There are two letters but only one is available to view.

If you've seen the peanut butter letter (Aug 2020) then you've not missed any letter.

(LS more recently wrote a second letter about her self-representation but the letter was sealed by the court).

Thanks for clearing that up.
I thought there was another one to view, besides the stupid peanut butter letter.

The now Infamous Peanut Butter Letter, oh my giddy aunt.

I have tremendous empathy for all the various LE people who have to deal with her.

According to this, 2 letters were filed on March 8, one to Judge Werner and one to Judge Bain. The letter to Werner was ordered unsealed. While the one to Bain was ordered to remain sealed because it referenced the conflict hearing.

ETA: the March 8 letter to Werner has not been put on the court site yet though.

Thanks, @Pianoturtle -- I just saw the order and was going to update my post, and link the order, but see that you beat me to it. :)

Eventually, there will be another letter (2021) addressed to Judge Werner available to view.

No, you are not. She's an Ed. D., and is apparently clinging to that status sign with all her might.

I still think she bought it somehow. Man, she has some nerve.

I followed this case closely in the beginning but then had to stop. So now I'm coming back to the thread blind. Would someone mind telling me if we have any idea how she killed him?

I just read the letter ... found it surprisingly coherent and full of narcissistic drama .... but it was the “flair” of her “Dr.” signature that really identified her as the sick person she is ... and made me nauseous... no wonder she thought she could get away with murder!
She has less than zero insight. I’m sure she thinks she blew the Judge away with her intellect. She’s convinced she’ll have Judge and jury eating out of her murdering hands. She’s in for a rude awakening.

the weapons listed in the complaint include a sharp object, a blunt object, and a firearm.
with the way it's worded, some people believe its just "one of the following"
I personally believe it was all 3 :( we will find out more during trial I'm sure :(

We only have the legal charges and legal definition of said charges. No COD and no autopsy released to the public. You haven't missed much @JaneEyre!

Dear @Dre,

When I read the documents, I felt it was all 3 weapons as well.:(

Following this case was tremendously upsetting, as I know it affected us all as we watched with hope, then faint hope, until Gannon's body was found.

You all showed such deep compassion for this little guy and I couldn't have kept following this case except for your genuine care about Gannon. This case really hit me hard, especially learning what that monster did to this little guy.

I'll be following the court proceedings along with you all in May.

Here For Gannon

I shudder a little thinking about these exchanges.

Leticia: makes statement she thinks ties up an alibi in a bow. Ends with smug smile.

Jurors 1-12: but that doesn't mean ...?

thinks simultaneously of a dozen different reasons why her alibi proves nothing. Identical looks of confusion and smothering of instinctual questions springing to lips that they cannot voice... hope as one that the DA is going to do it for them...
