I'm just so put off with him getting into the car alive and well. These things usually happen in the home (sorry I am speculating yes but you know...). So out in public SOMEWHERE, something happened. It seems so sick and twisted.

I think it comes down to they can't find his body, and don't want to say anything at all about what they know, so we're left with "missing child/endangered". With the social media nonsense they're dealing with, can you imagine if they said it's now a homicide investigation?

If anyone followed the Alanna Gallagher case, remember that LE spoke very much the same way (nothing definitive, hedged every statement) even though they had a good idea who the killer was from the jump. This “feels” similar to that, with the added complication that they do not have (sorry) a body yet.

I do wish a reporter would ask if LE thinks there is any threat to the public. (Meaning, is there a predator still out there?)

But I don’t think they will give anything away until the arrest is (hopefully) made.

I’m hopeful that the red truck’s OBD system had the added GPS tracker. I don’t think it is standard and don’t know enough about cars to know if, without it, any other diagnostic system would be helpful, e.g., speed on the day in question, distance traveled, etc. I do know that the last time my SUV went to the dealer for maintenance, they seemed to be able to pull a lot of info to help diagnose the issue.

Exactly. If LS had never or rarely drive the truck, IMO AS seeing that on the ring video showing LS driving truck would be very upsetting. In 4 yeas that my husband and i have had our big truck i have never driven it, so if m husband saw me on a video driving our truck he would know something wasnt right. JMOO

Yeah, it opens the door to something particularly cold blooded.

As horrific as all of this is, atleast some act of abuse that resulted in fatal injuries makes a bit of sense. That sort of thing happens far too often, but it allows us to wrap our minds around what may have happened, and what the killer was thinking.

Taking a child somewhere in broad daylight, and coming home alone, just makes this all the more horrible and hard to comprehend.

In fact, I suspect he was far, far from well when he got into that vehicle.

Interesting Does this mean that you don’t believe that surveillance video from RD is from Monday or so you not believe it was Gannon in the video? I have a feeling that this is a lot more complex than we our brains can even imagine that could have happened.

I believe DR gave news media the night stills that included something that may have occurred over the weekend. We haven’t seen much about those initial stills since....yet LE was very adamant about keeping the footage under wraps.

Thinking about the HB case and her baby. Most of us were certain on the whodunit and were completely wrong.

Is there a theory under which her story COULD check out?

Not likely, not defending, just asking...

He's home sick, she has errands to run, she takes him along.... she leaves him somewhere TO walk home.... expecting he WILL. To learn some lesson. When he doesn't get home, she might realize she can't tell people she ditched him....

A mile from home quickly becomes two miles, after a mile in the wrong direction.

I know everything points to her guilt (her demeanor, topping the list), I just want to make sure I'm looking at this without prejudice.

Is there ANYTHING to support her story?

LS left a trail & it is gonna trip her up.

I have kids the same age that are tech savvy, and they wouldn’t have thought to delete a search.

That being said, imo, it was LS.

Just to throw a wrench in the mix... there are no date stamps on the videos, how do we know the surveillance video was given in chronological order, is it actually from Monday at all? was DR the same neighbor who said he last saw GS on Sunday morning?? IMO

Even in that scenario though, she’s not innocent.

So is there a semi-plausible scenario in which she is less (legally) culpable than what she appears to be? Yes.

But she still took actions that led to his death.

I still think there’s too many issues with that though.

Seriously! A child that codes is an incredibly smart child. And if he was the one that googled it, it'd be worded differently.... Like "tracking cellphones" not an elaborate sentence like "can my parents track my phone etc., Etc. "

Maybe like with the Harley Dilly case LE could request the public check all buildings. There is a chance that she knew of unoccupied farms, houses, businesses. There is a chance she just restrained him inside a building. MOO.
