I know what you mean, my legal knowledge is limited, but I do remember Detective Joe Friday telling suspects not to leave town. Wink.

I would think that if a suspect chooses to leave the state during an investigation of such gravity and go back "home" it would speak to the prosecution saying that the accused has no local ties and should be denied bail, but I am not a lawyer.

IF an arrest is happening today it could very well be because of something found on Saturdays search, that maybe they had just received analysis on, and not that they were waiting for her to leave the state. IMO

Could be a result of something she spilled to Crime Online.
