Been a while between tweets so I don't know if they're watching video or getting ready to adjourn for lunch

On Perry Park Road, there is an "s-curve" in the road and crews focused a search there.

https://twitter.com/fierronicole/status/1436023190963167267?s=21

We are now seeing pictures from that s-curve. K-9 alerted to this area. Sarkisian checked barbed wire and noticed a flat, plywood, board that had snow on top of it. Didn't appear to be moved.

Sarkisian said the board appeared to have blood on it. Looks like it in the evidence picture we are seeing too. Test confirmed it was Gannon's blood.

On Perry Park Road, there is an S-Curve and they focused their search one day there. Lt. Sarkisian is looking at exhibits now of the search area and a piece of a plywood board and a closer picture of what is on the board.

FOURTH WITNESS: Lt. John Sarkisian with
@EPCSheriff
was leading many of the searches for #GannonStauch from Jan. 31 - late Feb. Drones, 4-wheelers, horses, prodding poles, K-9's, any tools available they were using. At one point, Parks and Wildlife came out to use sonar.

A K-9 had alerted to an area next to the S-curve near on Feb.13 near a berm which was 7-8 feet tall. Lt. Sarkisian believed the plywood had blood on it. He tipped it up and put it back down. He said he barely moved it. The defense is asking if the footprints were documented

Tolini points out the board was too small to carry a body. "I understand that Gannon's blood was on that board, but other than that, is there anything that links it to the #Stauch residence?" "Not that I am aware of," says Lt. Sarkisian.

We are hearing and seeing #LeteciaStauch on police body worn camera during the search. We hear her consenting to the search.

On body worn camera you hear her saying Gannon said he was going to his friends house to play video games. She says something about cleaning a mess he made on the carpet downstairs.

Sgt. Yunkin starts going through a car in the garage. Letecia comes in there says he’s never hid in the car before. We see what looks like a suitcase in the car captured on body worn camera. @KDVR

Not bashing LE but fgs why wasn't he suspicious about the large suitcase in the back of the car, with a missing boy report?

@EPCSheriff

Every case has mistakes, and this one certainly had its fair share. Fortunately, it won’t matter in terms of the ultimate result.

I don’t think I’ve seen a stronger case in my life.

I'm stepping out until end of day. Far too many tweeters making my head spin lol,

the mistakes she made are quite unbelievable - she probably had her luggage tags on that suitcase and most certainly AS would have recognized his son's own bedding....

You're right of course. Evidence is overwhelming but still.

Oh!! @4thJudicialDA says at the pace we are going we should finish today, and if we wanted to bring back #LeteciaStauch for the end they should do so.

Judge says “eh, we will do tomorrow.”https://twitter.com/spencer_wnews/status/1436027652293414912?s=21

He says trying to get her back into WebEx will not be a quick option.

“I appreciate that you think we can finish, but no harm in pushing tomorrow.”https://twitter.com/spencer_wnews/status/1436027836679213058?s=21

Mr. Tolini says #LeteciaStauch intends to waive the prelim for her escape case.

Anyway!

Judge says we will need to be back tomorrow anyway

I'm not convinced he was in the suitcase the day she called to report him missing and they showed up. I think she may have dumped him and then went to get him and put him in the suitcase after that initial search. Thoughts?

Thank you for the reminder about the rental car. I remember that excuse now after clearing a few cobwebs. LOL
I recall LS also citing she was concerned about exceeding the mileage limit on the leased VW -- yet she drove the rental less than 70 miles.
