The defense gave the court almost exactly 7 days notice, which Judge Gregory Werner required of the defense recently.

Also… looking a little closer - on this register of actions, it looks like defense has filed a motion for a change of venue.
Prosecutors apparently filed a response today… will wait for online to update - or see if it’s addressed on 1/13.

The defense says the publicity is “rife with inaccuracies.”
We have seen similar arguments used by Tolini before… not word-for-word, but he referenced the same idea in the #CarlaFaith trial, who was the former day care owner found guilty of 26 counts of misdemeanor child abuse.

Other court documents show #LeteciaStauch wants to suppress information gathered during two wiretaps, saying (in part) they lacked probable cause.
