Look at the doc listed on 4/3/20. Affidavit of Probable Cause in Support of Arrest
Yep, the 32 page doc with no ability to actually search for specific terms. Super annoying.

HH is not charged with a crime.
MOO that is sigmificant.
If she committed a crime they would charge her, then deal the consequences down for her assistance and mitigating circumstances.

Yes!

The FBI Agent Cohen testified at the prelim;

Sep 9
Cohen says he knows who Harley Hunt is as well. That's #LeteciaStauch's daughter. "Do we know if she was home at that time? (of the alleged murder)" "She was not" "Did she go to work?" "Yes around 8."

Okay I found it, on page 6 https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/El_Paso/Stauch/Stauch FINAL redacted 040120.pdf

48. At or about 1652hrs on January 27, 2020, Letecia sent a text message to H requesting carpet cleaner, trash bags and baking soda. These items were likely used to clean up the murder scene. H purchased these items, and investigators located a receipt documenting the purchase. HH has refused to speak with investigators.
Doc signed & dated the 28th of Feb. 2020.

So, as of February of 2020 the likely terrified kid had not spoken to investigators, and who could blame her? LE never said she was hostile, or that she continued to refuse, or any of the other things folks keep saying about her. Somehow that grew big, ugly legs and instead of compassion and empathy for this kid, who was unfortunately raised by the same woman that repeatedly stabbed, beat and shot another child, it's just assumed she willingly went along with covering up her mother's crimes.

I consider HH yet another victim.

Not necessarily. Prosecutors have discretion in whether or not - and when - to bring charges.
HH was not home at time of murder, so the charges would be concerning accessory after the fact.
MOO would a DA hold back charging anyone clearly shown to be transporting or concealing a body or evidence of a murder?

Flashback...
My elementary school principal, back in the 1970's, tried desperately to get five children removed from the custody of their very unfit mother. I will never forget how frustrated he was when the Judge ruled they should NOT be removed from their biological mother.
That decision was insane.

Miraculously none of those children died while under her "care." I will give credit to guardian angels for that miracle.

Fly high, angel Gannon, and help protect other young children who are dealt abusive parents.

MOO

Gabriel Fernandez is another example:(

Gabriel Fernandez is another example:(

OMG, yes! Gabriel’s case was very difficult for me. Starving him and forcing him to eat cat excrement. Tortured, tormented, locked in a dresser drawer. I wished I could have scooped him up and taken care of him and walked his birth vessel and her boy toy straight to hell!

What was the purpose of her recording that!?
So she could show his father that he was really a bad kid, imo. Her reasoning, mOO. I know I had a wicked step-parent that was always trying to show my Dad that I was bad..That way she could reason the abuse away by saying he deserved it.

Here's what else I think.
I think TS had been abusing Gannon for awhile in many ways, taking out her frustrations on him.
A person doesn't usually just snap all of a sudden and kill a child.
I think rage had been building in her and that she was becoming psychotic. Nobody knew what was going on with her. And abuse was happening and happening. And then her rage took over. I don't think it was really about Gavin, but aimed at his parents, to punish them.
In a psychotic state of mind.
I don't think she's legally insane but I do think she has suffered from psychosis.
I can't imagine how else this could have happened!
Do I think she needs to be locked up forever? Oh hell yes!
And medicated in the prison system. So she doesn't harm others.
Yes, 100% in my opinion the abuse had been going on for a long time. She couldn't hurt dad, so she hurt poor, defenseless Gannon. That's what bullies do.

Hmm..I do not remember that, but it's been awhile

I remember him walking kind of hunched over like he was injured or just not wanting to go with her.

I really, really do not want to watch that again.
Ive been in tears all day
I will not ever watch that video again.

in my opinion she abused both of the kids, and probably would have tried to kill both kids..

Absolutely. It’s strategy. It’s why prosecutorial discretion exists.

Maybe. But I'm sure HH was represented by counsel as any sane person would be under those circumstances. And she is on the State's witness list. Not that they have to call her just because she's on the list. But it's unlikely she's on there to "fake out" the defense and make them waste time and money (not an uncommon strategy) But given the familial connection the defense would/could know if she expects to be called either from her or from other relatives. And the State isn't going to call her unless they know what she'll say. It just seems extremely unlikely to me she'll be called, testify, then be charged for actions the State knew about prior to the trial. Not saying it's impossible but I think it's very unlikely. That's not the way things usually work.

What would be the goal of this strategy in this case?

Tell us what you know, what happened, what did she do?, what did you do?, you could be in a lot of trouble but if you cooperate and testify we can help you!.

If any one here followed the PFC Guillen case, maybe go give her a shout out, in case her family looks in today.

It's really interesting how much LS over explains things. Brings up details which no one ever asked about and which actually incriminate her because of it.

I had no idea that a box cutter was possibly used until she inserted it into the conversation. But I wonder if it's the most likely weapon for the sharp force trauma; his defensive wounds.

Was the blood in the garage solely from moving and storing his body (while in the suitcase) or did the attack start there? As soon as he got out of the car.

So many questions raised. But we did also get some answers. We now know that he was subjected to both blunt and sharp force trauma, and he was shot in the head. This woman is irredeemably evil.

I think it's fantastic they were able to show car telemetry. Two different cars being in the exact same area on two different days (where the board with Gannon's blood on it was found) is pretty damning. It paints a picture of guilty conscience, and suggests LS having to move the body several times to escape discovery.

Fortunately, she made the huge mistake of dumping the suitcase at night, not realizing that there was no water underneath to carry it away.

Something which Linda from It's a Crime pointed out on her latest YouTube live: LS's road trip to Florida (on the way to SC) to dispose of Gannon's body occurred 4 -5 February. On 5th February is when LS changed her Facebook profile picture to the video clip of Gannon waving goodbye and running to jump off a pier into the water.

I see that as a deliberately taunting gesture, wanting to cause more pain for the bio parents, and also indicating her glee that GS was finally 'gotten rid of' into the water, so-to-speak. What a sick, twisted mind. I hope they can use the timing of that against her.
