Even TS must believe the video is irrefutable, as she now claims that it’s not from the day and time it is supposed to be from.

If the video showed Gannon returning, she obviously wouldn’t back away from that, as it would support her account.

She knows the video can’t possibly show Gannon, as he never came home with her in the first place.

She can’t have it both ways (shadows prove her story, and the video is not from that day).
But....but....but....."shadow technology".....!!!!!!

Regardless of TS' narratives and/or the date-timestamp of the original video, shadows appear on the ground (and along the top) on the opposite side of the vehicle. Whether or not the main shadow is that of GS exiting, someone else exiting or someone opening the rear door from the outside of the vehicle to get something from/place something in to the truck I can not say.

It is not possible for the ground shadow to be caused by the driver's door and/or TS exiting the driver's door.
My point is this, any shadows are wholly irrelevant.

If TS herself isn’t disputing this (a woman who’s freedom may in part depend on it), then it’s clear the video shows what it shows.

Basically:

“Cool, a shadow. We know it’s not Gannon, so what does it matter?”

I want to know if anyone other than LE is allowed in the house? I wouldn’t think so if the family isn’t staying there.

Weather is very nice and clear today and tomorrow both. Snow looks like it is coming in Sunday evening into Monday. Take all that for what it is because our forecast here likes to keep us on our toes and change. Often. But today has been great and tomorrow looks like more of the same!

Thank you @PrayingForMissing! Much appreciate your local insight.
Let's hope and pray that it's warm enough to actually melt away a lot of the cold white stuff so that their search is easier and fruitful.
Stay warm!

TS:

"There was also proof from my phone that we had taken a selfie in the truck in our driveway that was time stamped. We always send pictures to Albert when we are out and about..."

Thank you to the awesome interviewer and posters that shared with us:

"Picture was taken on Gannons phone and oh ya we were parked on the road..."

LS can't remember her own lies.....

Pretty sure these picture posts will be gone by the time I wake up tomorrow morning. Here's to finding Gannon tomorrow.

LS would be able to say he made it home because his phone was with him the whole time see you can track his phone back home with me a loving stepmom who cares a lot. blah blah lie lie.. then he cut his foot puked had an accident and played at his friends then ran away.. but left his phone home after all this torture .. his only lifeline to his real parents that actually cared for him.

I like this. I’ve wondered the same about when the Google search was made on his phone, I really think it would help Monday’s timeline big time. On the the other hand if the phone ‘was’ able to be tracked it may seal her fate... of course, it that were true he may have been found by now.

On a different note... the mentioning of bikes twice in the latest interview is eating at me. Maybe I’m grasping at straws during this waiting period but it just seems weird. How close is the Dollar Store? Would the teen also have ridden a bike (I thought it only mentioned the little one) or why didn’t she drive her car? My oldest hasn’t even looked at his bike since getting his license. MOO

SORRY, I screwed up somehow & for the 2nd time the quote didn’t show up in my post???

Growing up I had a babysitter. She would say she was returning a library book and then hide it behind the ice machine at the gas station and go visit her boyfriend (then retrieve it at a later date to really return). I'm sure this was more complex scheme than I'm remembering, but the point is - could she have left Gannon's phone in or near Petco somewhere and return to get it later. It wouldn't be that difficult to find a hiding spot in the store that it wouldn't be located for a few hours.

I'm not ready to selectively believe TS' statements.

I believe there's more to this case than what we/many are extrapolating. As LE has already stated: "a very, very, very complex case". We may safely assume something occurred inside the house. Key elements are what, and when.

Something also may have occurred outside the house, farther north; we've yet to see/read/hear of evidence indicating exactly what, if indeed anything.

We've not seen any other surveillance videos other than the two (TIKO) and we're not even sure of the date-timestamps of those videos.

I don't yet fully believe we know all we think we know, and that includes shadows and other elements.

Wow, I didn’t catch that.

We need to start a running list, as I don’t see the lies stopping anytime soon.

I’m still processing how she wasn’t in the driveway but she was, because one day is now split into two different days. It’s like a party trick.

I'm wondering if TS was referring to different photos. There is allegedly one from Sunday (hiking day) and allegedly one from Monday (either before or after the 'shopping trip').

So if Gannon had his Switch and used his cell phone as a hotspot to play games according to the Nintendo site he would be tracked;
"Location information

With your consent, we may collect and process information about your precise location. When we have your location information, we use it to tailor our services for you and others, like helping you establish friend relationships with other Nintendo users."

I don’t mean to be a pita and I have absolutely no expertise in photography or videography but when I look at those videos as a layman (a jury will be a layman) it just looks like black spots all over the place. Mostly in the open spaces until it’s pointed out at that exact time to be under a wheel well. Again just a moot point as somebody has figured this out themself and has changed her story to not even being in the driveway anymore. Good luck with this one lawyers!

It’s not being selective though.

We have a video that shows only TS returning home. That’s all I need to believe it, and TS now refuting the day and time, completely solidifies that.

Couple that with the fact that neither child saw him, no witness spotted him, and no cameras captured him, and everything makes sense.

Add to that the search areas that just so happen to coincide with her bizarre travels that day, and now we have a solid outline to work with.

I consider the above, “what I know.” Gannon left with TS, and something happened to him during that 4 hour time period.

What’s complicated is filling in all the gaps, and having the one person who can do all of that, refuse to cooperate and tell lie after lie.

The what, where, and why may be murky, but the who isn’t.

Ha! And watch this all be captured on multiple cameras too.

She’ll claim all the date and time stamps are wrong.

No both she reported at different times "being Monday"...

Hey y'all, honest question, late night, a glass of wine or two deep. I'm a new member. I've checked in here to get perspective on cases local to me over the years, this is the first case I've followed thread by thread. Excuse my ignorance.

A few people have posted within these 21 threads with opinions contrary to popular opinion. Some of these posts have included familiar language, grammar and ideas.

These posters/posts seem to get attacked and called out immediately, sometimes even named.

I've seen people suggest that family members of the missing child should join Websleuths to work through this situation here and provide insight.

I think only one family member has information that could be insightful. If that individual chose to post information here, wouldn't it further the sleuthing endeavors we're partaking in to hear them out? Why shut them down, call them out and identify them as oppose to embracing the insight and information that they could provide?
I'm prepared to get destroyed.

LS:

"Something is not right. I’m so mad. They have spent all this time and haven’t found him. Why? Because they are chasing me.

She just shared with us that she hasn't been cleared.

Hike on Sunday (cleared),
shopping on Monday ( cleared)
as well for him getting out of the other side (cleared).
Leticia Stauch (not cleared) because the are "chasing" her.

Interesting choice of words when earlier she said "they happened to catch me" at a store....

I simply think that someone was worried enough - by recent extensive searches up north and the like - to find a rapid and easily legal method .......to preach to all of the masses at once. How amazing to find this certain worrier.........was so very lost on all of those back roads up north..... on a very critical day in question. I hate it when that happens.

I think I missed a lot of what you’re talking about, but if TS did want to come on here, she would have to be verified (if she wanted to post as herself).

Otherwise we’d be inundated with whack-jobs pretending to be her (anyone can claim to be anyone).

That’s likely what those people you are referring to are doing.

Trust me when I say, I would absolutely love for her to come on here.
