Just like the Joyce Aland whose home security cameras caught Tammy & Sidney Moorer's truck driving down to Peach Tree Landing. She was great on the witness stand “I’m sorry I don’t believe in coincidences sir,”.

RD will also be a great witness at trial!!

He would , but I imagine his role will merely be to confirm he is owner of the CCTV and how times and dates were synchronized and compared to real time.
He is merely the owner of the cctv footage and the machine that recorded it.
Any other evidence he could be asked about would concern any personal interactions he had with the family or LE.

It should have, depending upon the particular alleged watch's capabilities and whether it was in good working order at the time.. or if it even exists!
Also Apple are notorious for withholding information and may have required more than one warrant.

When you watch the red truck video, she backs up and sits there approx 11 seconds.

I think she was waiting for him to come out and because he either didn't or was taking too long she went in and got him.

They both got into the truck-- I think at thay moment with her own phone she snapped a picture.

And then if you watch carefully she opens her door gets out, with her door wide open, goes back into the house.

I agree with other posters that she took her phone back in. And did not take a picture with her watch.

I think, in the context of her protest in her babbling statement where she talked about driveway selfies, time stamps, blah blah, she wanted the public to believe that alleged selfie was taken after they returned home. Since she never said anything about it until she was addressing the accusation that she returned home alone, I think you and me and LE and everyone else is supposed to believe she came home with Gannon, then took a selfie with him in the truck, because that's the sort of thing they do when AS is away, blah blah, more lies, and much blah blah.

Not that I believe there is actually an afternoon selfie of her and Gannon that day, but I do believe this is what she wants the public to think, to prove he was with her that afternoon, when she came home. I mean, everyone saw him on video that morning, so a morning selfie would prove nothing, right?

I wonder if the red truck has navigation. Does a car need navigation to be tracked? No, I am not you know who, lol. But could it be that her SUV does and his truck does not and she thought she was savvy leaving the phone and taking the truck?

All I can think of is that she has completely let herself off the hook blaming everyone from Gannon to AS's tools.

Speculation regarding RD isn’t helping anything. He has carried himself quite well.

I am forever grateful to Nichole Atkinson, Shanaan’s bff, for everything she said and did in a very public way, even with the ongoing investigation and the time, and feel it brought the hammer down on CW very swiftly. Same goes for her neighbor who released the footage from his security cam and mentioned his thoughts on what was seen and how CW acted.

Without RD, who knows how much LS could have potentially gotten away with, whereas now she’s firmly nailed to the wall.

In my opinion, he has shown incredible restraint. I believe there is MUCH more he could’ve said and done and shown, and he has not done so.

It might have been what led them to all the different areas they searched, along with GPS from the truck, if it had it installed. Jmo
