Sorry for lots of posts, work gets busy and then I lose the ability to be on here consistently, taking advantage of the lull.

For those who sit on the fence or struggle and go back and forth, perhaps this will help:

Personally, all of the other suspect actions, possible evidence aside, it comes down to DA May being in the house, as @GordianKnot eloquently pointed out.

He is not going to be there, for an hour no less, if this isn’t a criminal case, if something nefarious and important to their case didn’t occur in that house.

There is no other reasonable explanation I can come up with for his presence.

Add to this the fact that LH and AS are being represented by former DA. That speaks volumes, IMO.

Considering the possibility that she made him walk to his final spot (which just makes me sick), they could’ve hiked up Spruce Mt. from the trailhead. It’s about a mile to the top where there are very rocky cliffs looking down over Spruce Mt. Ranch. We hike up there all the time and it’s a sheer rocky cliff that drops straight off around 500-600 feet. It’s terrifying to walk to the edge but it’s a beautiful view of Pikes Peak.

It would take 20-30 minutes to get to the top. Once on top, the trail goes all the way around the butte but given her time constraints, I would expect her to run back down. The whole thing would take less than an hour.

If she drove out of the parking lot and went north, it’s less than a mile to Noe Road, which she could take west to 105 with a few stops to get rid of stuff. Then south on 105 to Sierra Pines to dump more stuff, then home.

There are many problems with this theory. The first one that comes to mind is that LE isn’t searching near Spruce Mt.

IMO a body off of Spruce Mountain would be very visible from many/most of the areas--much/most of the cliff structure is just sheer sandstone. That LE isn't looking on Spruce Mt but around Spruce Mt, or rather, the Spruce Mt vicinity speaks volumes I think. Plus, I agree, the "escape route" through Noe Road just sounds a bit too much. There are plenty of homes in that area, as desolate as some photos may make it appear.

Does anyone remember this story from 2016:

Japanese boy abandoned in bear-infested woods 'as punishment' is reunited with parents

A dad dropped his 7-year old son off on a highway as punishment (happened in China) and when he circled back around the child was no longer in sight. He was missing for a week and by the grace of God, survived!

But i have wondered if LS possibly dropped GS off along the highway and told him to find his own way back???

OT: Hi fellow Georgians! :D

I'm sorry for asking - I think someone posted about this but I can't remember what page it was on - where exactly is this portion of Noe Road that they are searching? Is it closer to the end near S Perry Park Road, or is it closer to Spruce Mountain Road?
If it's the Greenload Road area, that's within about a quarter mile of 105.

Remember, all of that, ie unofficial video from neighbor, dad's reported reaction, and attributing words to the police came from one person, neighbor RD.With no official documentation. From a person who released sensitive data to the media while a young boy was missing.
Hmmmmm So RD is lying? The LE who obviously don't believe LS's version of events are lying? The wild west blue meanies who served the warrant for the car/keys are wrong, lying. Everyone but LS is lying or wrong. So basically everyone who is pouring everything they have into finding Gannon is lying,or wrong, save for LS. Who keeps changing her storie/s.

I remember this well - there were bears in the area, right? Luckily child lived!

I just don’t think that’s what happened here, but I’d happily be wrong.

Yes I think so, although if Gannon was hurt before they hiked, that would slow them down quite a bit because it’s a pretty steep hike up.

At best, our Verizon phones have spotty service there. Sometimes we’ll get connected as we hike around the top of the butte but a lot of the time we won’t have service for the entire hike.
Silverheels I was thinking the same thing. Where they are/were searching near Greenland Road my AT&T coverage always dies. Maybe that's just a coincidence, but that area is a "dead zone" at least for my phone. I can't speak to other services or devices. But there are areas on 105 nearby that are also dead zones.

He was already identified by his father and RD

Sorry I'm way behind this a.m. but wanted to just add to this that LS herself doesn't deny it was her in that video....in fact she claims to have taken a selfie in the truck of her and Gannon for Daddy.

11 year old's do not "wander away" as toddlers do not "run away".

My little cousin “wandered away” when she was 12 years old. She’s 30 now and has a child of her own and a very successful career in counseling. At the time, she was upset at her mother, my aunt for taking away her cell phone and grounding her for bad grades. So, in her now infamous words, she wanted to “teach her mom a lesson for being mean to her” so she ran away! She was gone for two days before she was found at a friends house on a Sunday night...

Given the way she has reacted, I can't come up with one scenario where she was not involved. But if I had to, I would guess he left or "ran away" because she hurt him somehow or he was scared and then something tragic happened a la Harley Dilly.
BBM:

Respectfully but vehemently disagree with this suggestion.

There is no evidence to suggest GS "ran away."

There is, in fact, direct evidence to the contrary.

Namely, he's seen leaving in the truck with TS that Monday morning, and TS returning to the house alone in the truck later on that afternoon.

That's why LE reclassified him to "missing endangered."

If he "ran away," LE would not be sifting through snow >40 miles away.

If he "ran away," CSIs would not have been seen carting brown bag after brown bag of evidence from the home.

If he "ran away," DA Dan May would not have gone to the house and stayed for an hour.

This suggestion that GS "ran away" originated from one person.

And it's as plain as the nose on Pinocchio's face:

She lies.

On the topic of videos, ring cameras, what neighbors may or may not have seen/provided to LE...

I cannot tell you how much time I have spent looking at neighbor’s doorways and garages since all of this happened as I am out walking with my children and our dog, driving through the neighborhood, etc...I literally never thought about it much before following this case so closely.

I am sure those who have cameras are wondering I am looking at their house when we walk by. It’s comforting to know how many people in my area may be able to help somehow if anything ever happened here.

I didn't say any of that. But I do think that RD didn't look beyond not seeing Gannon get out on the drivers side. And I don't believe he waited a week to look at 2:15 on his tapes. But I already explained all of that, and I do remain respectful towards other posters.

I have Ring at my door and Arlo cameras set up around the outside of my home. All my cameras pick up sound. I am so curious what else the neighbors picked up.

You just verified exactly what I said in my post. In my post I said 11 year old's don't "wander away" By your aunt's own words she "ran away"...huge difference.

As someone from the other side of the US, I just got around to looking up Dan May. Interesting and impressive work history (Head of Homicide among other things), and I notice it's an election year for him which may be another reason he wants to ensure this case is solid before any potential arrest. It's frustrating for us because we all want Gannon to be found ASAP and we know each day he's not home leads us to a bleak realization of what the future likely holds.

If TS allegedly gave a description to LE regarding who G left with then why hasn't the public seen this in an effort to locate the person and question him/her about G? Seems to me either TS lied about giving a description or LE doesn't give any credence to it.
She lied about that. IMO

Does anyone know who is Dan “The Man” May’s counterpart in Douglas county?

It may come into play, if that is where Gannon is found. I lived in Douglas County until this last year, and thankfully never even had a reason to think about who was in charge of prosecuting crimes when I lived there, but am extremely interested now.

If that selfie exists, I bet it was taken closer to 10am than 2pm.
