I hope so because the thought of someone he trusted/loved, hurt him is absolutely devastating.
But do we really know if he trusted or loved her?

  • #242
Not too bright, maybe?

That may have been her only chance since the younger daughter would have been home by 3:30.

Imo
Yeah, she’s working on mom time.

Whatever the person carries out to the car it is something stiff inside of something (a duffel bag) ? But it doesn't move or bend as they walk ; it remains as if something rigid is inside and the bag remains flat in a line across the bottom. See still shots taken from (Surveillance video may show Gannon Stauch leaving with stepmom - KRDO) .

I hate to say this but it almost appears to be a rifle bag. :(:(

Good catch! I never even noticed the person carrying a bag until your screenshots. It does look just like a rifle bag.

That blue bag on the wall looks exactly like the shape and size she was carrying out to the truck. It also looks like there is a second empty hook next to it. :( She could have used the bag for something else and left the bow on the ground.
It does look like the bow was cast aside rather hastily.

WS is sure glitchy at times tonight. For me.
I had a hard time earlier today’s with sending posts . Unfortunately I hadn’t changed the polish language in my settings.
All my sentences didn’t make sense in english. Operator error on my part.

I can’t see much in the video that I watched. I could barely see a second person get into the truck.

I drive a larger truck. My wife is short, hates to drive it. Says she can't see. It is almost comical to watch her even try to back it up in the driveway. It would be interesting to know how often she drives the truck. It seems like she made an attempt to back the truck up in a particular spot in the driveway. Almost like if someone, or perhaps the the other children, would notice if the truck was out of place.
I’m not putting too much emphasis on her parking skills. It appears that they have at least three vehicles (red truck, SUV in the driveway, daughter’s Jetta). They may need to park a certain way to get them all to fit. In my neighborhood we are not allowed to park on the street overnight. We have three vehicles, so when I park I have to make sure I’m in my small spot or else my husband can’t get his vehicle out to go to work. It’s probably comical to the neighbors watching me pull in and out of the driveway four times before I’m finally satisfied with the result. And that’s with a backup camera!

Something that popped into my head was that upon her return, the repeat backing in and pulling out almost looks like the behavior of an intoxicated person. Also her hurried disorganized exit out of the car. Could be panic as well I suppose, but it reminded me of watching drunk people try to drive on cop shows etc.

The neighbor stated it was SM and Gannon. The father also saw and responded emotionally to the video. MSM is reporting it was SM and Gannon. I don't think it was someone else entirely. Especially since the video is what sparked CSI being there for hours.
Yes, I'm sure there is video of what he described, I just meant that might not be the right image that the news source is showing.

I don't doubt his story either but on the video the other networks are showing does it show the time?

Has he confirmed that the one shown on ABC is the same one that he is talking about?

When did LE confirm that the footage was of SM and Gannon? I thought they asked the media not to release the footage.

Imo

Absolutely!! Considering I remember pretty clearly, he said they specifically went out of their way to track down the neighbor at his home and job.

That’s why I think there are multiple videos. From multiple neighbors. At different times. IMHO

Wow excellent point - when I drive other vehicles I can’t reach the pedal and am afraid to move them in case I can’t get them exactly back - great sleuthing

And reporter Tom said that the video activity occurred at the time she said he went to his friend’s house, so it’s hard to sort facts in this case.

I agree and I have yet to read it in msm.
HIPPA is a big deal!

eta for clarification: I have read several articles about meds along the timeline but none specifying what type of med or reason for prescription. This the latest out of Colorado:

The sheriff's office said Stauch takes special medication and was last seen wearing a blue jacket and jeans.
Deputies collect evidence from missing boy’s home

friendly little PSA to any folks out there reading here: advising ~ do not violate. imo
Yes my comment was we don’t know the type of meds just that he needed meds - could be asthma, god forbid insulin (diabetic) etc we just don’t know

I see that El Paso has used Automatic License Plate Readers (ALPR) for 14 years.

Here's what I've found. I'm hoping so much that the L.E. can retrieve information either from a vehicle gps tracker or that the license was picked up on an Automated License Plate Reader.

Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs)"ALPRs automatically capture all license plate numbers that come into view, along with the location, date, and time. The data, which includes photographs of the vehicle and sometimes its driver and passengers, is then uploaded to a central server."

According to Texas A&M Transportation Institute, the El Paso Police Department has used ALPR technology since 2006. As of 2012, the agency operated 23 mobile ALPR units and owns six ALPR-equipped trailers that can be parked along any roadway. These trailers include a radar system and a “Your Speed Is:” display. Horizon City also has one ALPR-equipped patrol car as of 2012 and feeds the data it collects in to EPPD’s database.

BBM:

Well, sure…this isn't a trial, and we aren't a jury. So there's that.

All's I know is, I'm not ready to apologize to anyone yet.

Hoping Thread #4 is the one that sees GS found.

Time for Roll Call!

Who's Here for Gannon?

I am!!!!!

Prayers for this handsome young man.

Yes, that's why I'm wondering if it's the right one. The neighbors across the street said they had a camera, too.

What is she carrying to the truck? She walks out to the truck parked on the road with whatever. Then backs into the driveway
I hope some other neighbors have surveillance that may allow for different views. I’d like to know if she loaded anything into the back of the truck before Gannon came out of the house.

Seems there’s only two possibilities of why she would back into driveway prior to leaving. To keep Gannon somewhat obscured or keep what she’s loading into back obscured or just ease of loading in general.

Right, and if that's really true, she could have been going to pick up the younger daughter from the bus or leaving the house with her after she came home from school.

I can't really tell from the video what age the child is, though.

Why would the video being easily tossed? If she did not tell LE she took Gannon somewhere that day (or even that she went somewhere that day) - it is very important circumstantial evidence. It is the last time he is seen by anyone that can be verified (assuming the date/time stamps correct). There is zero reason she could have "forgotten" about this trip that ended within a hour of when he went "missing" by her calculation. Moreover, in conjunction with no video of him walking away on anyone's security cameras (assuming they can be shown to pick that up), it is very impressive evidence. How is it meaningless?

I've seen much more incriminating evidence than this be excluded from trials. Happens all the time with a seasoned defense attorney and Colorado has plenty.

And what does it actually prove? She appears to rush into home however she could say Gannon got out on other side or she helped him.

What date was this video? Are there other videos? Why did Mynett stress today to check video before Monday? Many questions still.

MOO
