Whatever the person carries out to the car it is something stiff inside of something (a duffel bag) ? But it doesn't move or bend as they walk ; it remains as if something rigid is inside and the bag remains flat in a line across the bottom. See still shots taken from (Surveillance video may show Gannon Stauch leaving with stepmom - KRDO) .

I hate to say this but it almost appears to be a rifle bag. :(:(
Purely by feel I had sense item might have been heavy. The words golf clubs flashed into my mind.
The thought was of a metal bar or of a lump hammer,
If that third image is of a gunbag, I'd agree with the shape.
But guns leave traces of having been fired, and whereas it's quite possible her husband had guns and she had access to where they were stored, she would have had to put them back in the event of coming under suspicion. This one thinks like a snake..
Would that bag have been large enough to hold a person? What colour was it?
If we knew , Mr Droneman might have a colour to search for...?

At first, some of us thought the video was from Sunday night, so it concerned me that a compromised Gannon or a body was seen being loaded into the back of the vehicle. Then it came out that it was Monday morning and it was this red truck. For me, a huge question is why is she doing all this in broad daylight if her story was not going to coincide?

I definitely feel like SM isn’t telling the truth. But someone just asked, “what if Gannon got out on the passenger side? Would the camera catch that?” And that’s all I can think about now. What if he did and we’re analyzing this video for no reason?

I hear you, but I think in the actual footage, they would have seen his legs get out and a figure walking back inside from the passenger side of the car.

I do know that my kids have a side of the car, and it is pretty set; they wouldn’t switch around Willy nilly.

If it is a rifle and wasn’t returned by her to their home wouldn’t dad know that and tell LE? I would think if you have guns you know what you have right?? I’m also thinking if something happened to him (violent or otherwise) it was in the basement or lower level (didn’t she say she was working out down there and didn’t hear him leave hence the 3-4:15?initial report of him running away) - still think water is involved just not sure how

Well, if we also turn to the evidence shots of things that were taken out last night... This image is sticking with me. So maybe it was returned to the house at some point but wasn't taken in immediately upon her return. MOO Speculation and all that.

The video should NOT have been leaked.
It just gives SM and lawyer time to come up with... whatever. Of course I did watch it over and over
My IMMEDIATE reaction was that he could have gotten out on the other side without it being caught on that camera..
I’m so sad that I know he wasn’t though :(

With the family's apparent ties to the military, I would almost expect them to have guns in the house.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the parents used meds as a way to get his case moved from runaway to missing and endangered. The meds were a factor in upgrading the case. And since AS is military, I’m sure he was getting help in trying to get this upgraded. Could be something as simple as he’s on antibiotics for strep, or Epi-pen for allergies.
Either way I think it would be upgraded due to his age and the fact that he could have been in the cold for so long. Jmo

If he was just sick it's hard to imagine why anyone wouldn't follow through w/getting medical attention. But if he died because he got into someone's illegal stash they might be more concerned w/self-preservation than Gannon's well being.

I have no info to suggest anyone in his immediate circle uses illegal drugs. But it's the first scenario that comes to mind trying to explain why someone would disappear a vomiting child.

That scenario is highly plausible.

Blunt abdominal injury is also a plausible explanation for vomiting, if indeed there was vomiting.

Is the vomiting just speculation, though?

JMO.

I was actually looking for that, I didn't see any feet/door open/light change etc. I can't say he didn't but I didn't catch anything so IMO
I did, too - did not see steps/shadow pass underneath car. And I also believe it was a game changer because she never told LE that she took him anywhere that day. There was no reason to lie about it if she was not involved.

I believe LE did personally review the security footage of neighbors including RD footage. RD decided to review it on his own later on.
But if that is the case, why did LE allow everyone to think he had been missing since the afternoon on foot and likely a run away for so many days? All the searching by the public for several days was predicated on the word of SM who said he left on foot late in the afternoon. And how long does it take to search traffic cams to determine her route? The public should have been asked if that car was sited with Gannon during that period of time by making this info public. It's not like she was cooperating anymore, anyway. I also think if FBI had seen this footage early on they would have asked the neighbor not to report this to the media. It does not seem like this is what happened - the neighbor even said LE told him his footage was a game changer (so how did they know prior?)...which is after he showed it to the Dad - none of that maintains the integrity of the case when the Dad can confront her about the footage...which I assume would have been the main point to keep it a secret from the public (not to tip her off to its existence)? I guess I just don't believe they knew in advance, and if they did, I do not understand why the public could not be more helpful to the search WITH this information and not without when LE need to know where SM took Gannon that day. Maybe this is why some media decided after a one day grace period to let this information out to the public (not that they should be calling investigation shots - but it just makes sense and I can't imagine they promised to not release it indefinitely).

Not too bright, maybe?

That may have been her only chance since the younger daughter would have been home by 3:30.

I saw some people inquiring about what she was carrying to the truck when walking to it out in the street.

I try not to post random speculation/theories as much as possible, but in times when we are anxiously awaiting news, my mind gets away from me.

Is this a hunting bow in the garage? (See attached pic). Because I googled hunting bow bags and it seems to match what she was carrying pretty well. Obviously, it’s hard to really be able to tell with the quality of video image- lots of possibilities on type of bag she is carrying.

Wonder if Gannon liked to hunt.

The other creepy feel I got while watching the slightly longer version was her walking style and speed, almost military marching. Purposeful. Authoritive. Focused. She was working.
If I were to try to transcribe the feel to a drug picture, I'd say coke or crack.
She walked like she had a job to do and she was gonna make sure she did it.
Day or night wouldn't have made a whole pile of difference to her if my speculation is remotely accurate.
She knew about the CCTV's in the 'hood, she knew where they were located, most likely. She had lived there awhile. The only precaution she took was to reverse the truck before the probably terrified child got in.

The sheriff's office in that county is asking people not to speculate on evidence not released by them.
I'm still wondering if the neighbors video's time and date has been verified by them. They haven't said.

I’m posting before getting completely caught up here, so I apologize if this has already been discussed! But I was thinking along somewhat similar lines. Maybe he had a concussion (caused by SM) and was vomiting. They left the house with her intending to take him to ER, but he died before getting there? So she did a cover-up?

It still doesn’t explain a lot of it (call for Miralax, etc.) but him getting in the car alive but never coming home has my original ideas shot. So I’m trying to imagine something other than completely premeditated murder (which it could be, but I had originally imagined an “accident.”)
If initially she intended to take him to the doctor, made an appt and then changed her mind she may well have phoned the doctor back and asked for a simple prescription so they wouldn't be concerned.

Bc she’s a dumb butt
We all know there’s technology, but forget it can show our trail. We still tend to think no one is looking.

FWIW Tom Mustin (Denver 7) took a beating on Twitter for being such a showboater at a missing child’s expense. I’m ok with this.

Absolutely!! Considering I remember pretty clearly, he said they specifically went out of their way to track down the neighbor at his home and job.

Assuming she was behind the fake google search. It doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility that she stashed her phone somewhere (near petco?), and then hid the body in a totally different area, and then went and picked up her phone......just to throw the cops off of her trail......if she ever became a suspect. (If her "runaway" plan didn't pan out)

I may be giving her too much credit. This plan would obviously require a lot of forethought, planning......premeditation.

If LE is currently searching an area due to her phone pings, I wonder how long her phone was in that location? I wonder if they could tell if maybe she didn't use her phone at all in that timeframe (a.k.k. : her phone and her were possibly in two different places.)

I guess cctv could be very helpful now that they have a well-definex timeframe. The problem is knowing where to look, and the cameras still having the footage over a week later.

Finally able to view video and after Gannon got in back she definitely could have retreived an item from garage. Perhaps the item CSI removed posted upstream.

However the facts remain IF Gannon is not located and/or SOLID FORENSIC evidence obtained a defense attorney can get this video TOSSED very easily. Totally explainable and meaningless in a court of law.

FGS
Kyron disappeared right under everyone's darn nose. If one goes back and reviews his case LE had more than this on ole Terri Horman and we all know how that's turned out.:(

I'll keep praying but any hope for Gannon has virtually vanished just like he has.
