I don't think TS stashed Gannon away or someone is holding him. First of all, who would participate in that? And I feel they would have released him by now with all the publicity. Secondly, Gannon is old enough to "tell" what happened when he returned.

Catching up so apologies if already addressed. I will try to find a link specific to CO, but generally if the case involves a crime by a parent against a minor child, spousal privilege goes out the window.

That's precisely what she's doing.

Every line of that statement is specifically aimed at explaining away some type of evidence that LE has or will obtain, e.g., forensic/blood evidence, electronic evidence, eyewitness testimony, etc.

The whole thing is so pathetically, pathologically transparent.

It's also evil.

She's extremely manipulative…or, at least, she's trying to be manipulative.

What she fails to realize is that the FBI has much smarter tacticians than she could ever hope to be.

She has 0 insight. No self-awareness whatsoever.

In that way, she's like Frazee.

DA May is going to find himself facing a familiar foe.

He's seen her type before.

He's seen, and permanently nailed that other foe to a cell block wall.

I've stayed mostly quiet on here. A) Yall all say what I'm thinking anyway and B) I'm obsessing enough- maybe posting will make it worse.

We obviously all feel the same about her media choices etc and it is baffling to me that she carries on like she does. I would think that there is a lawyer out there that wants the notoriety of this case (future case probability even if doesnt happen) and has approached her about working pro bono. If that has happened, then surely they would advise her to shut up.

Not dumb at all. It is confusing as to weather they are,or are not. Because I could swear had they the CARD Team on it, then they didn't, but I swear they were just mentioded in the last presser by Jacqueline Kirby. Or am over tired.

Against all odds, I NEED and want to believe that Gannon is still alive. When TS says he had an accident but he is still alive I REALLY want to believe her! I pray and hope that sweet Gannon will be found alive! I follow these threads because I believe that all of us really hope and pray that the truth will be what we want it to be. May that truth be what I need it to be today.

Yes, IIRC she was gone for approx 4 hours that Monday. From 10am-2pm

I’m with the few of you who have this opinion. I’ve also mostly stayed in lurking mode during this case due to being in the vast minority with my opinion
I think TS sucks, I think she’s narcissistic, I think she went about things completely wrong, but I don’t think she killed GS. My downfall is I have literally no reason to think this. It’s just this deep, gut feeling I can’t shake. I see the majority of opinions both here and on Facebook and I can’t help it. I can’t shake it.
I will not, however, be too proud to stand corrected and admit I’m wrong if/when the time comes

Where I'm stuck is Gannon's movements on Monday. Logically, if the neighbor caught Gannon after 2:19 pm on his camera I believe he would have said something instead of leading people on to think that was the last sighting. That he didn't implies he didn't see Gannon at 4:15 pm Monday when LS said he left to either play outside (per the early flyer) or visit a friend (per LE).

In LS's recent statement she talks about a side gate which Gannon held the only key. She didn't offer more information so I guess she's implying he could have exited that way thereby staying out of sight of the neighbor's camera.

I can't get a good view of the housing development on Google maps as it appears not to have been updated recently but if the side gate is out of the camera sight then it's possible he left that way and something happened before he reached his friend's house.

So that asks the question of did he choose to use an alternate path and if so why? I am hard pressed to believe he knew about neighborhood cameras just as I don't believe he searched on phone tracking (per the early flyer). How devious could an 11 year old be?

Unfortunately LS didn't elaborate on why she brought it up or give any information as to where the exit leads to. Because of that and no mention by LE about the reporting person mentioning Gannon leaving by a side gate I'm prone to believe it's a red herring.

So how do we explain Gannon not being seen on the neighbor's CCTV?

So stepmom is finding it necessary to explain away to the public some blood in the garage from Saturday when Gannon was supposedly hiking on Sunday and supposedly "went to a friend's" on Monday or ran away or otherwise disappeared on Monday?
