9:10 a.m.: #LeteciaStauch appearing again on video from jail, not in person. Last time, she picked this, *not* for COVID reasons.

9 a.m.: We were just let in the courtroom. Both Al and Landen are here along with other biological family members. Waiting to see if #LeteciaStauch will be here in person today. During the preliminary hearing two weeks ago she was not.

During a search warrant of the home on Feb. 3 investigators found blood spatter in the bedroom, so #GannonStauch was killed in the bedroom and moved to the garage.

The judge is now setting a date for the arraignment -- where Letecia will plead guilty or not guilty. He's telling her she HAS to be physically present in the courtroom for that hearing, she cannot appear over WebEx.

"This evidence is strongly corroborative that Gannon was murdered..."

Judge is still explaining all the details we learned, touching on the blankets matching, the car location data, the reported blood splatters/trail in the house, the rental car.

Touching on #LeteciaStauch putting her phone on airplane mode, her family flying into Denver, the wooden board found near Palmer Lake with Gannon's blood on it. The new phone she bought and the hotel she stayed in in Florida 3 miles from where Gannon was found.

"Based on the totality of the evidence,....the court does find significant evidence to go to trial."

There will officially be a trial in the case for #LeteciaStauch

Come November, look for requests by Media for expanded media coverage (EMC) as arraignments are typically live pursuant to Colorado law. Judge Werner already put LS on notice that she will be required to be present in the courtroom to enter her plea at the hearing.
