It looks like Stauch will appear today from the El Paso County Jail via WebEx. Members of the public are starting to file in now. All counsel is here, along with Gannon’s mom and dad.

There is no information available in the affidavit about the discovery of #Gannon's remains in the panhandle of Florida on March 20, since #Stauch's arrest happened on March 2. We may get some of those answers in the preliminary hearing today.

Gannon’s parents have entered the courtroom. Seeing some blue eyeshadow, and some somber faces. We were just told if we leave the courtroom we will have to stay out. Planning to only leave the room for recess.
