@Cindizzi -- our wizard and archivist of all courtroom drama ;)-- Do you recall how many days notice the Judge ordered LS to give the court for an excused absence from court after she repeatedly played her manipulation game and would refuse to attend in person or didn't want to enter but instead, wanted to listen from behind the door?
I wish he would remove the choice altogether. No drama, no delays and no absences.

Updates? I'm peaking in on a Dr's appointment. Lol!

Considering Judge Werner's willingness to order that the deputies can use any and all force to get LS to court, I'm not troubled about his protocol. IMO, the court defining the process LS must abide by means the court recognizes they can't control everything including mother nature. :)

I really don't understand why she gets to decide.

Did Judge Werner really say he didn't want to go in to December because it's his wedding anniversary and his wife will be mad?
Yes he did. Has a 10 day trip planned for their 30th anniversary and if he had to cancel it he might not make it to 31.
