That makes sense as Allen filed a motion on August 11 that endorses the witnesses the prosecution intends to call. They're all psychologists.

So does this now mean they are going to do another evaluation of the evaluation? I understand the judge was hoping the trial would be over and done before October when he had an anniversary trip planned.
