I can't imagine that the family members weren't told to stay close to CS and within CO. TS in particular had to have been told (especially since she wasn't giving LE any more interviews) to stay in CO. So I think it qualifies as fleeing the State.

Not a good look for a woman so closely associated with a missing (and now, presumed dead) child.

Well they wouldn't have arrested her if they didn't have evidence to back it up. Dan the man May has to prove it now.

Just going by what we, the public, know about the case, they have plenty. But I do wonder if her last crazy statement to CrimeOnline isn't what did her in. Given that many of the things she said in that statement could be verified (or not) by AS, she may very well have played right into their hands. I wonder if she was missing all day on Tuesday, Jan 28. In her rental car (and that she never picked up AS in the first place).

Dan would not have given the green light to make that arrest unless he himself was convinced that he has evidence proving beyond a reasonable doubt that she killed GS.

If Dan's confident he can prove her guilt in a court of law, then we can be confident of that fact, too.

Body or no body, she's going down.

The sword of justice is going to fall on her evil, moronic head.
