He’s not married to LH, and his loyalty should be to his current wife.

That is, if he truly doesn’t suspect her. He apparently does though, as SM implied in her interview that she had been kicked out on her 🤬🤬🤬.

LH moved in, and SM was relegated to holing up in a hotel.

Besides that, all it would take is a statement, phone call, or social media post. If you believe your wife, you defend her.

Sorry if I'm repeating what's been said. No chance to read all your excellent comments today.

MOO but it seems that a husband who not only moves his newest wife out but brings his ex to stay at his home has made a loud statement that he is permanently done with the new one and quite convinced that she has done something awful. No benefit of the doubt.

Everything seems to point toward LE letting Gannon's birth parents know that he has died and they know how.

After the deal DA May had to make with the devil (AKA Krystal Lee Kinney) in the Frazee case, I would guess he doesn't want to do that again and is gathering all the evidence he can before making a deal with someone. (Is there a T in someone?)

Maybe the week for answers is upon us.

It cites the fast facts from Heavy , but go ahead and do your own research.

Yeah, actually both the wordpress page and Heavy says the same two things about custody, and the first one is the same as what the Gazette says. So the sum total we know about the custody arrangement is that:

Hiott and Stauch share custody of Gannon, according to his family.

Al Stauch .... also has a younger daughter who lives with him and Gannon’s stepmom.

Gannon Stauch Missing: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

Oddly, you could read the second quote to imply that they don't share custody of the daughter. Who knows? Anyway. Thanks for the info.

I agree it’s odd that after almost a month, we haven’t seen those types of interviews. It reminded me that the family does have a spokesperson. Here’s an article about her dated Feb 17. Investigators focus on specific location as search for Gannon Stauch reaches third week
“Former Attorney General Cynthia Coffman has become close with Gannon’s biological parents over the past three weeks. She’s seen their pain and is serving as their spokesperson.
Also, she was seen hugging LH and asking her if she needed a break in the interview LH gave to ABC Denver 7 on February 20.
JMO they are being very wise and cautious to NOT let the family inner circle and acquaintances speak now. I like to believe that Ms. Coffman and perhaps even Jackie Kirby are acting as liaisons between the family and the MSM and have asked them to protect the integrity of the case instead of trying to get a scoop. It feels like our local reporters are the type to respect that IMO. Sorry to ramble, hope it makes sense. MOO
LH is doing a wonderful job keeping Gannon in the publics awareness. She is his voice, and appropriately so IMO. No other voice is really needed IMO.

Thanks Massguy for you perspective and good point. I agree with you 100%. I also belief LE has the answers and their just waiting for that last piece of confirmation or validation and then it's "all she wrote" for whomever is responsible. On another note, I'm in upstate NY so not far from MA. Do you really think Brady would even consider going to Oakland...well I guess it's Vegas now? My opinion...no freaking way.
I really think that as soon as they find his body, we’ll see an arrest. There’s no point rushing things at this point.

Ha! Brady ain’t going nowhere!

And lets just no worry about the whole gate thing...really? How many people lock their back gate? Is it in a neighborhood where people would find access to the house via a back gate? If the robber was that set on breaking in they would just hop the fence...it's not like the gate was an entrance into the house. Sorry to be so sarcastic but this whole gate thing is just crazy...LS simply mentioned it to lay the ground work for one of her lies or misdirections...that's it.

Yup, that's what I think too. She is covering up something more sinister that was most likely found in that area

  • #606
IMO I am just randomly start to think about what kind of lock would be on a backyard gate that would require a key. I honestly have never heard of such a thing nor I have a seen one on any home I have visited. The only thing close I can come up with is safety locks for a gate leading to a fenced in pool. Anyway, here are some examples online that I have found. Anyone that lives in the CO Springs area know if this is a regional thing & if so, what do yours look like? Edited as I forgot to attach pics!

I just have a latch on mind and I guess my biggest protection is 120lb German Shepard that roams the backyard a couple of times a day, lol! I never heard of a lock either. Do they have a pool in the yard?

Exactly. I don’t understand the argument that he’s afraid of rocking the boat.

That’s not normal behavior, not when you are married to someone.

Unless he sees what we see, and knows that TS has all the answers. Then it makes perfect sense.

I'm going out on a limb here and etch into stone that AS sees exactly what we see. There hasn't been one ounce of husbandly support from him and as someone said above, perhaps GS had started telling Dad that he was having a problem with TS in some way. Afterall, if GS and AS built TS a planter as she said, Dad and Son had a "working relationship" where with courage, GS could tell Dad something was wrong. By no means does this mean that initially Dad believed him! We big people have a tendency to say, "that can't be." But what might have hit AS square in between the eyes was when GS disappeared and TS started talking and explaining. Perhaps that's when Dad fully understood what Gannon had been trying to tell him and it became clear as a ringing bell to him as to what Gannon meant and couldn't fully explanation as an 11 year old.

MOO, MOO

Lots of different backgrounds and views on this site, on the web in general. It appears yours and mine gel considerably. I'll say this. IMO, if one becomes entangled in a case where there is potential for felony charges, serious charges, one would be prudent to not interact online whatsoever. And one would be wise to distance oneself from those who may appear to be involved. And it would be my choice to remain silent, for the most part, unless I was advised by counsel to make a public statement, at which time, said statement would be carefully crafted so as to avoid potential future liability of any kind. That's just me. Old school.

I've done a lot of reading of this and earlier threads and have posted some thoughts...I appreciate the avenue WS provides for us to offer thoughts and suggestions to help bring G home...it's really cool sharing thoughts and perspectives. After following several missing persons/children stories over the last few years this one just strikes me as very odd. No rewards. No statements from father or bio-mom other than the generic ones in that they are heartbroken. No appeals from other family members. The step-mom has provided the most and lengthy statements regarding the case and unfortunately most of what she has said is very, very difficult to think it is anything but un-truths...not lies per se but surely not the "real" story of what happened the day G went missing. This whole process of this case is what we would call a "one off"...just weird in what has been provided on MSM via the family and LE...to me this means there is something much bigger happening here that we are clearly not privy to.
Spot-on. Kudos.

You know what?
Ever since the beginning when I was fantasizing that Gannon, being a little boy, had escape routes from the garden and I was told that it was heavily fenced in and not possible, I realise I never actually saw a photograph of the back garden at all, like never?
Did anybody?
I have a feeling, based on nothing at all that it might be significant??

Even if LH has voiced some opinion to AS about thinking the worst of LS but he doesn't believe LS would do anything to harm Gannon, I would say his allegiance should and would be with his wife. I can only see him not coming to her defense is if he has doubts about her involvement in Gannon's disappearance. JMO
Yes, and I'd guess at least some of those doubts stem from, oh, let's say he may have seen something in the ether that may have caused him great concern, and I'm not talking back-to-the camera interviews....

It’s likely nothing more than a homicide investigation with a prime suspect.

I’ll give you an example I’ve used in previous cases.

A couple years ago, a mother and her three young children were massacred in a home several miles from me.

With the exception of a few statements from family members early on, there was radio silence for months.

They were told to remain quiet, and that’s exactly what they did.

Law enforcement was likewise very quiet, and it turns out they had good reason to be. They had their suspect, and were waiting on forensic results.

When they got them, they moved.

My point is, nothing big was happening, and that case wasn’t complicated.

The behavior of law enforcement here tells me that they’re likely waiting for a key piece. With Gannon still missing, it’s not hard to guess what that is.
Yes, the 'missing' puzzle piece.

Given that many, if not all of the houses on Mandan Road sport a Ring doorbell, I would not be surprised if fences include a keyed lock.

At least, not in public.

I really think they need to go back to where the searches started. There was something to all the hype about that submersible device used very early on. Something is rubbing me the wrong way about why this area was targeted 2 times.. I trust LE and I think at that point they knew something. Jmo

Crews use submersible, sonar-equipped vehicle to search water bodies for Gannon Stauch

“[URL='https://twitter.com/CPW_SE/status/1225550093119557634']CPW said
its Marine Evidence Recovery Team searched a small pond near Colorado Springs using the vehicle, which has a device to retrieve evidence underwater.

It was at least the second time the crews have searched in the area, though law enforcement officials declined to get into specifics on exactly where they were searching and why.”

We've been told by LE this is a very, very, very large puzzle. Not uncomplicated and LE has been asking for every type of tip imaginable repeatedly.

A WSer commented that "someone" may have been covering herself for a blood trail in the backyard where she perhaps washed up after whatever happened in the garage....(you know when those wayward shop tools chased Gannon and cut his foot?)

That makes sense to me. I missed the speculation on a robber coming to the house.

MOO
