My husband said the El Paso Sherrif would issue a warrant for her arrest and the other state would arrest and transfer. Anyone knows what state she is in?

Don’t think we can say since it is rumor but maybe a coastal southern state she’s been tied to before? Maybe?

Was just going to ask if LE would allow her to leave state while this is going on....I’m not sure

Well apparently there's been a huge blowup on the support Tee FB within the last two days, of which I obviously cannot discuss here. There's apparently a lot of anger on TS's part and some things that have been posted were, I'd say, revenge posts.

I've really never seen a case like this. It's a ****show. I thought she would have lawyered up by now, but apparently not with all the social media drama and recent interview. Or maybe she did, and candidates are dropping out every time she violates the "lay low" advice.

I cannot believe that they don't have something to haul her in for to get her isolated. I cannot believe he's still not been recovered after all this time and all the resources, with a suspect that can't keep her mouth shut.

Is it true that if you can't afford a lawyer, you can't get a state-appointed lawyer until after charges are filed? That might explain why she hasn't lawyered up already. Hell, it might also explain why she hasn't been charged yet.

I’ve heard that TS arrest is imminent.
From where? I was thinking the same thing about a week ago but nothing happened so I'm losing faith.

That's a good point. You're right, she has to be charged to get a state-appointed lawyer. Because of the high-profile nature of the case, I figured there'd be some sharks surfacing pro-bono, or that her parents/family would have helped retain one for her by now.

ive heard the same rumor that an arrest is coming today, I wish if its true that it would hurry and happen before she does something stupid....but to tell the truth I hope they get her fast and I pray then she will talk and tell where Gannon is!!!IMO

10th digit is a K which represents a 2020 manufacture date

Find the tenth digit. This is the beginning of the Vehicle Identifier Section (VIS) of the VIN, and represents the model year
Find the corresponding year. The tenth digit started with B, which represents 1981. The letters follow consecutively for each year thereafter, down to Y, which represents 2000. The letters I, O, Q, U and Z are not used, so those should be skipped in the order. Beginning with 2001, numbers are used to represent the years, so 1 is for 2001, 2 is for 2002, etc. Starting with 2010, the tenth digit becomes a letter again, starting with A.

Sorry K in a 2019 , I forgot to skip the letter I ...

This seems to be the consensus about why she hasn't been charged yet. Many threads ago, someone said that it was a common occurrence for lawyers to hook up with a potential suspect in a high profile and offer their services free of cost, as, after the arrest, the state of Colorado will start reimbursing them from that point on. I do not know if this is true. She certain does not seem to be acting like a person who is relying on the advice of counsel.

IMO, I don’t believe stepmom would have any issue securing a reputable attorney.

I have to believe with all the evidence collected by CSI and visit to home by Dan surely a grand jury has been empanelled on this case.

Thank you for this, I have read this before.
Where is the video of T speaking about the dogs?
The poster stated something about T talking about the dogs, past and present tense.
There is a media thread here with all relevant links.

It might also explain (if true) they waited until after she left the state to issue the arrest warrant ;).

I do not think she could be prevented from leaving the state, with no charges?

@Hach What do you mean "Oh that's what it was, just T saying..."?

Pray tell because now I'm curious?
I read a post talking about T speaking about the dogs using present and past tense, I thought it was an interview of T speaking about the dogs and the motion sensor.
I asked for a link to the interview because i couldn't find it, and perhaps it was because of EU laws. I received the one I had watched, the one where T has her back to the camera.
I misunderstood and felt silly thinking it was a separate video.
So I stated, "oh that's what it was, T saying Gannon was helpful with the dogs".
