That’s precisely the problem. In order to believe the abduction theory, one has to make tremendous leaps.

In order to believe what most of us believe, one need look no further than the facts.

I’d have to ignore them to believe anything else. I’d also have to ignore the startling statements made by SM.

No evidence of an abduction. No evidence that he ran away. The Google search, which if true, points to deception. The surveillance footage which appears to destroy SM’s narrative.

And of course, the victim blaming (bio mom) alibi building, statements put out by SM.

That’s a bridge too far.

I don’t understand why at the end of the Q&A today, LE said they believe he’s alive. That’s a departure from their consistent refusal, even today until that point, to confirm or deny anything at all. I don’t recall that kind of statement in other cases like this.

If they ever do make an arrest of TS it's going to be really hard to have a trial here, I'm afraid. By staying in social media and the limelight, she's made it virtually impossible to find jurors who don't already have an opinion. Maybe that's the point? *sigh*

I do too, and I respect that you all want a miracle, but, I'm just not seeing it. Too many lies and trying too, too hard to explain things, some of which we didn't even know to ask about. Scratching my head.

The writing is on the wall. IMHO. If it turns out he's alive, I'll eat all the crow ya'll can serve up because I'll have lot's of company dining with me

I just took a drive to check out the search activity. It’s not on Woodmoor the subdivision East of I25. It’s near the Woodmoor Estates area on 105 north of Palmer Lake. The exact address is 13800 Highway 105.

The EPCSO mobile command unit was there. I didn’t see any activity - probably farther off the road. KRDO was also there - the reporter said that as far as he knew, Gannon hasn’t been found. The search team has been there since 7:30 this morning. The area they’re searching is pretty rugged.

She insists they believe he is still alive. She emphasized that.
Surely she wouldn't lie about it?

LE will lie during an active investigation for a number of reasons, one of those would be to draw out a suspect. another reason is protecting the investigation.

I don’t think she went there with a body. I think she took Gannon to someone to keep him safely in hiding. I think LS is connected to someone who is connected to where Gannon is. imo

I don't have your kind of hope, even though I would be ecstatic if Gannon was found alive.

oh wow ! i uploaded a photo from beginning of the month and it told me all the details down to the type of phone i’m on, gps coordinates, date and time of photo. i took a screenshot just now and uploaded and it told me it was a screenshot and said “edited date” of 4-15 today with no gps info etc.

You can always edit that exif data, but if your phone is being inspected, LE can probably tell by the sequence of subject matter that it's out of order. Also, there are a few "exif" tools, online, that can reveal dozens of hidden exif parameters that may not show up in your camera brand's formats, or iphone format.
Ie a lot more technical data is being recorded by the camera pertaining to each individual photo than you can readily see.

It's a possibility that they are going off the hunch (in an effort to catch her) that she left him somewhere thinking he would succumb to the elements, like many have suggested, but they are saying that they believe he's alive,and she would be really sweating the truth if he comes forward, and might try to run. Is that plausible?

I don't think they can make a statement either way. One it would upset the parents and could potentially be a lawsuit (LE wasn't even trying to find my child). Also, I don't think they want people giving up on looking for Gannon or stop giving tips. If they say they think he's dead, people will stop paying attention, grieve and move on and then we never find his little body. They need the body to prosecute (well not really, but it helps).

Boy, I’d love to know what specifically brought them there.

If they have 130 people out searching, that tells me they are looking for a body. Unless there was a sighting and those 130 people are knocking on doors, searching residences. There is no way a child would survive out in the elements for 16 days.

I wish Gannon to be alive too....but I just can't imagine anyone would be willing to "hide him out"....their whole life would be over too....prison bound. And what about Gannon....he isn't a non-verbal infant....he'd be able to tell his whole story.
