Attorney Tolini admits #LeteciaStauch had a history of fabricating stuff even before being looked at as a homicide suspect.

Agent Cohen said he has not reviewed the autopsy report. Attorney Tolini is suggesting that the injuries on #GannonStauch could have been made post mortem.

Tolini asked if anyone had contacted the coroner in FL. Cohen wasn't aware. DA Michael Allen asked Cohen to read the cause of death off of the coroner's report. Cohen added this is a unique case.

DA Michael Allen is pointing out that there is a 6 foot privacy fence in the back yard with a padlock to the gate. Agent Cohen said #LeteciaStauch gave many small nuggest of truth but it was surrounded by false statements throughout their investigation.

The state has rested on the evidence presented. The judge said #LeteciaStauch will be able to be brought back on camera around 3:45 p.m. today. She is NOT under quarantine. The judge will NOT be making a ruling today. He wants to talk with Stauch first. RECESS NOW

He 'wants to talk to her'?
Well, good luck with that Judge! Thoughts and prayers all the way.

I didn't previously read this! Wow! She really is something.. I can't even find an appropriate word for her.

I can think of several descriptive words, but I can't post them here.

Back in courtroom, live via twitter!

"Ok! We're back in with #LeteciaStauch. She's on the big monitor in the courtroom. Judge "You want to waive your prelim for the escape case?" "Yes sir" Judge "You aren't in isolation for COVID?" "No sir."

Sgt. Hubble wanted the carpet pulled back to know how much blood had soaked through. It was apparent to him the carpet had been cleaned, but not the padding or the concrete.

RSBM

Just now catching up from this morning but thank you all for your tweets and holy moly, it really was as bad as we thought, wasn't it? She truly is an evil human being.

The carpet under Gannon's bed being cleaned? Is this what she sent HH out to by cleaning supplies for? (apologies if it's already been addressed).

Setting the decision for preliminary hearing out for September 23rd 9AM. Whoops! Sorry guys, not tomorrow, it will be a few weeks. Judge says "I took a lot of notes, i have pages of notes. I have to make the findings on the evidence presented."

"I know you want me to make a decision now, but I want to make sure I get it right. I'm sure you want that too." "I didn't know a lot of what they said today, it's new info. I need time to do what I need to do whatever that may be."

"That resolves all outstanding issues for today, anything else?"
@4thJudicialDA
says "Obvi we have people coming in from out of state, can you make a private WebEx? They can't keep flying out here." Judge "Technically yes, legally it might get tricky."

"Might not comply with public asses to information, says he is bound by it. "Only exception was during COVID, just don't know right now if I can legally say yes."

BACK IN COURT: #LeteciaStauch is on Webex and is waiving her right for a preliminary hearing for her escape case. The judge will come back on Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. to make a ruling. @FOX21News

Judge Gregory Weirner said he has a ton of notes and wants to get it right. So he wants time to put it together. There are a lot of charges. There was much of the evidence that he hadn't heard before.

DA Michael Allen is asking if the judge will make a private Webex for the family members who are out of state. He said logistically yes it's possible, but he is not sure if it complies with the laws of the court. The judge will have to think about it. There is no objection.

DA Allen asked if they could listen in to the hearing like a conference call. The judge said no because he worries about people recording the call.

"Mr. Tolini stood up to support

, saying they should try to help the family go over WebEx. Judge says "I'll let you know."

Judge says a part of the problem is people keep getting on their WebEx and recording it. They're trying to avoid that, and rules is rules. We'll let you know what he decides later.

Once again, next time they are all here is September 23rd, 9:00AM. That's where the next presser will be.

@4thJudicialDA confirms bond will not change, #LeteciaStauch will still be held without bond.

She's gone. We're wrapping up.

So she’s waived her right to a hearing on this charge? Not just her right to appear?

https://twitter.com/colettebordelon/status/1436088175470985216?s=21
I want to send out one clarification: #LeteciaStauch waived her right to her preliminary hearing ENTIRELY for her escape case. The judge will rule on both matters on September 23.

The thing about trials is that one never can assume accurately what a jury is thinking or a judge's decision. I don't know what is causing him to pause? I didn't see a reasonable doubt being presented by the defense here.

I think the prosecution clearly and firmly kicked their points home and left no shadows of doubts..

Why did she take the picture of him in bed that morning?

I wondered the same.
Maybe she thought a sweet pic of Gannon on her phone would convince investigators she couldn't possibly hurt him, because see how much she cared about him? Pics on phone.
I know it sounds lame as heck but, she's clearly a lunatic who doesn't think properly.

Thanks so much for all relaying the tweets today. Such a lot of information to digest.

Poor little Gannon..fighting the monster for his life. Little guy must have been so scared.

So heartbreaking for his family and sending prayers for them.

I still would like to know more about HH's involvement. Did Tee have some story concocted to cover her own butt?

She has single handedly destroyed so many lives. I hope she never gets out.

I am wondering about where he was stored after he was killed and before he was dumped. Was he up on the roads out of town, in the car or where?

I actually have a question too might have been answered but they say he was killed in his room how did he walk on the neighbors camera??
