her lack of self awareness is (I know we throw the n word around here a lot but... it really really rings true here!) such a narc symptom.

she can't seem to register the lack of cohesion she states.

so...over a 24 hour period gannon has multiple health issues of varying seriousness, doesn't attend school, has a wonderful time out running pointless non urgent errands and getting lost with TS, everything was good.

so how do we suddenly get to gannon googling can my parents track my phone if I runaway??? (not verbatim)
and boom! poof !! he vanishes.

no... cohesion ....what.... so.... ever. AND that's just
narrative nonsensical #1.(runaway)

narrative nonsensical#2 (friends house)

narrative nonsensical #3 (kidnapped)

imo the trip to the pet shop and the sports shop are going to tell a very interesting narrative when it comes to light.

PS every now & then I apologise for lack of caps. its kinda become my thang now!:p

Wow, I didn’t catch that.

We need to start a running list, as I don’t see the lies stopping anytime soon.

Great idea @MassGuy! I'll read that list just to try and keep my head straight in this tangled web...
And I'm sure we could all add to it as this case progresses :rolleyes:

TS is competing with Gannon.

Can we just stop feeding her, please?
(we, being the entire internet)

It is the equivalent of an entire tomcat spraying one in the face.

Was she always competing with him?
There is no way to know .
Is he missing or dead because of this competition?
Let's just try to
#FindGannon.
Please.

I think she gave LE a nice little nugget. I got off at exit 163.

Yes! Me, too!

Also, all of the exits up and down 25 have such memorable names. Why would she remember the exit number rather than the street name? Especially if she was lost and not using navigation or GPS?

Exit numbers are so easy to confuse, but street names are more likely to stick in your memory. Especially if you are lost and not using GPS or navigation where the exit number is displayed at the top.

Something is not adding up.

It IS possible:
Based on the mountains being visible in Gannon's sunglasses, his face--ie the front of the truck when backed in-- faced west and slightly north.

In this area, and that time of year, the sun is very low in the sky and sets on the left side of Pikes peak at around 5pm. The sun would appear West by Southwest at around 2p and complete its arc at approximately west by west by Southwest (a little south of due west.)

Therefore; at around 2pm, stationary objects, like a telephone pole, the vehicle to the north of the truck, etc., would have been casting shadows in an approximately East by Northeast direction, relative to the sun.

The driver's door sweeps an arc from slightly south of East to approximately west of south by Southwest (possibly more westward motion), and the rear passenger's *would* sweep an arc from slightly north of East to approximately west of North.

The punchline?
Yes, along it's arc the driver's door casts a shadow under the truck and in the precise location as the rear passenger's door is alleged to be opening.

Don't even get me started on proving the date and time of each RD vid, without a date or time stamp. I mean, what's next? The sun is a liar out to get her too?
The general shadows in the scene are from overhead; no long shadows as would appear just after sunrise or just before sunset.

At this point, the shadows are moot regarding the gist of this case.

With the MCL's multiple appearances at the house and the intense, multiple elbow-to-elbow searches, we all know TS is in a world of doo-doo and it's just a matter of time before a mother, father and little sister will be devastated beyond grief, a teen daughter will feel shame and abandoned, and the finality of GS' fate will be realized by all.

Hockey is played on indoor rinks in Colorado, year round, although there is generally a competitive season.
Right, my son played indoor hockey for years.

But you need to join a team to get much ice time. There are pick ups games, but Gannon hasn't played much, apparently. So until the new season began, he wasn't going to get many chAnces to play.

He could just go ice skating to practice that, but they don't allow you to use pucks and sticks unless you are signed up for a class or a team.

So my point was, I couldn't see any logical reason he'd need 'hockey' equipment until he was going to sign up.

I have no doubt GS holds a special place in bio-parent's hearts simply because GS is a miracle child, raised from a 1.3 lb. premie birth. Not to say LH and AS don't love their daughter just as much but, well, I think no further explanation is needed on this point.

MOO, regarding the bold above: absolutely, there was/still is competition, if not outright jealousy. I get the feeling TS treated the Stauch children as if they were her school charges. I have no gut feeling regarding her relationship to her bio daughter, although it is telling how she used her daughter to confirm her statements during her on-camera interview; she involved her daughter in her web of misdirection and deceit without hesitation. In fact, TS appeared quite eager, if not desperate to do so; self-serving, indeed.

I can not imagine TS dug a hole although she may have. I am not sure she would devote such an effort. I expect she'd want to find somewhere she felt was 'adequate' for GS, and it wouldn't be much. Lousy terrain, perhaps rough, craggy, perhaps hidden beneath trash or landscaping refuse, etc. No care from her, as we might expect from someone who had true concern for a loved one.

I agree a shallow grave would have been considered adequate.
Or a push from a great height to an abyss of darkness.
Then home, mission complete, task undertaken successfully while the competition continues. She's a little star, isn't she?

I checked Sheriff dept, no new updates, yet they had added the #hope to yesterday's tweet. EPCSheriff on Twitter

I'm not sure whether the military search is going ahead today or not.
Nor am I certain it is more than a public relations exercise, or how experienced at SAR will the participants be, or they type of terrain they intend covering.

I predict that in the next few days, Gannon will be found and an arrest will be made. The most extreme punishment available to the DA should be sought against the evil responsible. Gannon cannot be far away and the net is closing.

I mean, obviously it is smart for them to search there, but I remember exit numbers way better than street names personally.

Is there a certain browser we should use for WS? Every time I reply to a post it gets duplicated.
It happens to everyone sometimes. Just erase the wording in second post in edit mode and state DBM. Deleted by me.

I was thinking about the date today, February 29th. It would be nice if Gannon was found today and then parents would only have to see that number (anniversary of finding him) come up every four years. Feeling very sad for them. I do hope they locate Gannon soon. moo

  • #1,273
That's exactly what happens to me. I'll have to make sure I don't hit the post reply button again but I don't think I am. Seems the issue is getting worse.
Late to the issue here but it happens to us all. Especially when the system is working overtime. Just DBM. Edit and delete second post. Do so within 1 hour then mods won’t have to work overtime cleaning up after us.

That’s the saddest thing I’ve ever heard.

Unless it was a red herring to send them searching in the wrong area and buy more time. If he’s found in the area where she says she was, it would be harder for her to pin it on the runaway or abduction stories, vs. if he’s found nowhere near where she says she was that day.

Hey y'all, honest question, late night, a glass of wine or two deep. I'm a new member. I've checked in here to get perspective on cases local to me over the years, this is the first case I've followed thread by thread. Excuse my ignorance.

A few people have posted within these 21 threads with opinions contrary to popular opinion. Some of these posts have included familiar language, grammar and ideas.

These posters/posts seem to get attacked and called out immediately, sometimes even named.

I've seen people suggest that family members of the missing child should join Websleuths to work through this situation here and provide insight.

I think only one family member has information that could be insightful. If that individual chose to post information here, wouldn't it further the sleuthing endeavors we're partaking in to hear them out? Why shut them down, call them out and identify them as oppose to embracing the insight and information that they could provide?
I'm prepared to get destroyed.
:D

But I think they have more evidence of where she was than just her word for it. They were already searching in this area before her most recent word salad interview was released.

I wouldn’t go that far...but I do think she may have made Gannon so miserable, he did actually run away, and when she realized how that was going to make her look, she backtracked, and tried to make up other excuses...I also think she probably did take him all those places, probably just to make him feel even worse about his misbehavior, selling some of his things, or at least making him think, she was going to, when you are in a car w/ someone else driving, you are virtually a prisoner. They did get back home and he got out of that car as quickly as possible? Then she forgot all about him until hours later, and realized he was gone... I don’t think he would have wanted her to know, either. Where is he now? Unless they find him, she will probably go to jail. In this case, no body is probably not good for her...not that I feel sorry for her, not at all.
Nope he didn’t run away. And she’s going to jail wether they find him or not. Moo

LE was likely aware of the interview before it was released. It was done on Monday but not published until early Thursday evening. Unless you mean the previous searches where they were sifting through the snow etc. Either way, I wasn’t speaking to what LE actually knows but to how she may be thinking (her thought processes and motivations) when throwing out all her word salads, which as we’ve all seen isn’t very logically (even though she seems to think it is). I was just providing an alternate possibility to the OP’s statement that she gave LE a nugget/leaked some truth when she mentioned the exit.

I'd rather lick the urinals at Dodgers stadium than read another one of LS's BS statements.

Coming from one of my favorite fictional characters EVER, that is QUITE disturbing.
