That and she probably felt guilty. Also I don't think there was any way she was going to stay there with Gannon's mother. Neighbors reported there was a lot of conflict between them even before Ganon went missing. Imo

Trust me, I get what y'all are saying, BUT it just doesn't explain why she would leave without clothes for her or her daughter. I am not buying the "to make herself look like a victim" thing because I really doubt in that moment that she was thinking that far ahead or knew she would be interviewed for the news. Also, why would she tolerate that big of an inconvenience to herself, and especially her daughter, just to prove a point?

My open mind is gone- along with managed expectations, and my patience hat.
Mine was gone as soon as she opened her mouth in her now infamous Cousin It interview.
Even if she didn't directly harm or disappear this boy (highly unlikely), she has established that she's a bold faced liar.

(How) do we know there wasn't one?
At that time Gannon was still considered a runaway and reportedly LE did not suspect foul play. There is no evidence that there was a court order preventing her from staying in her own home. She didn't want to be there and AS and LH didn't want her there either. Jmo

I hope they find gannon soon or atleast give a poi or something all this nothingness is making people angry and the made up stories are nuts jmoo

Nature, both physical and social abhors a vacuum. In nature air or liquid rush in. In cases such as this where there is a lack of solid information, social media wild speculation and rumor (hot air) rush in. MOO

iMO there are just a few possibilities - she left on her own for whatever reason, (maybe in a huff and didn't get clothes, etc and then tried to go back and they wouldn't let her in?) or she was asked to leave by her husband and/or LE - or she's lying about the no clothes - but I would imagine by now there would be talk if she was back in that home.

You're right . I am having problems believing in her innocence myself. I just wanted to know: what if? But she burned all the bridges herself

Just to play devil's advocate (because I think your point about the clothes is valid, especially her daughter's clothes): I think it's within the realm of possibility that she disappeared a child to prove a point. JMO

I would luv to have been a fly on the wall when AS questioned her. Any Parent of a missing child is going to demand every single minute of time accounted for by the person who last saw him. IMO AS knew something was really wrong given her cryptic answers.

Well, in my opinion pretty much everything she has said has been to defend herself or make her look like a victim.

And yes, it seems she has gone to great lengths just to prove a point. Imo

A power play that backfired?
Based on all we know about her, I highly doubt it's the first time she's likely tried pulling one of those.

There could have been a huge argument and she was basically thrown out.

Didn't LS claim her license was not renewed because she moved out of state and did not renew it? Another bold faced lie.
It sounds like it was reinstated, eventually. Or that she at least re-entered the system as an Education Specialist before she left SC? "The Board of Education confirmed this, telling The Sun that LeTecia took a job in Dorchester County in 2017, and the following year in Berkeley County." (per the SUN article).

What she apparently didn't want to address was any discussion that she had in fact been disciplined by the State Board at one point, and why.

Most telling to me in all that was the pattern that seems to go back in life, of being yet again "victimized" by authorities and institutional politics. (Her alleged claims to the Board that she was a victim of "harrassment and retaliation", owing to her husband's ex-wife (LH) family connections to the district Superintendent.) The Board doing the reviewing apparently didn't buy it.

IMO, AS and LH were asking LS the same questions we have have been asking. IMO, she is not capable of answering in a less “word-salad-like” manner than what we have seen from her communications. They continued to ask questions, she continued to deflect; tensions rose, accusations were made, and LS left in a victimized huff. I was not there. Just wild speculation.

I’m pretty blunt, so, here it is:
Regardless of whatever condition LS & LH’s relationship is/was, A CHILD IS MISSING.
Let’s look at that aspect for one moment, please. LS had an opportunity to plead for Gannon to come home, to speak out on TV through the media & ASK for the PUBLIC’S HELP to FIND HIM.
She did NOT do that at the FIRST OPPORTUNITY.
IDC WHAT kind of animosity there is, YOU PUT IT ASIDE & HELP FIND A CHILD.....

This is what I was thinking, too. Just imagine the conversation in which she was presumably told she had to leave. She strikes me as the type who would have to get the last word in and flounce off -- which loses some of its effect if you stick around to pack a bag.

Part truth..and part lie.
Same as her statement - part truth..and part lies..jmo
(don't have time to share now about her statement..hopefully later)

''Like, we moved on a military move, and I didn't finish out my contract so, I gave up my license in that state.''

This part is true..
''we moved on a military move, and I didn't finish out my contract''
This part is false..
''so, I gave up my license in that state.''

I can see this scenario as one possibility too. She certainly seems to be no stranger to the hissy fit followed by strong commitment to the playing the martyr. Those poor kids (all 3).

Does anyone know how long it takes techs to recover deleted data from phones? Also, I’m not very technologically oriented at all but if another device like a burner phone was being used in the house is it possible the home router would pick it up? I remember reading about how airplanes send out pings and give satellites a “handshake” so I was wondering if phones were kind of similar?
Sorry if that’s a dumb question lol.

I don't understand how the stepmother seems to believe that, by bashing the mother of the child that went missing under her care, she's going to look better. How does that even work? It's just cruel and childish.
