I caught that also. In her defense, when we leased a car, I did calculate monthly mileage because I was so scared to go over. I’d be interested in knowing how close she is to her “mileage quota”... She’s a stay at home mom, younger kids ride the bus, older daughter has her own vehicle, and from my understanding, necessities are nearby.

I'd be worried about mileage also if I drove around for 4 hours "shopping"

JMO but I don't think there's anything to be gained by arresting her now for lying to LE. And there's potential value in her not being under arrest at this time.

Also - why not just leave the sick boy home for a few hours while running the errands if he was mildly unwell? She says he felt better later, right before going to the friends house- which implies/confirms he didn’t feel good while they were out. Let him rest at home and be near a bathroom. They had a security system and he had a phone and she had a phone - she could’ve left him home (And yes, we know she should’ve been caring for him directly, but that didn’t happen either). That would be a question I’d ask her “why was it necessary for him to come with you when he wasn’t feeling well?”

Also, those errands do not sound urgent. Why couldn't they wait a day or two, til the child was well and back at school.

My impression is that Apple has tended to be very pitbullish in the courts about privacy/data battles. At a quick glance, I think most of Apple's braggadocio on it's "privacy/rate of cooperation with LE" web pages might be more along the lines of cooperating in the more routine issues of lost/stolen devices, matching up serial numbers etc, but I could be wrong.

And despite her many tales, we don't know if claimed watch belonged to her or actually to another family member who might also like to hike and track fitness activity, whether it was an Apple brand, or whether there was really any smart watch along for the ride at all.

I hold a small hope that TS's daughter is among the 801 tips. I am sure that she knows something, but is fearful of her mother's rage. TS was concealing her face, but then forced her own daughter to do her bidding to the press. TS has No regard for her discomfort, protecting her privacy, or burdening her conceal abuse and murder .

I feel sorry for her, she must be mortified with all this negative attention aimed at them on top of missing her (step)brother.
I hope to God, this conniving SM did NOT involve her in any way... even if it was not to her knowledge at the time, she would never be able to forgive herself.

@ChuckMaureen, you are not as stuck as you think. I regard it as a symptom of the severe gaslighting we are receiving from TS. I believe the shadow was cast by the object TS was holding. Now, if I saw legs and feet climbing out and walking, it would be a different story. A smart person like you does not need to chase shadows when your common sense is spot on!

Photographers realize that light is our true subject. We study direct light, reflected light, ambient light, light sources, light temperature, etc.

I respectively disagree with the "it's TS' shadow" idea. It would be an impossible occurrence for those shadows to have been caused by either something TS was carrying or by TS herself. I don't want to get in to that whole discussion because so many people refuse to believe the possibility because they can not come up with how GS could have disappeared if he had returned in the truck with TS.

That's why I'm stuck. It has nothing to do with what TS has said.

ETA: I also am computer/video savvy. The shadows do not appear to be a result of codec anomalies not copy-of-a-copy etc. degradation. What I see is real. It's 'tangible' (in my photographer brain) and, it tells me someone either exited from or otherwise opened the door of that truck on the rear passenger side.

Well, we don't know if what we're hearing from her is what she is telling LE. Although, I'm sure she's lying to them, if she's talking.

I don't think they actually can. The joycon controllers have little cameras in them but really only for the purpose of motion & space detection to play certain games. You can also take a screenshot on the switch, but I don't think there is any way to actually take photographs with the device.

What did u do or where did u go when the girls left? And how do u know for sure that G went to an un name friends house. Did he walk down to u in basement and say can I go to “friends”’house? Or did he shout down to u just saying i’m going to “friends” house. I’m not understanding how a kid notifies a parent they are going to a friends house without somehow stating this friends name.

If all LE needed to arrest this woman was a lie she would be behind bars at this very minute, sadly they want her for murder/child neglect or whatever big crime they can get her on so they can find Gannon, no way is she gonna tell them without them having something to plea with,if they arrest her for lying she would be out that day, just like Casey Anthony, but as soon as they rack up all that they can they will have a bargaining tool to work with and then they might can squeeze some truth out of her, if she even knows how to tell the truth! This is how you can take a photo with the newer apple watch. Your phone has to be nearby (I am sure, driveway would be close enough) so it can connect to it. The watch can be used as a remote for taking a photo. I have an apple watch, and it can be done.

I think she mentions the bag being white because people were speculating what was in her hand when she returned from the trip without Gannon. And I can't really see the significance of what was in her hand or the fact that she needed to mention it but apparently it was significant!
