I think LS argument about her attorneys texting/communicating with her family probably relevant to their attempts to confirm whether or not the imaginary son exists!

I think she will blame others for not preserving the alleged "GameStop" footage, Texas Police Officer statement, and the Cruise Passenger list.

Judge Gregory Werner spent several minutes trying to explain the benefit of having an attorney, but Stauch continued to assert she had an “Ace in the hole” and that “two pieces of evidence would completely prove her innocence.”

Eventually Judge Werner said it was his job to make sure she understood what she was getting herself into, and that while it wasn’t a wise decision, it is her constitutional right to represent herself.

Yes, the court addressed two things earlier with LS such as using self-representation as a delay tactic, and also that if she acts out in the courtroom, she will be removed and the trial will continue without her.

Stauch said she is "so confident" in two pieces of evidence "that no science can discredit, and it will clear my name." The judge warned her if she changed her mind close to trial they could find it's a delay tactic and she could be stuck with her decision, which she said she understood.
