Hmmm....
Wonder if an arrest is imminent. Or are they up to something tricky? Hope so.
I can think of more good reasons why this search was cancelled than bad ones.

I actually think this is a positive thing.

I was just thinking the same thing. As he said we will keep you in the loop as it happens. As what happens? An arrest....maybe hopefully praying #Hope

I’m not sure how to take your post. R u directing your question and demand directly at me?
No, can't remember your post but liked it and I had a feeling a certain someone is reading things so question was directed at the guilty. Posts were moving so fast at the time I posted. Thanks for letting me clear that up!

Upthread someone asked about the whole issue of why this wasn't called a criminal investigation. I happened to be over on the Roman Lopez thread ( 11 year old boy who disappeared from home and was found dead). No charges have been laid and LE is saying it isn't a criminal investigation.

I posted as below:

Tealgrove said:
Very bizarre statement however, the Gannon Stauch "investigation" isn't criminal either and there are no POI's except that searches take place daily and the Crime Lab has been at the house several times.

Seems like a common theme among LE statements these days.

A VERIFIED ATTORNEY answered as below:

It may just be legalese. If you have a criminal investigation with suspects being "detained" for interrogation by LE as potential defendants, those people are entitled to a lawyer and must be read their rights. If you are merely investigating a missing person or a suspicious death with no criminal investigation and no suspects, you are not detaining people for interrogation - you're merely interviewing witnesses and they do not have rights or need lawyers.

A good defense lawyer would tear this apart based on what was factually happening- it doesn't matter what you call it if you are in practice interrogating a suspect, attempting to get them to incriminate themselves in a crime.

However, it may be standard practice in certain LE departments (and it looks like it is growing) to avoid triggering these protections for as long as possible.

Perhaps this will answer a few questions.
Thanks- that was me. I appreciate the response, figured there had to be some advantage to not classify the investigation as criminal .

didn't she say earlier that she had taken a picture of them from her phone while they were in the truck? Did the video show her getting back out of the truck for a couple of minutes and then getting back in? All after Gannon was already in and the doors shut?
Then she left her phone at home?

Technically, she tried to say she took the selfie when they returned that afternoon and that the timestamp would prove that, but everyone speculated that she actually took the selfie before they left that morning (since we don't have any proof of him coming back with her later).

Lordy. Sure is getting smoky. And where there’s smoke, T, you best believe fire ain’t far behind.

Wouldn’t the neighbor, Drayton, have this in his outdoor camera if she parked in the street and daughter backed into the driveway on January 27th?

Not if the camera date and time uses the latest version of the TS 8.0 calendar, lol. According to her, it posts images of random dates and times in no particular order.

The address is listed with numerous property rental companies and most use the same 16 pics of the inside/outside of the house. They do show the basement area, and none of them show an exterior door, in the basement.
Front door, sliding glass door, and door to the garage, all on the entry level of the house.
Here's one listing showing the interior of the house, for those who have not seen it yet on @oviedo 's timeline at the beginning of each thread:
6627 Mandan Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80925 - realtor.com®

Think this is T speak...she said NEAR the basement area....

' Stauch said she planned to shop for hockey equipment for Gannon since it was the only sport he had shown interest in.'

A neighbor stated on film, probably thread 1 that Gannon enjoyed playing basketball every day in the yard with his/her kids'
#Find Gannon.

I have not read or heard TS say one positive thing about Gannon.

So Gannon was so ill that he needed a puke bag in the truck at 2:15, but he was feeling great enough to go to a friends house approx. 45 minutes later? lol okay, TS.

I think she forgot that she had her Apple Watch on and LE has been following its path. I think she’s trying to play it off like she knew she had it on the entire time. I think the data from that watch will crack this case.

So where did the video clip at 1:27 come from? I haven't seen it before?

That is most likely from Sunday. DR mentioned he saw Gannon on Sunday. The black SUV backing out looks to be LS. I think they are on their way to GOG.

In the interview among about 1,000 other things I noticed, TS "admits" she left her phone at home, but was wearing her Apple watch the entire time. Bet you LE either found remnants of that watch during the snow sifting OR hidden in the house during their visit yesterday!

And sick, and throwing up, and diarrhea, and a cut foot, and off school, and THEN heading over to a friends house? WOW, whoever abducted this poor boy had a mess on their hands.

What a crock of BS.

Suicide watch.
Right? Then let's take him shopping and drive around the whole County for four hours. Note what she DIDN"T say - no offer of any video from one of her stops that would show Gannon. He had pooped his pants the day before, but not one bathroom stop in four hours? Lunchtime, did she stop somewhere to feed him? Buy him something to drink so he stayed hydrated? NOPE, a big fat zero for the mom-of-the-year!! What an idiot she is.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Sometimes my memory goes sideways on me, but I took her comments to suggest the selfie was after the fact and in the driveway.

That would be a sign of complete desperation, so I don’t think that’s it.

The weather looks perfect, and they were all ready to move.

I wonder if they’ve learned something in the past few hours.
Maybe TS is finally talking....

I know wishful thinking with someone so selfish.

She forgot about the part where she may have decided, somewhere off 105, suddenly to cast her Apple Fitbit out the window. Because she just wanted a new one.

I've NEVER seen a POI ADMIT to being all the places LE has searched.

This takes NarcInsanity to a whole new level.

JMO
So these backroads she mentioned are all places they've been searching?!

yes, when your iphone is in bluetooth range with the apple watch.

Do you know if the photo metadata includes info that a photo was taken using the watch?
