The motion was filed at 11 AM yesterday...Judge mentioned something about needing 24 hours... He is now checking with #LeteciaStauch as to why she made this choice.

Judge says they will give her another chance to join in tomorrow, but for now, #LeteciaStauch is out. She left the hallway.

I do not understand how the judge is allowing this hearing to continue without her presence - she either waives it or she doesn't. It's very unfair to the family

The bridge where the body was found is about a mile long over a wide river, and it would be difficult to tell at night where the water was under the bridge, Yoder testifies. Prosecutor Dave Young implies that whoever dumped the body intended for it to end up in the river.

Sgt. Yoder confirms #GannonStauch cause of death was a gunshot wound and blunt force trauma. He added that his body had been in the suitcase for over a month based on the body's decomposition.
