are just heading to a preliminary hearing. I’m ready for the trial.
I guess we all know how it ends and how she will be locked away and forgotten. Cant come soon enough for the murderer of an innocent little boy.

While covid is responsible for some of the court delays here, we can't forget that LS added to the delays after she fired her attorneys, waived her PH, and eventually rehired her legal team!
