I am not a psychiatrist...but have an opinion on this letter I just read from LS. She obviously has a problem. It has been determined that it is not insanity, so I would assume she is a pathological liar.
So I looked up the definition. Yep, sounds about right. This explains most....and evil explains the rest.

• An internal motive for the behavior cannot be discerned clinically: e.g., long-lasting extortion or habitual spousal battery might cause a person to lie repeatedly, without the lying being a pathological symptom.

For example, the person might be presented as being fantastically brave, as knowing or being related to many famous people, or as having great power, position, or wealth.

What attorney threatened her in the washroom away from cameras that whole letter is a cluster **** , I really hope that attorney is prepared to step in on day one I can't see her making it threw opening arguments . Jmoo

I think we should open a book on how many times she mentions her constitutional rights in the trial before she starts acting up and the judge kicks her off the defense table

Even if she did,he didn't murder himself and dispose of himself in a suitcase!, she is utterly ridiculous honestly. As for this "bio son" nonsense she is throwing out now, is she saying she is protecting him because he killed Gannon or protecting him from these other 2 imaginary men that supposedly killed him? The woman is whackadoodle

Judge Gregory Werner spent several minutes trying to explain the benefit of having an attorney, but Stauch continued to assert she had an “Ace in the hole” and that “two pieces of evidence would completely prove her innocence.”

Eventually Judge Werner said it was his job to make sure she understood what she was getting herself into, and that while it wasn’t a wise decision, it is her constitutional right to represent herself.

I want to say that there were references earlier about LS making SM video posts and soon taking them down-- including something about a rapist and killer hiding out on a cruise ship. She sure introduced us to several names during her interviews with LE.

Maybe she wants the manifest because it shows that “Edgar/Edguardo” that she referenced in that one jailhouse phone call to crime online (I think I’ve got that right) who AS owed money and was a bad man was on the cruise? (I hope that rambling sentence makes sense.)

ETA: and the GameStop video is proof of her selling electronics to help pay whatever was owed to Ed.

Weren’t there early rumors of her being pregnant when she was arrested? I think it would make the news though. “Accused Murderous Stepmom Gives Birth in Jail.”

Or maybe has part of her plot to convince the court she’s crazy, her addled brain has now decided HH is a boy.

A son wouldn't surprise me at all. She could have had a child in high school that she gave up. There would have not been any reason necessarily, for that to come out, during the Gannon ordeal. Who would know to ask the question?

I was wondering the same that the comment she made about Sweet Gannon in paragraph 3. Sounds like she's trying to blame him for drug use and being abusive. She sure keeps throwing that insanity card out there just in case. SMH
